Blues Clues Protection Racket

Q stood with his back against the wall and his hands jammed in his pockets. It was his first mission as a newly minted graduate of the Academy and to say he was excited would be a flat out lie. The young man was wearing a checkered pair of shorts, honey loafers, a grey sports jacket, and a graphic T-Shirt that says "World's Best Genin". On his face he wore a pair of gold rimmed spectacles. Q's most striking feature of course was his pink hair, styles with a textured crop and parted with an air of sophistication. He scanned the area around him waiting for his mission partner to arrive. He could only imagine what kind of idiot they'd pair him up with for such an trivial and useless task.

Zenaku had received word earlier that morning that he had finally got his first mission. It was nothing to be to happy about sense most missions that genin receive are minuscule jobs like baby setting or lawn work. As zenaku rounded the corner of the street he noticed another genin standing with his back to the wall and his hands in his pockets. Zenaku walked over to him and extended his arm out to try and shake his hand. " hello my name is Zenaku, zenaku uchiha, I guess your my partner for this mission ha." Zanaku stands 5:10 and weighs in at 195 pounds. His face has a pale complexion which with his black hair and black eye's makes him look very handsome to the lady's.
Zenaku black hair is a bit bushy; although it’s a little neater in the front, the sides are messy and overall there’s little locks going every which way. There’s a large chunk of hair in the middle with two sides framing his face and messy locks off the side. Zenaku wear's small round beads around his neck, they come to the size of large marbles and are pitch black. For his top Zenaku wears a long sleeve jacket that has a silver line that is the zipper, on the left side of the jack on his chest he has the symbol of his uchiha clan marked there.

The jacket has a hood attached to it, his forams have black protector guards. He keeps the sleeves of the jacket pulled up to his elbow as he has a pair of finger less gloves that reaches all the way to his elbow. On his right arm he has white bandages wrapped around his peck part of his arm.

Under the jacket he wears his steel mail shirt that is light weight and over that he has his light chest plate. He wears a pair of pitch black pants and a pair of high top black boots that come up to knee, he keeps his pant legs tucked into the boots. Around his weist he has a white cloth that holds a thick blue rope which hangs out dangles by his side.

" So you have a idea what mission we are doing. Also are we the only ones asked to do this job."

Quarashibanzai looked up at Zenaku Uchiha. An arm had been extended out to him and he looked at it callously as the young man asked him if he was his mission partner.

"Nah, ya see I'm just here because I like shitty has-been music from the 700s"

He laughed and shook his head. He moved from the alley wall and walked past Zenaku. The club was starting to open up and a line was forming. He turned to look back at his mission partner

"I don't really shake hands bro, its kinda gay to be honest. Anywho, eyes up. Some old dude might try to sneak in without paying. As a matter of national security I can't have you lazying about. We need to stay shaaaarp."

Q's sarcasm was thick and heavy. A cream sprayed out on the faces and ears of unsuspecting troglodytes. As far as this political scientist was concerned it was his gift to the world. Derision and dismissiveness could be enlightening to those who were blissfully unaware of how lame they were. The kid crossed his arms and stood squarely in front of the slowly forming line. He waited for Zenaku to join him and mimic his aggressive posture. Who in their right mind would attack a jazz bar guarded by a teen with pink hair, yellow shades, a blazer, and checkered shorts with socks pulled up to his knees.

Zenaku could already tell that working with this guy was gonna be a drag, but he could not control things out side his power, so the guy got off the wall as he shook his head walking past zenaku as he then told him that he did not shake hands as he found it to be gay. It turned out that he and the sarcastic dude who looked as if he walked out of a disaster comic was supposed to guard a door to a music place cause a person might try to attack it, so walking over he joined the guy as he stood beside him placing his hands in his pockets he now waited.

Zenaku wordlessly followed him to the front of the dive bar or jazz bar or whatever. The kid didn't have a sense of humor as he didn't even smile at Q's sarcasm. Well at least he wasn't one of those ninja simpletons that were running around smiling all the time for no good reason. It was a bit of positive spin in his favor he supposed. Quarashibanzai eyed several of the bar patrons who were pretty much just your run of the mill old people. They were the equivalent to real world boomers in Q's eyes and while he didn't openly disrespect them, the snide condescension was clear as day on his face. The line was going alone perfectly but the problem with all of this was that Q was beginning to grow quite bored. He yawned loudly and cast a mischievous glance in Zenaku's direction. This self-proclaimed performance artist was already up to something.

Zenaku was glad that he finally had a mission to be on but he was getting bored as so far all he had been doing was standing around as he watched old people dance around like they was still young. He continued to scan the place not letting his eyes stay on one place for to long cause he never knew if some one was gonna try something. Tho he was not sure why any one would, they would basically have to be a fool to do something while there was two ninja guarding the place, but to be honest he was wishing his first job to be something with a little more action to it. With out even moving his head zenaku noticed Q yawning but there was a odd feeling in the air so he kept his guard up for any thing to come.

Some old guy started swaggering up the bar. From a distance, Q could tell that this guy was trouble. He stared blankly at the individual until it was clear that the old guy was heading in towards the establishment. He was extremely drunk and not at all looking as though he wanted to have a good time inside. Q sighed and pointed him out to Zenaku. "That dude is totally drunk. Like really drunk. I can't beat him up or else I'll look like a real prick. He's probably you're speed though. Go take him out" Q ordered Zenaku. It was kind of rude to be ordering another genin around but too bad too sad. Zenaku would just have to deal with it.

