    Unique Abilities:
Tempest Zhengti's body is flowing with ferromagnetic crystalline particles, granting him a higher connection with his bloodline. The speed and coordination at which he can manipulate magnetized particles is equivalent to his coordination stat. However, the high amount of particulates in his body interfere with healing chakras, causing all healing techniques used on him to be treated as 1 full rank lower in effectiveness.

    ---

Comedy of Errors: A master of multitasking, Zhengti is great at dividing his attention and the attention of his adversaries. For each puppet he employees he debuffs his opponents' perception by 1 minus. The focus for this sort of mastery is intense though and for each puppet he uses he suffers 1 minus to his intelligence.

    ---

Love's Labor's The puppet's he makes can exceed the cap on strength or constitution. The additional focus on one increases its effectiveness by 1 tier at the cost of decreasing the other stat by 1 tier.

    ---

Measure for Measure Begins with 1500 extra exp, but half of all future exp will be paid to his debt of 2250.

    ---

All's Well that Ends Well When fighting alone or when outnumbered by the enemy, Zhengti receives a buff of 1 tier to his base perception. However, when fighting on a team which outnumbers the enemy he loses 1 tier to his base perception.

    ---

Winter's Tale The cost of using his bloodline techniques is reduced by 1 rank (free form is reduced from 5 to 2.5). The cost of Ijutsu techniques are increased by  rank.

    ---

Merchant of Venice A master craftsman, Zhengti can craft so quickly and with such precision that the time required to craft is reduced by one rank. In turn his coordination is reduced by one rank as considered for such crafting.

    ---

Unmatched Potential: Zhengti is allowed to trade in her skill for renown and X rank for additional stat raises, even if she does not meet the prerequisites for that trade. If used, Zhengti gains renown at 75% rate from that point on and the 5,000 experience between S and X rank is gained at half the usual rate.

    ---

    Appearance:
    Zhengti Kazehana LeeSin_11

At six feet even, Zhengti is a tall but not gigantic man with an aesthetically pleasing frame of even though not bulging muscles. He has no hair upon his head and but the lightest dusting upon his body. In place of this head adornment he has a strange, diamond shaped crest of metal which seems affixed to his skull. His body also contains these metallic grafts, some large and some small, which weave together in a strange tribal like patter which marks his entire body, the patterns comprises of the metal particles his bloodline permits him.

To most any onlooker, Zhengti appears harsh and imposing, much like the dessert in which he spent much of his life. His face is clean and sharp and he walks with a calm assurance and impeccable posture. However, those who spend an extra moment to look into his strangely golden-yellow eyes find, with few exception, warmth and kindness, the sort of gaze which understands you just to the extend that you always wished someone would and not an inch farther.

History: Born to a life of incredible luxury and mind boggling wealth, Zhengti wanted for nothing for the first portion of his life, wearing only the finest of fabrics and eating the most resplendent of meals. Along with this array of fantastical objects and entertainments came a long, difficult path of endless tutelage, study, and pseudo-discipline. He received an extensive and expensive education, both in private institutions and with an almost endless procession of tutors and one on one educational sessions.

His parents were not themselves shinobi and, as such, had very little interest in handing their son over to the military. Instead, he began to shadow his father and learn the ways of overseas trade, all the while continuing to cultivate his mind and his deep love of all things craftable. Even from a young age his various gadgets and inventions showed high promise and a few lead to prototypes of a few compounds and items his father peddled around the world.

Curiously, he never seemed to notice that the pure profits verses costs of his father's fronts never actually added up to the extreme wealth the family owned.

And so his life went on uneventfully, eventually folding himself fully into the family business of a ninja-era mafia and helping to devise new and exciting drugs. Then, one day in a fit of restless youth, he ventured into the desert, vanishing entirely. He was twenty the last time his parents had seen him.

For eight years no one heard from him and the village eventually mourned and moved on until, one day, he returned unheralded and unannounced, the same person visibly but clearly changed in a notable but difficult to place way. When questioned, he simply said he had been "meditating."

However, it quickly became apparent that something powerful within him had awoken. His meditations moved the sands of the desert and brought to him metallic filings and lost baubles. Many witnessed him levitating upon but a single grain of sand and spoke of the miracles that his spiritual enlightenment had created. His family, naturally, accepted him once more home but he appeared distant to them; they had always known that any of their own could engage in their blood right but none, until Zhengti, had chosen to do so.

After a few months back an internal village power convinced him to join the ranks of the shinobi military. He joined the academy and moved almost effortlessly through before purchasing and soliciting intensive personal training sessions to bring him up to speed with some of the most influential and powerful warriors of the village, his supreme natural talent and unwavering discipline allowing him to outpace many of his teachers.

Personality: Calm and quiet, the life of a monk has hardened the man physically and enriched him mentally and spiritually. He prefers to spent much of his time in silent repose and contemplation, making him a naturally analytic and discerning individual, though he is not antisocial by any means. He very much enjoys speaking with, manipulating, or helping others and many people find his easy going, open, warm disposition both inviting and agreeable.

