It had been a few weeks since he had repaired his puppets, and now that he could move around without too much pain, it was time he got some proper answers. Ever since that battle in Mejing, he'd been wondering how much of what the Tsuchikage had said was true, and with how confident he was talking it seemed more likely then not that it was true, so he made a plan. He still needed to turn in the report of his time in the Land of Earth, as well as gather several documents at the governmental building, so he was going to be in close proximity anyways.
Before he had even entered the building in his Yuru puppet, his eyes were active, scanning for the hokage's office and quickly locating it. It was a bit of a longshot since Masaru had mentioned the files on himself, but given it was another Kage it'd make sense that it would be in, well the hokage's office. Entering the building he'd have some odd looks, but by now it wasn't that abnormal to see him inside his puppet nor for him to send Yuru to come and collect his files on busier days. He'd walk up to the front desk and turn in his mission report as well as ask for the missed report that he couldn't get to while he was gone. the Clerk would nod and hand him the files after he had shown his ninja card and revealed his face (deactivating his byakugan temporarily as he did so), and he'd go down to take a legitimate look at them. Sitting down he'd take a cursory glance at them before he found what he was looking for.
There it was, right inside the hokage's desk. He'd read the note and would frown inside his suit the more he read, the more of what the Iwa Kage had said was true, and the more he couldn't help but feel disappointed in his kage he'd become. Did Nyguyen know? Was he kept in the dark? Or did he just not even notice the obvious document inside his office? He didn't know, and it was worrysome. Speaking of worrysome, there was also that of the vault and how there was nothing blocking his sight. They couldn't have...could they? He'd exit the building with his eyes still activated and sat on a bench outside. They did, and Chika would scan through the 'nearby' vault with his 10 kilometer scoping sight to read over and memorize Konoha's exclusives and note the water stored inside it, matching the same kind of water his Kage had given him during the Mejing mission. Chika would then head back inside and hand in some of the easier documents he quickly filled out, then go home and write down what he had learned onto a scroll that he'd store inside Yuru. His next visit with the Current Uchiha Kage was going to be interesting it seemed.
