Donning his armor, clothes, weaponry, and making sure his bag of supplies were on his shoulders. A beautiful bow of platinum secured on his torso with the string of silk hugging his back in a diagonal position. Rin puts on the mask over his face, and with a faint green flash Rin could feel his chakra being suppressed. Just like he was using Chakra Suppression in fact. Seeing that it works, Rin deactivates it and with another flash of pale blue light the mask disappears into the seal over his right wrist. Rin exit out of his apartment and made his way to Yui's house. It was along the way to the main street, so it wasn't out of the way.
Lately, no one's been at home of Yui's house, so hopefully that remains true. Either way when Rin arrives, he went the usual way of knocking first. If no one answers, Rin would try the knob, obviously locked as no one leaves their door unlocked. A sigh escaped from his lips before walking around to the backyard. Where he lifts a particular flower pot and sure enough the spare house key was still there. Taking the key, Rin unlocks the front door and enters the premises. He does a thorough check of the house for intruders, and assuming he hasn't found anyone. Rin will start searching for any of the marks within Yui's house that is either identical or similar to the seal Menza placed on Rin's body. If it is anywhere within the house, Rin will more than likely find it. Of course he tries his best not to make a mess of the place.
At the end of it, Rin will tuck the note within the tea box that is inside the cabinets. If Menza likes tea or stops by at some point he'll find it. Afterwards, Rin will exit the house with the door closed. He locks it, and puts the key back in the flower pot. When Rin comes back around the corner, a couple of guards that saw him walked out, immediately called for his attention. Rin acknowledges them and walks towards their direction. Both of the guards looked to be experienced, and both were older than Rin.
"What were you doing in this house?" One of them asked in a questionable tone. There was uncertainty in his eyes, or Rin's eyes were playing tricks on him. Still he obliged to the guards' question.
"Quite simple. Looking for any clues of who this Menza is that kidnapped the Hokage's cousin and Kotoshura clan leader. She seemed to know him, and I wanted to see if she may have left any clues regarding said Menza." The boy lets out a small sigh before looking over his shoulders at the house. The other guard spoke up this time, "And did you find anything?"
With a turn of his attention towards the guards, Rin responded with a small shake of his head. "Unfortunately not. But I will continue to look elsewhere on a later date. I have a dragon to hunt down at Grass now." A guard blows a low whistle as his brow raised at the mention of a dragon.
"First a Tailed Beast, and now you're going after dragons? You just love fighting powerful enemies don't you." Rin's lips curled as he can't deny that. A chuckle could be heard from the guards as one of them clapped Rin on the shoulder.
"Well at any rate, when you get back we can officially celebrate with a drink or three." The first thought in Rin's head is that he is too young, but then again he's been able to hold his liquor better than some adults.
"Sure thing, I'll hit you up when I get back." With an extension of his hand, they shook hands before went their separate ways. Rin had to stop by the market before leaving for the gates. Having some arrows for the bow would do Rin some good in case his target likes to fly.
