➤As heir to the Amandi clan head, Higashikuni's skill at barter and deals gives him an advantage at making a business grow and thrive. Higashikuni can use his Lifestyle discount on Buildings and Bases, but can no longer use the Lifestyle bonus on the Shinobi Market.

➤Higashikuni may invest ryo into the Karifornia Financial Charity and expect returns to a maximum of 5% per month. The player must roll a 1d10 to determine the outcome of the success.  An outcome of 6-10 means that the investment failed and all of the invested money is lost, but an outcome of 1-5 means a successful investment and 5% of that money is paid to Higashikuni once per month, permanently.

Imposing Presence
➤Higashikuni is not a ninja, but a businessman, and as such has cultivated himself to be known wherever he goes. Anyone within 10 meters knows that Higashikuni is nearby, making stealth impossible. However the reverse is true, and Higashikuni can emotionally sense when someone is within 10 meters of themselves as well as long as they feel disgust for him. Neither however know where the other precisely is, just that they are close and the general direction.

Renowned Repatriate
➤Higashikuni's many business practices have taught him that in order to be successful, he must make risks, including that of sharing his own expertise. Higashikuni may provide an additional 5 experience per post while in a multi-person crafting or chemistry thread. However, Higashikuni loses 5 experience when performing non-crafting missions.

Despite his age, Higashikuni looks well for his age, with Silver-white hair and decently-toned muscles, having discovered a way to make candy that soothes the body and soul. He is often seen wearing a white suit, black shoes, some variant of black tie/bowtie, and glasses (though whether he needs the glasses are heavily debated, he refuses to reveal it). While not super imposing at 5'10 and 150 lbs (how he maintains staying lightweight is more mysterious then the Sage of Six Paths himself), his intense presence makes himself known.

History: Higashikuni was born in the land of Stone before Iwagakure was even formed. He was alive during the Hozuki/Inazuma war, was alive during the forming of the Five Villages, and even was there for when Iwa fell. For most of his life, he found himself on the road, doing what he could to try and trying to be a simple businessman, doing what he could to remove some of the stigma the Amandi faced, but it was a steep climb. While he was not there for the great Amandi migration to Konoha, he had made sure to come to Konoha when he found out. Since then, he has become the current head of the clan, though as to why and how he attained the position is just as mysterious as his recopies. Due to the Farfour Accords and his clan's history with Iwa, he has been sent to his old home to manage the payments and assist in the Karifornia Financial Charity, a fund made to help those who suffered during the war.

Personality: Higashikuni is an asshole. A well-meaning, business-minded, narcissistic asshole that could rival the cruelty of all the previous Kages combined, but an ass all the same. He finds the lack of drive in his clan as of late to be a symptom of a greater threat to people in general, so he does his best to be proactive as it reminds him of the fall of his homeland. He does not see anyone outside of his clan as a person, but as a shadow of a person who can be used to raise up the clan as a whole. He has a notable dislike of anyone with a Dojutsu, not because they have fancy Eye powers, but because they act like their fancy eye powers let them trample over anyone.

Despite his asshole nature, he knows better then to have that be shown, so he treats it like a business itself. Everyone is a customer, no matter their race, height, clan, social standing; all are possibly useful, so he acts as if they weren't an annoyance and tried to be jovial and approachable. Usually. If he can help it. The exceptions to this are his clan and cats, as the former are his family, and the latter because he finds the thought to be hilarious given the Neko Empire (may it burn in hell in his opinion). The clan knows he's an ass, but puts up with him as he's helped restore their name to a degree.
