Azzie Assembling an Armoury

Today was the day... Well, the other most important day. Today was Azgodon Zaelious Vernizin Wyllt's first venture into the world of creating goods. Hopefully, he would do a good job at this. His first main goal was to create some Shuriken; whether or not he'd use them or not was undecided. Azzie would dedicate the next few days to perfecting his craft and making sure the Shuirken came out perfectly.

Making shuriken happened to be a fairly easy task as far as Azzie was concerned. Sure, it took some time to produce the quantity he had, but he certainly felt more comfortable making more complex weaponry in the future. However, today Azzie discovered one of the other standard weapons that most shinobi used on a daily basis. With shuriken already available in his armory, the next item happened to be some kunai. While Azzie was aware of senbon as well, he did not foresee any use for the weapons at the current time.

Having already crafted a bunch of shuriken before, Azzie felt that he had gotten a strong grasp of how to make the standard issue kunai that shinobi used. Now, while they certainly did the job that was required of them Azzie was far more inclined to make even better shuriken than the ones he had assembled before. That was why he had acquired some steel just a few days ago. While he had the intentions of creating more kunai as well, Azzie preferred to take everything one step at a time; starting with shuriken and then moving on to kunai.

The shuriken were complete! Azzie almost jumped for joy before he realized that he had another task that needed completing. While he had figured out how to mold steel shuriken without the generic template that most starter crafters utilized, his next goal was to apply the same methodology to kunai. Azzie knew the principles would ultimately be the same, having crafted the item before and having used steel as well. The goal was simple, to keep improving his armaments until he could create something that he would be proud of, and potentially present as a gift to someone he cared about. Having the steel already set aside for the kunai he was about to craft, Azzie got himself mentally prepared to spend the next few days crafting these particular items.

Today marked the day that Azzie's adventures into the world of crafting were beginning to see glory. It did not seem that long ago to Azzie that he had just started by crafting the industry standard kunai and shuriken, and now here he was… with an ebony bar in front of him and his mind debating on making either kunai or shuriken. These ones, regardless, would be stronger than the steel ones he had forged. With his mind reeling with glee, and a pop in his step while Azzie mindlessly hummed, he began the process by grabbing his kunai mold. Ebony kunai, surely that would impress Tengoku!

The ebony kunai that Azzie had just forged was immaculate. It definitely was far stronger and more durable than the previous iterations he had concocted with iron and steel, though the process certainly took longer to ensure the material retained its core properties. With the kunai intact and going through a few tests, Azzie set his mind to utilizing ebony once more for a completely different weapon that he also had practice in creating; shuriken. From his previous creations, Azzie knew he’d be able to get a better yield from shuriken than kunai, though the crafter certainly was a bigger fan of kunai for their multi-purpose uses.

Now he had one ebony kunai and two ebony shuriken! The shuriken turned out just as Azzie had expected them to be. Today marked the day that Azgodon Zaelious Vernizin Wyllt was, at the very least, and average crafter, though perhaps on of the best currently located in Konohagakure no Sato. With the ebony shuriken safely stored away with the ebony kunai he had made a week prior, Azzie got out the mold once more to create another kunai. He would repeat his venture and create a second ebony kunai, in case one happened to get lost, or worse, broke. Azzie knew it would be difficult for one to break, but having a second on hand could help out with selling the items in the future.

Soon, Azzie could feel the feeling creeping up his bones. His current go with ebony weapons certainly had merits, but Azzie knew he could perfect them even further and become quite skilled when it came to creating such weapons. While Azzie had not dabbled in creating larger weapons, refining his skills when it came to much smaller and detailed weaponry would aid him when it came to forging the much larger and bulkier weapons some people would, potentially, want to purchase.

He was getting closer, he could taste it! Well… not taste it. Licking something that had been in the forge recently would definitely not taste good whatsoever. It was a metaphor? Azzie was pretty sure that’s what it was. Regardless, he would continue his quest to perfect his craft with Ebony weapons. His last two batches of ebony had been used for more kunai, so Azzie figured it was time to create himself some more shuriken.

Today was the day… the day that Azzie finally made something else aside from Kunai and Shuriken. It wasn’t senbon, though it was kind of similar. Azzie had overheard that someone had been wanting a bow, and while he wasn’t sure if he could complete their order just yet, having a set of arrows set aside for them would be thinking well ahead. So he had planned out to make some arrows with ebony tips for his potential, future customer. And, if the didn’t want these particular arrows, at least Azzie was a step ahead of the game and had an idea of how to make them.
