Description: The Hātobītosensā Technique is a rare but highly versatile Jutsu that can be described as a watered-down and “organic” version of the normal Sensing Technique. The reason being is because at its roots this technique is really only a form of counter to visual or hearing impairment. Luckily one does not need to be handicapped in any way to learn how to use this Jutsu.
Hātobītosensā as its name implies uses the vibration pulses caused by heartbeats and a minimal infusion of chakra to create a sonar-like effect around the user’s whereabouts. Mimicking echolocation entirely and linking each ping with the user’s nervous system. Making any detections feel like a faint but noticeable tingle. Each “pulse” scales outward in a circle by milliseconds using an available source of contact. Thus much like the normal Sensing Technique, this jutsu must have some form of contact between any part of the user’s body and the surface of some kind.
Each pulse is sent in response to the user’s literal heartbeat cycle. Allowing them to receive accurate still images of anything the waves cross over. The visuals provided will be displayed in the format of a 3D model within the user’s mind. Creating a literal sonar that can be used to track their surroundings. Thus when using the jutsu indoors the waves could detail an entire room, the people, furniture, and so on. Which in short makes this technique another way to “see” and “feel” the user’s surroundings regardless of their skill in perception. As well as not needing the user to be stationary to use.
The trade-off is the user cannot learn any chakra-based information from these pings in their network, as that is not the purpose of this jutsu. (They can however gain the ability to learn real-time information at inhumane speeds and ranges if they train and learn the more powerful versions of this jutsu and its variations.)
Weakness: -Blind when used in the air. -Base version cannot go through walls or closed doors.

Description: Stage 2 of the Hātobītosensā Technique. At this level, the user will now receive two pulses instead of one. Additionally, thanks to the equally strong second pulse the user will now be able to “see” their mental images for an extended period of time. (Stationary Targets last twice as long, and Mobile Targets display after images before dissipating.)
Weakness: Cannot be used in the air, and cannot pass through walls or closed doors.

Description: This is first and most pivotal variation of the technique tree. As a learning, this permits one to extend their uses of the jutsu beyond some of its most oppressive limitations. This jutsu turns the scanning frequencies into a full dome of detection that will display faster frequencies in the form of snapshots and afterimages. This will allow a user to have better coverage from all angles except things beneath them. However, they must be stationary to have accurate readings.

Description: Stage 3rd and final stage of the base jutsu. Using this is like having eyes in the back of your head or any other place that seems appropriate. Each reading is real-time accurate echolocation. Turning the ground into a personal detection grid system, that creates a zone of continuous split-second motion-sensing starting only from the user’s location. This can be used in the form of either a stationary long-range cone, or a mobile medium-range circle. The zone reacts to anything that passes/moves through, into, out of, or within the range of this technique. However to upkeep this jutsu the user will need to spend chakra.

Description: This is a variation technique that takes the advanced form of Hātobītoarei and allows it to go beyond the touch of the user. This is done by infusing throwable items such as Kunai or Senbon with the user’s chakra and using it as a medium to sense things beyond their normal ranges with the standard jutsu. The strain of chakra usage increases by a quarter of the original cost with each additional item beyond the first. (Maximum: Five) However, with each item, they will have their own individual range of detection in the form of a small dome. Similar to the normal Arei jutsu; the user will receive pinpoint accurate information for each motion made within that detection field in the snapshot images.
Weakness: Must know Hātobītoarei. Must use a continuous flow of chakra to maintain the connection.

How many walls the user is able to transfer the jutsu depending on their knowledge of the Final Stage of the jutsu and their skill in Perception in order to actually read the pings. Description: The secret 4th Stage of the jutsu. Breaking the ultimate boundaries in which the user can establish a cube of sensory that operates 100% capacity even while in the air. This uses the Sensing Technique and a Full powered Hātobītosensā at the same time. Creating the ultimate level of sensory that a user can handle all at once. However, this can also become incredibly dangerous as the user’s nervous system will be at risk of overloading if sustained for too long. Which if not canceled preemptively can damage and inflict the user with severe numbness and paralysis for a certain amount of time.
