That they hit doing less damage than of something of equal rank? Would it be easier if I said they all do one rank less damage?

Same problem. Your techs have one more plus that they should. Either remove a plus or increase the cost.

3. The Rules regarding registering Physical Styles has been clarified. Physical Styles (Taijutsu, Bukijutsu, Kenjutsu, Kyujutsu etc) are registered without an activation cost on the site which means you only pay upkeep. However, they are not "1-rank" lower in the sense that an A-Rank Upkeep is registered as a B-Rank Upkeep
