It was unclear exactly what he was looking at. A bright swirling whiteness hung above his head; a great, two-dimensional curtain obscured everything. He was sure he cold move. He could feel himself moving just as he could the slight pool of water that he was lying in. He tried to trace his steps, to remember what happened and how he woulnd up here.
His mind was a bit foggy, but he could remember the data chip that he obsessed over for the last few months. An inch wide wafer of copper, steel, gold, and other components he couldn't recognise or couldn't remember. Looking at it trough a microscope reveiled nothing, but he was sure it was good for something. He could see the chakra, slightly glowing patterns, with his sharigan. He copied them, analyzed them, and found no meaning that could be discerned from the pages and paged of strange symbols that he used to line the walls and floors of his tiny, formerly oranized apartment.
He could barely even remember seeing anybody, except for his dad expressing concern and then prompty leaving. He made friends with Kanara around the time he discovered the chip. That was something that made him smile. Mostly, he thought he died, but he was glad he had a friend during his final days.
At first, he couldn't identify the strange feeling that overcame him only nights ago. He had something of a breakthrough. The symbols that he could see only with the assistance of his sharigan were clearly some form of Fuuinjutsu. It was simply written using some foreign method, likely attributed to the Indira itself. It was alien then, and all that Yuichi could do was attempt to parse out some sort of intended purpose based having almost nothing to go on.
So all he could do was start testing different things. If it was something that pilotted the Indira, it was intended for use on puppets, so he copied the code onto a puppet with no luck. After several other attempts, morbid curiousity got the better of him. Animal testing was not his favorate thing, but he was hesitant to try it on himself.
Recalling all that horrible training that his mother put his through growing up, he caught himself a racoon, of all things, which he used tranquilizer to keep calm while he placed that tattoos, in ink, on a part of it's belly that he shaved clean of fur. Think spread wildly, branching out from the little spot on it's chest that he marked. With his sharingan, he watched as the mark made its way under it's fur and dyed all of it's skin an off blue. Despite his best efforts, the racoon did not survive. It hissed and screeched and clawed around as the mark spread, waking itself from it's medically induced slumber to panic.
But Yuichi knew what he did wrong. He watched the tatoo spread across it's body and creep inside. It wasn't meant to kill the host. He simply put it on a host that was too weak. It was almost the same as what he saw happen to Kanara. If she survived, surely Yuichi would be able to as well.
Well, instead he died.
Lying there in his pool of water, though, things started to feel different. Sensation started to return. He could hear the sound of trickling water. Memories started returning too. He could remeber intense, indesriblable pain and thirst. It was as if he had been placed inside an oven that was crancked all the way up. He couldn't stand it. Even if he tried to stay quiet, he didn't. All he could do was crawl into his kitchen and turned on the sink, knocking over all his kitchen supplies before collapsing.
His vision returned slowely. The spiralling shapes began flowing together and then apart, forming a three dimension space and curving into the shape of his kitchen and his sink. His sink clogged, and created a kind of waterfall, soaking the entire apartment
Repeating in his sore head was his name, over and over. "Yuichi... Yuichi..." In a voice that resembled his own. After collecting himself, he stood, slowly, and turned the sink off, moving a couple of old dishes out of the way and pulling something out of the drain.
"Water..."
It was all Yuichi could think of. He drank with such intensity he was spilling cup after cup down his neck and chest and onto the already soaking wet floor. He slammed the glass down, noticing the deep indentatations along his hands and wrists between bones. Making his way to the bathroom and looking in a mirror, his cheeks were sunken, his skin was pale. It looked like he'd never slept in his whole life.
"Yuichi... food..."
As intrusive as the thought was, he was hungry, and didn't question it, quickly cooking up some ramen that he had lying around and eating twice as much as usual. Then, he was the most tired he'd ever felt in his life, so he crawled into his bed clinging to one of his stuffed animals as he faded out of conciousness.
The last thing he heard before drifting into sleep was a familiar voice. A sound he'd been hoping to hear for years now. "You still have those things?"

