Seigi's build is generally skinny and toned, dense muscle packed into his smaller frame. He stands at a normal height of 5'8', weighing just above average at 170. He doesn't look as if he'd weigh more than 120, but his densely compacted muscle gives him more mass than it would appear. He has snow-white hair and pale skin, both genetic defects that are custom with the Chinoike clan. His pose is often slightly informal and for lack of a better word, uncaring. His clothing ranges from the traditional Raikage robe and hat when needed to a skintight black body suit when he was an ANBU. He still often wears it on his secret missions, many times disguising himself if he needed something done personally. When at home, however, he often likes to wear traditional-style robes akin to Ruroni Kenshin or Inuyasha.

His father was a captain on the K.M.S Gyuki, his father himself an Inazuma clansman, his mother a nurse aboard the ship, a member of the Chinoike clan. He was conceived at sea, his mother enduring the duration of her pregnancy during the conflict, never setting foot on land. He was born at sea, as well, his first cries coming from the Captain's own quarters in the midst of a battle between the Inazuma forces and the Hozuki, the very battle that turned the tide of the war. Once the conflict was over, the small family would retire from the life at sea and move inward, into the village that would later be called Kumogakure. Once the village was officially founded, it called to arms to strengthen its military forces, conscripting Seigi's father as a Jounin and Seigi himself being sent to the academy to learn the art of being shinobi.
Once introduced to the art of the ninja, Seigi discovered he was a natural at it. From a young age, he quickly excelled at Ninjutsu and Taijutsu, rising among his peers as the top of his class, even from a young age began to be known as a prodigy. As he mastered the basics, he graduated the academy after a single year, quickly being promoted to Genin and earning his headband in 916 A.S. It was just after he graduated that his sister, Shimiko was born. Seigi quickly became protective of his little sister.
Once into his teenage years, he began to quickly make a repuation for himself. Kumogakure, technically at peace, still had many conflicts with the Hozuki and much of Kirigakure, as the villages competed for the same resources. A truce had been called long ago but that didn't destroy the burning desire on both sides to see the other eradicated. Among Kirigakure shinobi, Seigi earned his nickname as "The Devil of the Cloud" for his ruthless tactics, his control of blood and his lust for battle. This teenager, this child, was on par with some of Kirigakure's most elite and would often rally those around him with his tenacity. The conflicts, between Kumogakure and Kirigakure and Iwagakure continued for years, shinobi on both sides quickly learning of Seigi's tactics and skill. Finally, a treaty to evenly divide the resources came about, putting an end to these microaggressions and putting Kumogakure back into a peacetime. The Inazuma, impressed with Seigi's abilities, promoted him to ANBU as the lead of their reconnassiance corps. In this position, he excelled at protecting Kumogakure and his allies. It was around this time that his sister began to show interest in becoming a shinobi as well.
Seigi and Shimiko's parents both saw how war had changed Seigi and refused to let Shimiko join the academy. Their disdain for a war they had seen firsthand pushed them to refuse her entry, angering Seigi in the process. He believed his sister should have every right to learn how to fight, just as he had and the decision was up to her, not their parents. And so, after 4 years of leading the ANBU reconnassiance corps, Seigi convinced the heads of the village, mainly the Inazuma, that their influence would spread further if they relinquished the title of of Kage and instead, opted to take control and become the Daimyo of the country to create a balance of power for the village. The Inazuma agreed, and granted Seigi the title of Kage in exchange for his help in elevating the Inazuma to Daimyohood.
Once Kage, he told Shimiko that no matter what, she would have his support for joining the academy and that their parents could no longer refuse his word.
Personality: Seigi's personality is something that changes often and depending on the circumstances, but in almost situation, he is very sarcastic, only ever getting in trouble for his comments towards elders when he was younger. Seigi himself is a sadist, loving to inflict pain on his enemies and those who anger him, but is very good about keeping himself composed. Like any good shinobi, he has mastered the ability to keep his emotions in check and become cold, even towards his own family at times. Always putting Kumogakure first, his job is to make sure the village survives, no matter what. This often leads to him performing his own secret missions, knowing that the council would never approve of certain actions. He's rebelious and doesn't listen to anyone, but his word is rarely questioned due to his consistency of being correct as well as his tactics and tenacity on the battlefield something that he brought to politics as well. He's a natural-born leader, a suave and enigmatic shinobi and has been often called the best killer in all of Kumogakure. He can be prim and proper when the time calls, but is not beyond getting his own hands dirty and letting the council run the village while he is away, trusting their decisions.
