By doing so, a very thin layer of doton chakra covers the top of his person and infuses with his skin. This thin layer of Doton chakra isn't visible to the naked eye when forming and keeps his defense hidden so long as he wishes to maintain it. This armor acts as both a layer of protection from both physical and chakra attacks equivalent to the rank of this jutsu but will show by the cracking of Katsumi's skin like that of the earth when hit.

Description: When utilizing this technique the user applies the transformation technique to an inanimate object in reach— in most cases being a log— to look like the user. This makes the object serve as a dummy to the aggressor. When struck the object will revert back to its original form after two seconds time has passed giving the user the opportunity to strike their stalled opponent, or flee.

The Body Replacement Technique allows the object to perform simple actions and can even react to damage received to make a more convincing illusion, however it cannot move from their location.
Weaknesses: This technique serves as a means to lure in suspicious foe or stall an aggressor. Given its simplicity the technique cannot move or speak, limiting its effectiveness as more cunning opponents will often not fall for the bait.

Description: This technique is most often used to disguise the user as another person, but they can also turn into an animal, plant, or inanimate object. Users will gain the attributes and physical features of whatever they transform into, such as a weapon's sharpness or an animal's fangs. The quality of the item or appendages cannot exceed D/D.
Weaknesses: The user is limited to transforming into objects no smaller than 1/5 their size. The user cannot transform into items or creatures larger than themselves. This technique requires concentration. When the user suffers from exhaustion (below 30 CP) or receives a substantial blow the technique dispels automatically. A perceptive opponent may detect flaws, such as false smells or an intelligent opponent detecting inaccurate details. Despite taking on the properties of what they transform into the user can still receive damage as normal. This means transforming into a sword and clashing with another sword will result in the technique dispelling and the user getting injured. When taking on a creature's physical features this impacts your overall stat potential (aka no S-tier Strength birds flying through people.)

During the illusion and resulting chaos, the enemy, who is caught up in the technique, can then be defeated. This technique allows for the creation of 10 clones total in a single casting. These explosions create a cloud of essentially dirt and debris (the doton portion of the jutsu) as a sort of smokescreen in a 5 meter radius from the user. Uniquely, the particulates in the air if inhaled can cause a nasty cough after leaving the cloud as the dirt and debris can fill the lungs and throat of any enemy or friendly combatants entering the area of the smokescreen (the user remains unaffected by this due to it being of their own chakra).
Weaknesses:This smokescreen can easily affect teammates and obscure their vision as well as enemies.

Description: Katsumi pulls forth an amount of clay (if on his person) and throws it to the ground or converts some of the ground to clay for the jutsu. As he weaves together the hand signs the clay quickly converts itself into the shape of a snake as it animates and moves forward from Katsumi, creating two snakes in total around 2 meters in length. The snakes can each focus on a singular enemy or both onto one person if needed. The snakes aim to coil around the enemy and restrict their movements upon direct contact by wrapping their limbs and body up and across but are unable to attack or damage in their own right. The key offensive advantage of the snakes is the Bakuton charge they have, when broken or destroyed they can explode in a 2 meter radius around the target that they have wrapped. The paralysis can be broken instantly by someone with strength greater thank the rank of this technique but if both snakes restrict a person, it will take a person with strength of at least C-rank to break themselves free.

Description: The key purpose of this jutsu is to turn the landscape into Katsumi's favor. By weaving together the hand signs and pressing his palms into the ground, he can turn the very landscape around him into a set of explosives for his own use. The chakra charged in his hands travels through the earth and creates small disposed circles of Bakuton chakra in the ground/earth/flooring (provided that it is earth based as a derivative) and converts the ground into a landmine for his use. In total, Katsumi can create up to 5 explosives with this technique up to 25 meters away from his person (in a 180 degree arc from his view). The explosions detonate when an enemy steps on the circle of chakra or when detonated by Katsumi using the Ram hand seal. When detonated, the landmines explode in a 2 meter radius outward from where they are located.
Weaknesses: Due to Katsumi's explosions, it is very easy for allies to wander into the landmines if they are unaware where they are. Even though Katsumi has control, they are still able to auto-detonate.

Description: This is a simple jutsu the user crafts by weaving the (Bird) hand sign then flushing their hands forward with their palms faced outwards. From their hands, the user creates a singular blast explosion that has a few simple properties. The blast is incredibly small but the real power in this jutsu is the incredible blastwave created from the explosion (expands at 15 m/s) that forces enemies within 25 meters of the explosion off their feet in a powerful knockback. This knockback provides enough force that it beats out movements techniques and chakra retention techniques (such as Supernatural walking practice) of C-rank and lower, needing at least a B rank technique or A-rank strength to withstand the knockback or maneuver within the blast.
Weaknesses: This is a mostly utility technique and as such, the blast created does not do any real or noticeable damage. Meaning that in order to simply push away a person, the caster must weave signs and utilize both hands, leaving themselves wide open for a clever enemy to exploit.

Serving as a foundation and base for nearly all of his Explosive Combat techniques, this simple technique can be delivered by any strike (punch, kick, etc...) and can be stacked on top of other non-Bakuton Taijutsu techniques (allowing Katsumi to deliver multiple Bakuton infused strikes via Taijutsu combinations).