Name: Oosukashiba Seal
Rank: X
Power: S
Activation Cost: N/A
Upkeep Cost: N/A
Range: N/A
Speed: N/A
Element:N/A
Skill: Fuuinjutsu
Classification: Secret
Requirements: Modified Indira AI Chip
Parent Technique: N/A
Hand Seals: N/A
Description:
The seal is in the form of a tattoo originating from data found on a chip left in the wreckage of the Indira. It grants the victim various unique powers, but also influences their mind in a negative way. The AI can speak directly to its victim through a connection to their brain and nervous system. Once fully integrated, the Oosukashiba seal cannot be removed without the victim dying. There are two seals, one is located internally at the chakra point located in a person's heart. It requires an X rank jutsu to be removed. Both seals take the appearance of a oosukashiba moth. The second seal can be located at the back of the neck. This seal can be removed normally, but can be reformed in one post with 10 cp.
Powers and Abilities:
The living tattoos allows the user to adjust the marks on their body for the use of any Fuuinjutsu techniques. They may carry up to 5 scrolls worth of seals on them at all times (they must note these seals at the start of each thread), and may add new ones with the normal cost of the seal plus 10 cp. If the user meets the requirements to create ink from Chakra, they can instantly transfer seals from their body onto another surface they are in contact with
While the AI that is implanted into a person using this method has no power and relies on the user for its abilities and consciousness, those with large pools of chakra will find their power of great use.
The first benefit (aside from the tattoos themselves) is that the entity can be heard inside of the user's head and has some influence over their mental state and emotions. It is treated as having S tier intel but cannot assist the user in terms of creating items or learning jutsu. At its own whim or at the will of the user, it can shut off sensations such as pain by reducing the user's intel by one tier. It can help to calm and inform the user about things that they may not know. This cannot be used for Genjutsu, either to use or escape. Its strictly for general knowledge and information apropriate for S-Rank.
The final power of this AI is the unique seals that it can create in order to adjust the user's stats. There are several levels of these, and all of them cost exp. None of them can be used without fuuinjutsu, but more may be created later
Seal of Rage - 250 exp - This seal is essentially a berserker seal. It boosts the user's physical prowess and senses at the cost of their intelligence. It costs 25 chakra to activate and lasts as long as the user chooses, using up 5 chakra a turn when active. It takes a single post to take effect as well as to banish. This removes 2 tiers of intelligence, but boosts Coordination, Speed, and Perception by a single tier when active. All sensations of pain are completely muted.
Seal of Healing - 250 exp - At the cost of 20 chakra per post, the user may heal any wound inflicted upon them with the assistance of the AI. They cannot do anything else when this is active. How many turns a wound takes to heal depends on the severity of the wound.
Cuts, stab wounds and bruises take a single post
Broken limbs, severe bleeding, or anything similar takes 2 posts
Damaged organs take 3 posts, however the heart and brain cannot recover
In the case of severed limbs or missing organs, the healing can stop the bleeding and save a user's life, but not recover the limb
Seal of Peace - 50 exp - Completely suppresses the users' chakra. Takes one turn to take effect and one turn to remove. It remains until the user decides they are done using it. Cannot use any jutsu while active, but sensory powers will yield no information about the user chakra signature. Cost 5 chakra to activate.
Seal of Control - 750exp - This seal, when placed on a puppet, allows the AI to directly control the puppet, leaving the user free to focus on anything else. This otherwise uses normal rules for controlling the puppet. This cannot be used to control more puppets than one normally could. It is limited to 2 puppets.
Method of Application
Applying the Oosukashiba Seal starts with thorough research into the chip that was found in the wreckage. The chip's code written in a way that looks mostly like gibberish to all but professionals and is derived from a strange language and system of mathematics. After the data has been recovered and interpreted, one must simply apply the seal onto the flesh in the form of a tattoo on the back of the neck. The shape of the tattoo hardly matters, but in the center has to be the intricate coding that was translated from the chip in what is essentially alien binary code. Once it has been place, it begins integrating itself into the body of the host. This process is intense, and the host will experience unbelievable pain as it attacks their chakra point and eventually takes residence on the chakra point in a person's heart. Once this is done, all pain has ceased, but the host will have changed on the physical level. This process leaves the host looking emaciated and tired for at least a week.
