Description: [Tatsu's Premiere Signature Jutsu]

Unlike Perfect Copy which is merely a disguise. Peerless Shapeshifting is a near flawless (depending on Intelligence and limitations), and true shapeshifting.

The limit is whatever one can imagine, and while like Perfect Copy it can't copy Jutsu, Bloodlines, or Advanced Elements. It has several advantages over Perfect Copy.

1) The person genetically becomes that thing (with their perception, ability to speak, and mind preserved via the mechanics of the Jutsu). Which means fish can breath underwater, winged creatures can fly, things with unique appendages can use them, etc.
Requires a genetic sample of a target for templates.

KKG, AE, and Jutsu can't be copied.

Is legit, pretty much a Prefect Transformation, but actually being the thing transformed into.

2) Can make unique creatures /entities / bodies based off of the users imagination.

Entity wise. It can only do what it's template can normally do naturally, but can't do unique effects outside of apped Jutsu for that form.


Weaknesses:
- Gaining Flight and Amphibious / Aquatic = 5 CP / Post. And gain - 1 Tier to Coord and Str.

- Any UA that uses Perfect Copy is Null and Void.

- Is always active. Once learned it will constantly drain 2 CP / post at a min. And permanently reduces Stam by 20.

- Shape Shifting can only happen voluntary as long as someone is thinking hard about being a specific shape for 5 seconds.

- Dependant on The following UA:

• Medic Spec: Ijutsu costs 1 rank less, but all other Jutsu cost 50% more.
  
  
• Polymorph Spec: Always starts threads shapeshifted, and passes any inspections to discern it's true nature via just using sight, sensory, or touch. But Lose 2 CP / Post, and start off with 20 CP Less.

The user builds up a small current of Raiton infused with Ijutsu within the body, by touching the body. The user releases the infused chakra into the body as a pulse.

The body becomes highly sensitive, to touch, temperature, wind, everything. As the nerves become highly excited. Making all physical experiences even more intense.  


Weaknesses:
- Lasts until upkeep is no longer paid.
- Needs contact with a person to send the chakra into the area.
- Projectile Range can only be used if a person knows "Chakra Flow".
- The spread from the touched area is only 3 square inches around the site.[/b][/u]

Be aware that your templates a missing the "Power" field which needs to be added in and filled.

Description: User charges Bakuton into an object, causing it to glow slightly. Upon being thrown, the user determines the explosive range and a force between that of a weak firework (light force, loud, no damage), to an explosive tag's explosive force. Which must be chosen before being thrown, IC.

(Basically Gambit from Marvel.)
Weaknesses: Range is dependent on how far and fast they can throw a weapon. And the explosion at it's max is 10 meters lower smaller than an explosive tag.

An explosive tags has a radius of 15 feet. Which is approximately 4,6 meters. Thus this doesn't have a 10m smaller range than an explosive tag. That would imply no range at all.

If the force you want to apply varies, then I suggest you add a lower chakra cost for D-rank str.

"Name: Medical Clay"
This is denied. You're not going to heal everyone in a huge area for a single 25Chakra /(ven added to the clay type)

Plus I feel this distorts the nature of the Explosion Release Clan. Healing isn't part of the Bakuton nature. Earth and Fire is. Bakuton adds Earth and Fire to cause explosions. Even if you add Ijutsu chakra to an explosion, how exactly are you denying the damage cause by the air pressure, fire, etc.
Because if there's no air pressure, fire, or loud sound, then I don't really think this is an Explosion Release jutsu o.o
Maybe you could register it as pure Ijutsu, but mind the costs.

Fixed everything and now just bumping this so you can find it easily.

Listen 8 months. With Menza's deadline approaching. I am in desperate need of Shapeshifting Jutsu.

It's not just a "I'm centering everything around this one Jutsu", it's "This jutsu is the lynchpin for everything and I desperately need it. Like yesterday."

The others? Sure, nice stuff, but Peerless Shapeshifting, I need to know how to make that acceptable and get it approved before the deadline.

2) One shapeshifts merely by thinking strongly on the new form for 5 seconds. Rather than needing to do a hand clasp.

3) And when one transforms into Items (Crafting Skill level (but change Coordination to Intelligence to see their max creation rank)) Intelligence sees how far they can go; Ninja Rank sees what quality they'd be; and Strength sees their "Material Hardness".

Needs hand-seals.
Needs limits on transformation. I can't have you transform into a whale and smashing everything beneath you for 1cp.
If you are genetically transforming into someone then I assume you'd need a genetic sample?
Also, this can't turn you into unique items such as Samehada.
I'm afraid I also can't let you turn into an S-rank item for 1 CP o.o Add a cost that goes up according to item rank.
This can't copy known abilities or KKG.

What exactly does reform mean? What are the limits? Can you turn into a whale with Aki's heaD? Because then we run into the same problem as above. o.o

As long as I can get Tatsu to Neko-Sama, and at most either a polar bear (normal creature), and as a unique a Cecelia but with Dragon Wings. (Or a smallish, 10 ft dragon?). I'm good.

And most importantly on a biological, neurological, chakral level. Pass as Blast Yui against Menza, since for all intents and purposes I will be Blast Yui.
