Konami penned a letter to the Mizukage. The letter contained an update of what she and her sister had been up to for the past couple of years. She wasn't sure what the political state of Kirigakure was at the moment or if they had figured out their role in the assassination of several major Kaguya Clan elders. Either way, the twins would need to lay the groundwork for an eventual return. This letter would allow them to test out the waters before doing so. Konami drafted the letter, took it to a rookery and had it send to the Village Hidden in the Mist. She then left to prepare for the next leg of their journey.