Description: The user feeds clay into the mouths grafted onto their hands via the Iwagakure Kinjutsu and then perform the necessary handseals. The user will then meld Explosion Release chakra with the clay to create sculptures that are primed to explode  upon the utilization of the Seal of Confrontation. Creations of C1 almost always take the form of insects or animals. Some even share the abilities of the creatures they are modelling after, such as those resembling birds are able to fly. This feature makes them excellent for covert operations. The explosive power of these clay creatures are the low in that a single creature is unlikely to kill or serious injure an opponent, however swarms of them can prove extremely effective in incapacitating and in some cases killing an opponent. Generally, a wide variety of creatures can be created from C1 alone although it is possible for the user to derive and refine their creations through separate technique registrations. As long as they have sufficient advancement within the bloodline, C1 allows for countless creations.
Weaknesses: This technique requires that the user reach the appropriate level of progression with the Explosion Release bloodline. While users may register specific iterations of C1 that contain their own properties, effects, and stats for movement the overall power inherent in the technique may not exceed above B Rank nor may its size exceed that of an average dog. Additionally, all creations of C1 are beholden to Explosion Release's weakness to Raiton. Lightning Release techniques one rank above that of an C1 will delay detonation for a single post. The clay then rises and molds itself into human-like figures. The user then runs their chakra through the clay cords, manipulating the clay substances to attack the opponent using their club-like arms and forming spikes from their bodies. While having their minions fight their opponent, the user can detonate them at any given time or have them attach themselves to the target, spreading their clay body over them, and then detonate them. Their bodies are sticky, as a sword couldn't slice through them by normal means and only got stuck, but, a lightning-infused sword can. However, when their body parts are sliced off, the user simply connects clay cords onto those fallen pieces and forms more clay figures, albeit more deformed. The figures move at 25 meters per second and have D Rank Coordination and C Rank Strength.
Weaknesses: This technique requires that the user reach the appropriate level of progression with the Explosion Release bloodline. The technique requires knowledge of C1.  While Raiton chakra flow attacks can slice up the sculptures it is ineffective in rendering them inert. However raw Lightning Release techniques one rank above that of this technique will delay detonation for a single post. I have been unable to find the Iwa Kinjutsu thus far on site, from what I was told it involved Deidara's extra mouths used to chew clay into a shape not just the ability to use the clay. I do know its referenced in the clan but not linked so this seems to just be a misunderstanding/missing information  for me. If you happen to have the write up or link to the exclusive so I can reference/underatand what it actually is and does or work around it then that would be great otherwise I feel I'm working with subjectively limited info here...

Description: This kinjutsu, which was passed down through generations in Iwagakure, allows the user to knead chakra into materials. Through a secret and carefully guarded process, a mouth is grafted into the hands of the subject's as well as their chest. The mouths can remain sealed so as to conceal the appearance of any abnormality (except to those possessing certain Dojutsu) and they can be activated via a payment of E Rank chakra. The technique has a close relationship with the Explosian Release utilized by the Iwagakure Blast Corps. The Iwagakure Kinjutsu allows one with Explosian Release to perform techniques related to Explosive Clay although it has other potential applications in the area of Ninjutsu.
Weaknesses: Significant damage to the mouths while active may result in the process needing to be performed again. In order for someone to apply the Iwagakure Kinjutsu on themselves or someone else they must have the Ijutsu Skill.

More the reference I was going for is similar to Deidara's clay puppets where keeping a string of clay attached to his hand, he is able to funnel chakra across the clay to continue activating the technique and molding the clay at a distance. While I can see the confusion, reshaping and re-priming the clay is more of the... after-the-fact rather than due-to-the-fact if that makes any sense. If you have any suggested rewording that might make it more clear then I'm all ears, but otherwise, I suppose I just continue on by my removing the UA and counting it as a loss?

As a sidenote, the requirements involving the clan and this kinjutsu needing an Iwa exclusive for an unaffiliated clan is quite the hoop to have to jump through to do the minimum (being to just use the fundamental ability). I'm not sure what systems are available or in place for getting mods/admins to rework or consider reworking concepts (or allowing members to get a pass at those abilities and jutsu if staff is busy or not interested in reworking a thing themselves) but aside from the really bad spelling mistakes, I find this super vague as it is and not insightful into what it does or why it's necessary.

Is there any chance I can get staff into a discussion about opening this up so that the clan/kkg can operate independently and any such locked Kinjutsu would provide some bonus to the ability rather than be a requirement to use? I may be too new to fully critique but this feels like something locked to a restricted w/o the power benefits of a restricted (at least in terms of acclimating to the ability and all). If not, then it's no major deal, I suppose I'm just getting locked into a less advantaged position and want to find a way to work around it if I can. Thanks for the quick replying!

Information: Now that I'll have crossed 1k xp total I'd like to make a claim for C-class! I'd like to also trade my new Skill Point for one stat raise and 500 spendable xp! New Spendable XP total should then be 1235 at this point.