Zenaku noticed a drunk guy walking his way towards the club and he did not look like he wanted a good time. Q pointed him out to zenaku as he tried to order him around. " Look don, t go ordering me around Q your a genin just like me tho I can easily handle a drunk." Zenaku said to Q as he looked the drunk in the eyes as he pointed his finger at him. The next thing you know the guy starts yelling about spiders crawling on him as he falls on to the ground and passes out. " That was easy enough." Zenaku said with a grin as he leaned back up to the entrance of the club.

Q scoffed at Zenaku's rebuke ofnhis authority. As far as Qbwas concerned he was the ranking hen j of this duo. That perspective changed however when Zenaku pointed at the drunk and put him under the influence of Genjutsu in a mere heartbeat. The young Q looked at the the genins astonishing skill with illusions and was a bit taken aback. For once he was speechless, he stared at the genin and crossed his arms. He believed that he was truly the superior shinobi but now his faith was shaken. He would need to one up the Uchiha some how but how? He continued to remain silent as he contemplated how he could get back at Zenaku for making him look bad.

The manager came out of the place and saw the drunk snoring on the sidewalk.

"Get him out of here!" The manager shouted before retreating back into the establishment. Q turned to his comrade and spoke up:

"You heard the man, get that rubbish out of here!"

After doing his genjutsu zenaku could tell that Q was fidgety like he had been shown up, it could be that he was not good at genjutsu but that had nothing to do with him.

Just then the manager came out side telling the two of them to get get that trash out from in front of building, so after that he went back in side. That was when Q looked at him and told him what to do again, he was just gonna ignore him as he crossed his fingers like a cross.

" Shadow closed jutsu" zenaku said and as he did a clone that looked just like him appeared. " Go get that man out from in front of the building." Zenaku said so his clone walked over to the guy as he picked him up and walked over to some bushes as he dropped him in them. The clone vanished then zenaku looked over to Q. " Better, he is now gone. So shape up the next one is yours." Zenaku said as he crossed his arms and leaned up on to the building.

Quarashibanzai was steaming right now. Not only had Zenaku displayed knowledge of Genjutsu he had also mastered the art of the shadow clone as well. Q stood there literally shaking. How could this idiot have mastered two useful techniques while Q was still masturbating to high theory. It was a a slap in the face is what it was. The purple haired ninja spat as he watched Zenaku's clone dump the body in the bushes. Zenaku said the next one would be his and he nodded with a serious expression on his face. He had a few tricks up his own sleeve and now was the perfect time to show it all off.

"Yeah no problem, I just hope it someone that's actually worth fighting ya know?"

Zenaku was not the smartest person but he could tell from just looking at Q that he was foaming mad over how zenaku handled the situation which was put in front of him. He heard Q say he would handle the next one if they was worth fighting. Just then the bouncer from in side the club threw a guy out that looked to not only been drinking but also was on the drugs of some kind.

" you mother fuckers you can't treat me like this do you have any idea who I am. I'm getting back in to this club no matter what."

Zenaku noticed that this man had a ninja head band signaling that he was from there village so at least now Q hada challenge.

" well Q is this guy up to your level or do you need a child to fight." Zenaku said as he was making a joke to Q but he could already tell that he was going to get mad about it but he did not care.

""Fuck off Uchiha" "

Q bitched in response. The trendy genin walked forwards to the drunk shinobi with his hands in his pocket. The man was a ninja but he was totally wasted. It was possible that Q might be able to take him out without too much trouble. The young man got in the drunkard's face and then head butted him violently. It was a painful proposition but alas a necessary one. Once he was on the ground, Q performed a devestating axe kick. He smashed the man's head into the pavement and caused his teeth to spill out. He then grabbed the man and dragged him away from the bar. He walked back up to Zenaku with his forehead bleeding and pointed to it as proof of his maniless.

"That's how a real man gets it done. Take note Zenaku"

Zenaku watched as Q walked up to the drunk shinobe and suddenly head butted him in the face, the ninja was so drunk that he fell on his ass after that Q delivered a devastating axe kick to the back of his head which broke the guys teeth causing him to spatter them on the ground as he was now knocked out. "

Damn Q a little over kill there man, might want to tone down the anger."

Zenaku said right after he kicked the guy in the back of the head. He has seen many people in his life and he has made lots of people mad at him tho most of the time it was mostly cause he was a uchiha. He watched as Q walked back up to zenaku as he showed him his head where he was now bleeding from head butting the drunk ninja.

" Manliness ha, more like a case of anger issues....idiot"

Zenaku said that last part under his breath so to not let Q hear him but even if he did he was not to worried about it, if he was right there mission was soon to come to a end cause for night clubs or bars they are only open so long before they have to close for so many hours.

Zenaku said he might want to tone down the anger but Q just scoffed as he scraped the blood from his shoe. It was totally gross. The night would wear on without further incident. Eventually the lads would be discharged leaving them to pretty much do whatever they wanted afterwards. Q was just glad to be done. He had found this mission to be extremely boring and he wasn't the type to look for the positives in such bullshit.

"See ya around loser" Q sneered as he walked past Zenaku and made his way home.
