Appearance: Raisa is rather petite. Her entire frame is small and she has delicate features, giving a cute or pretty appearance. She is only 5 feet tall which sometimes leads people to think that she is younger than she really is. Raisa has chest length blonde hair and wide amber eyes signifying her position as a member of the main branch of the Ueda clan. She often wears her hair in a low ponytail though for practicality. For clothing Raisa wears mostly light colored things. She wears a lot of crop tops with a fishnet camisole underneath. She teams it with a matching skort and more fishnet lining over her knees. She wears the standard black sandals most shinobi wear. Instead of wearing her forehead protector on her forehead where it should be, she wears it loosely around her neck (like Hinata).
History: Being born in the Ueda clan it was expected of Raisa to become a shinobi like her ancestors. Thus so she was raised to be like one. Since she was born into the main branch of her clan, Raisa was treated with a lot more respect than a lot of the other clan members which made Raisa feel uncomfortable. She didn't like to be treated differently even though it was good for her.
Like most members of her clan, she was born with an affinity for raiton so that was the first element she learned how to control. She needed to learn how to produce raiton jutsus before she could combine that chakra with yang into light. This was only a skill she learned how to do once she was out of the academy.
Personality: Like the majority of Uedas Raisa is mostly reserved and introverted. She doesn’t like to talk to a lot of people but will do so if necessary. It’s hard to find her anywhere outside of her house unless she’s training or on a mission but in her free time she will almost always stay at home alone.