Roleplay Sample: he terrifying chakra arm shot forward through the air, reaching it's destination 100 meters away from the entrance of the great tree, grabbing the body of The Salamander and the boy's sword in one fell swoop. Pulling towards himself, the chakra arm began to reel in the boy, bringing him ever closer to Seigi and Tatsuya, the both of them still under the cover of protection within the great doors of the former symbol of Takigakure. Even now, after the tree's death, it still helped the shinobi world in some way. As Naisu's body moved toward them at amazing speeds, his movement was impeded by the sound of four explosions originating from a place that Seigi had no way to see. As the bullets ripped through Shukkaku, Seigi dropped his technqiue, dodging to his right, taking cover behind the entrance of the door; He had no idea where the shots had come from or if they were even intended for him, but Tatsuya's warning to him made him not want to take any chances.
As the technique was dispersed, Naisu's body slid across the ground, sand raining down onto his body as bits of Shukaku rained down onto the battlefield, the boy's body now roughly 30 meters from the entrance, lying face up towards the sky. Seigi's instincts served him right as shortly after he took cover, a bullet rocketed through the entrance of the tree, embedding itself into the wall behind Seigi. He eyed the small hole before turning his attention back to outside, glaring at the horizon, wondering why of the four shots, only one had made it's way towards him. Poking his head from behind cover, his opened his Fuuingan, scanning the buildings and trees across from him, but his attention was diverted from the horizon to the great wall of sand now racing towards him, a tsunami of earth and death staring the Douchiwa down. The elements were not on Seigi's side today, fire, rain, earth and wind all coming together to make him fail.
But he would not fail today. He had no other options.
He had no time to bring Naisu's body to him before the wave would hit, but he could save him in another way. Forming a single hand sign, he focused on Naisu's body using his Fuuingan, six arms of seals spreading out from Naisu's body, surrounded by an inner circle of seals. Naisu's body quickly sealed itself into the sword he lay on top of. A mere second later, the sand wave rushed over the sword, burying it beneath a large layer of sand, hidden away from the rest of the battle.
Meanwhile, Seigi braced himself for impact inside the tree. Tatsuya had flown away, leaving him alone in the entrance of the great tree. He had no time to escape, so he had to make due. Keeping his position next to the opening, sharp bones grew from his forearms and bottom of his hands, below his pink, and he slammed them into the wall of the tree, bracing himself against the wall. Just as he did that, sand collided with the tree, shaking it violently, the tree itself threatening to give way. "Hold on Seigi!" A voice called to him, realizing that Chomei himself was worried about the boy's safety. Out of everyone here, the tailed beast sealed within the boy knew the true power of Shukaku's fury. Chomei had battled with Shukaku countless times and would rather remained sealed inside of Seigi than fight him head on, but he and Seigi weren't friends, and far from it.
Sand made it's way into the entrance, swallowing everything in sight and covering the entire inside in a thick layer, but nothing compared to outside, a sea of gold and brown now covering the park. Trees had been buried, buildings leveled. Everything in and around the park had been decimated, and now all that remained was Shukaku and the tree. Crescendo Park was no more and in it's place stood a monument to death and terror. Seigi used his bones to climb upwards as the sand waves continued, spitting sand and blinking to get it out of his eyes. He climbed above the entrance, now safe from the onslaught, hanging from the wall by his forearms. A brief second after the wave, a violent vibration shot forth from Shukaku, compressing the sand into hard earth, a funeral for any caught in it's path. After the violent vibration, the boy dropped from his safe spot onto the ground below. Seigi brushed sand off of his shoulder, recovering from the shaking tree. It had taken a beating but it still stood true against the onslaught. Seigi was thankful that it could serve at least one last purpose, saving his life from the Bijuu. Retracting his bones, Seigi looked out the entrance, to see the scene that had unfolded. The park was now just waves of sand and bodies. Fire still remained around the park and rain pelted down onto the sand, weighing it down. It was still hell outside, but now any cover for that sniper had been destroyed and he could now face Shukaku on even ground. Seigi exited the tree, his Fuuingan scanning again.