This is not to say he is "good" in the traditional sense, though most people who meet him believe this. Enlightenment and prodigious knowledge has made him esoteric and inscrutable in his mannerisms and actions. Even so, he remains ever curious, retaining the desire for knowledge and knowing from a past iteration of himself. He is rather difficult to get a read on within the confines of a more traditional delineation between good and evil.

Outside of the obvious hobbies involving reading and crafting and when finding a free moment away from meditation and the inevitability of training, Zhengti loves to cook, creating delicious foods and beverages. He also has a powerful eye for business ventures and, as such, spends what little remaining free time he has running the various markets he owns and supervises.

    Roleplay Sample:
    In. And then out.

As with his every session, he began, ended, and moved entirely with his mind having returned to the breath. When his consciousness strayed, he returned to the breath. When his focus wavered: the breath. And when he thought so intensely of the breath that all other stimuli left him, he removed himself from distraction and recentered upon the simplistic mechanism of his body drawing and subsequently releasing the air around him.

The dull trickle of of a pool of mirror shining water sounded directly behind him, his body contorted into a rigid posture - spine like a rod and legs folded beneath him. He hovered over the gentle ripples of that strange pool, eight rivulets falling from the vaulted golden ceiling of the small, circular room in which he had sequestered himself. He sat facing away from the door which now ground slowly to open, the massive twin sandstone slabs spreading wide their arms and issuing a grating grumble at the sudden intrusion.

Zhengti did not move but something in the air seemed to quicken, as if suddenly his eye had grasped the small man who had come and disturbed him.

He was middle aged, this intrusion, and seemed utterly terrified, either in the presence of this silent meditator or as a habit. His hands did not stop moving, wringing themselves out in turn as he shuffled forward through the thin crack in the egress even before they had fully opened.

Zhengti's legs extended then, down and down, dipping toward the placid sheen of the water beneath him, the ripples from moments earlier now transforming into a perfectly smooth surface upon which he now stood. He turned without moving, which only frightened this poor man further; it seemed less like the shirtless body had rotated as it did that the whole world, quaking supplicant included, had rotated around the fixed point of the center of this reflecting pool.

He, the one no longer in repose, bowed a shallow bow and gestured with his left hand to a table on the terrace, neither of which had previously been present. The other had no choice but to accept, shuffling over to one of the archways that overlooked the outer world and seating himself gingerly upon a small, dull gray chair, hard and unwelcoming. Zhengti followed and sat across from him, his golden eyes turning to look out at the wide expanse of blue sky which his chamber looked upon.

Except that it was not only this wide expanse that they could see but instead the entirety, in pieces, of the expanse of land owned by the Wind Country. It became suddenly apparent why this small man shook so: they were hundreds of feet in the air, this room the larger part of a small structure flying through the sky over a vast expanse of desert, the dunes and caravans and tiny glints of water rushing past as if cast aside by the prow of a great sea vessel. On the horizon a field of green moved ever closer as they rapidly moved to foreign lands and Zhengti moved to this man, more a prisoner than a business partner, to discuss the nature of their newest investment. Two delicate teacups filled with the same mirror-shined water from the pool sat on the circular table before the pair, but the black haired man could no longer recall if they had been there initially or not.

    Unique Abilities:
+ String Theory For the purposes of manipulating puppets, they move with equivalent stats to the Zhengti's Coordination.
X Tangle Threads When using this ability, the amount of puppets that he may use is reduced by half.

    ---

+ Future Markets Zhengti begins with access to three additional stat raises for free.
X Indebted When going to ranks A, S, and X, Zhengti will not acquire additional skill points.

    ---

+ Enlightenment Zhengti can convert ryo into exp.
X Bound Ascent Zhengti loses half of the ryo in this process (50% conversion rate)

    ---

Hi Zhengti. Your App is pretty good for the most part, just a few minor problems with the 3 Ua I quoted

First String Theory as it stands now is redudant. When you use the puppetry technique the puppets already move at your Coordination.

For the moment I'm going to have to say no to converting Ryo into exp, at least not as it stands now.    Players start with 50k Ryo so even at a 50% loss rate the amount of exp that would grant  is off the charts.

    Nee-san covered the rest

You can't trade future skill points. Only skill points you have in the immediacy. If you want to trade a skill point in the future you may do so but you will not receive the benefits of that trade until you actually have the skill point you get from say A, S, or X rank.

I would like to note before this is approved that trading future skill points is indeed possible via UA. If you want to copy what i post below and are okay with the sacrifices you have to do for them, you should be fine. Also, you still need to pay the exp cost for that S rank stat. Additional stat raises count only towards maximums, they don't grant a free raise. That's why you get 500 experience, to help actually get that raise when you sacrifice the skill in question.

Ok I think I have fixed everything. Thank you for the update on the UA. I will have to hang on to the extra stat raise for now because I don't have enough exp yet to use it if that is ok.
