Kitsuki didn't blink as Arisu asserted her right to completion. When Arisu threw the fact that the Ōtsutsuki gave them chakra in her face, she couldn't help but scoff. So there it is.... Arisu saw them as subjects to be ruled. She saw them as ungrateful children that ought to be falling prostrate before her and her ilk for giving them the "gift" of Ninjutsu. There was another Ōtsutsuki in world history that thought much the same and Kit intended on treating Arisu the way the Sage had treated her. She didn't reply to Arisu's defiance. She allowed Arisu to leave but even after the door was shut in her face, she stood there for a moment reflecting on what had just happened.
She had intended for this meeting to be a chance for them to grow closer together. She had wanted to prove Zizz wrong and show that they could work together as allies. It appeared that Zizz and Chel were right, these people could not be reasoned with. She was certain that at some point she'd have to stop Arisu from reaching her goals and the results might be just as nasty as it was with Hana and Kyoji. Kit turned to face Sayuri.
"...Yes...all of that is correct. As far as I'm concerned you are now a Tokubetsu Jounin. Good luck and Goodspeed Sayuri Yuki" Kitsuki turned and left the office. She was too angry to converse with Sayuri in a non-professional context. Zizz flew behind Kit not saying a word. The Angel didn't have to. Just because she had been proven right didn't mean she relished it.