Shukaku had set his sights upwards, towards the giant whale orbiting the park above them. It's massive size alone set fear into Seigi's heart and he could only imagine the strength behind it. The Tanuki opened up it's mouth, beginning to gather chakra, a small orb quickly taking shape and growing into something that only Seigi and Chomei knew the true power and destructive capabilities behind. Suddenly, an idea struck the Missing-Nin.
"No." Chomei piped up, before Seigi could even ask, reading the boy's mind and emotions. "We can't do that, it could potentially destroy the village." Chomei said. Seigi knew that Chomei was right but they couldn't afford to play it safe. They had no other options.
"Chomei, if we don't do something, the village is going to get destroyed anyways! We HAVE to act!" Seigi replied. "I'm not asking you, Chomei, I'm telling you!" He yelled inside his mind. He rushed over towards Shukaku, stopping forty meters from the Tailed Beast. He threw his hands together, gulping. Seigi was terrified, and what he was about to do had never been done before, but it was the only thing that would stop this battle.
"Transform!" Seigi's voice rang out through the park. Seigi's body quickly contorted and shifted, growing in size to match Shukaku's. Wings sprouted from his back, and he took on the features of the tailed beast inside of him. Seigi had fully transformed into Chomei, becoming the beast within him in plain view of every person residing in the village. Two tailed beasts now stood among the wastes of the village, towering over everything, save the tree. The process took mere seconds, and Shukaku was still forming his tailed beast ball.
Seigi began focusing his chakra to connect with Shukaku's, opening his mouth to add to the strength of the tailed beast ball forming from the Tanuki's. The same way that Seigi could communicate to Chomei, he reached out towards Shukaku with his mind, hoping the same method would work.
"If there's any bit of Naisu left in there, here me out!" A voice cried out to the beast, a mix of both Chomei's and Seigi's, attempting to appeal to the One-Tail. "Help me stop these foreigners and I'll personally help you leave the village. You have my word!" Should the Tanuki hear him out, the attack would only grow. Growing to the size of a normal tailed beast ball, it then doubled in size. Then, Seigi took it one step forward. Through sheer force of might, the beast ball then doubled once more. The sheer energy of the beast ball began to interfere with the world around them. Sand began to rise as the pull of chakra began to interfere with the static electricity in the air. The clouds around the park began to disperse outward, clearing the skies of anything that could hide the whale's pure size. Anyone still left in the park would be able to feel the pure energy gathered, rotating violently, almost unstable. But between the two of them and Seigi's own power, it would hold. It had to.
"Now!" Seigi roared as the whale became centered above them, a perfect shot for the two demons to take. A wave-like beam of energy erupted from their combined attack, unlike anything anyone in this world had ever seen. The beam was blinding and the pure ferocity of the attack would be enough to knock anyone around them to the ground. The tree itself would begin to sway again, away from the attack. Branches close to the two would break and dissipate, annihilated by the energy from the two. It would be near impossible for the beam to miss the whale due to both it's size and the size of the attack.
Should the beam connect, anything caught in it would be disintegrated, the raw energy destroying any matter caught in it. The beam would continue to rise and rise into the air, visible to see from miles and miles around, the attack a testament to the strength of the ninja bent on defending the village. They were beaten and they were broken but they weren't done yet.

Growing to the size of a normal tailed beast ball, it then doubled in size. Then, Seigi took it one step forward. Through sheer force of might, the beast ball then doubled once more. The sheer energy of the beast ball began to interfere with the world around them. Sand began to rise as the pull of chakra began to interfere with the static electricity in the air. The clouds around the park began to disperse outward, clearing the skies of anything that could hide the whale's pure size. Anyone still left in the park would be able to feel the pure energy gathered, rotating violently, almost unstable. But between the two of them and Seigi's own power, it would hold. It had to.
"Now!" Seigi roared as the whale became centered above them, a perfect shot for the two demons to take. A wave-like beam of energy erupted from their combined attack, unlike anything anyone in this world had ever seen. The beam was blinding and the pure ferocity of the attack would be enough to knock anyone around them to the ground. The tree itself would begin to sway again, away from the attack. Branches close to the two would break and dissipate, annihilated by the energy from the two. It would be near impossible for the beam to miss the whale due to both it's size and the size of the attack.
Should the beam connect, anything caught in it would be disintegrated, the raw energy destroying any matter caught in it. The beam would continue to rise and rise into the air, visible to see from miles and miles around, the attack a testament to the strength of the ninja bent on defending the village. They were beaten and they were broken but they weren't done yet.
Not by a long shot.
