♪♫Doctor doctor, give me the news, I got a bad case of,♫♪
Daiko squints slightly, listening to the loud music being played by some of the patrons at the beach. He had recently discovered that the smell of rotting meat had been following since he decided to clean up some of the ships that had crashed at the docks. To remedy this, he decided it was best to bathe in the ocean. He was clean at this point and ready to head on to his next task. Picking up his clothes out of the sand, he quickly puts them on to avoid sand getting in any crevice. It was to no avail.
Making his way to the academy, Daiko checked in with one of the secretaries. They seemed to be expecting him and led him down the hallways. Ahhhh... Yes. The academy. Daiko remembered his time here somewhat fondly, though he didn't really make any lasting connections that he remembered. Looking at the children running around was quite peaceful though. They didn't have a care in the world.
Making it to the nurse's office, Daiko smiles at the nurse. They seemed to be helping some kid with a scratched-up hand, probably from climbing a tree with their bare hands during practice with the water/surface walking technique. Sitting down next to them, Daiko gets all the details that he needed in order to properly care for the kiddos. He wasn't particularly talented at medical ninjutsu, so he would have to make due with the bandages and such that were available.
The first kid that walked in was a young man with rosy cheeks and snot literally dripping from his nose. Daiko blinks. "Whatchu need kiddo?"
The young man said that he was feeling sick, and he needed to go home. Daiko shook his head, looking the young man up and down before wondering if he was just trying to get out of school. "Alright... Let me get your temperature then..." Daiko felt the boy's forehead as he put the thermometer in his mouth. Maybe he was just warm from all the rambunctious activities that goes on during the day. As he pulled the thermometer out, Daiko blinked once. 103??!! What kind of neglectful... Daiko instantly turned on the faucet, using his control of the suiton element to kind of.. You know... Grab some water, and put it on the boy's forehead. Sticking it there, Daiko stands up and grabs some medicine from the cabinet. "Take this... And I'll send a message to get you sent home. Go ahead and lie down."
Luckily, just in time, it seemed that the nurse was back on station. Very convenient. Daiko told her the situation, and she took the proper steps to make sure to get the kid taken care of. With this, Daiko packed up, got paid, and left. That was all the missions he cared to do today.
