To Iron.

Yato was tired. He had been walking for weeks without stopping, catching what prey he could and wanted to take a break. He had done so a few times, hiding in the few lakes he could find, but he could only stay in there for so long, both because they knew he could hide in water, and his weapon could only take so much water damage. Jade wasn't metal so it wouldn't oxidize, but he didn't have a grindstone to keep it's shape anymore. The poor thing needed repairs as soon, it's blade dull now. He needed to keep moving, to try and locate somewhere safe.

He had heard of a possible place that was safe. The Land of Iron, and the homeland of his bloodline. At least that is what he could recall. Memory was still a little fuzzy as the seal's lingering effects were still affecting him. Memory was a little weak as well. He'd have to figure out something to fix that. What little memories he had now probably wouldn't help him. Still, he knew figureheads, and that might be able to help him.

He'd climb out of the lake he had been trudging through, doing his best to stay out of the light when possible as his size would only make it easier for the Mountain people to find him. Maybe those in Iron hadn't heard he was labeled a missing nin, and even if they did maybe they'd give him refuge given how the label was wrong. Maybe. Hopefully.
