The third training grounds was where Akihiro tinkered with Fuuinjutsu. The training grounds were composed of a wide and open area where he could lay seals without worrying too much about someone interfering or getting hurt by them. Today he was here to improve on the Five-Seal Barrier technique which was a Fuuinjutsu which allowed someone to protect a rather large area without necessarily having to be there. Now Akihiro already knew this fuuinjutsu- it was rather simple really. What he didn't know was the technique which could be placed on top of it. The tags which composed the Five-seal barrier needed to be taken off simultaneously but it was possible to lay a second curse on these tags in order to protect them. Akihiro sat by a tree with a book, studying the new jutsu. Fuuinjutsu to him was a lot more theory than practice. Once he got the schematics down and read everything there was to be read about the Fuuinjutsu, making it it in practice was child's play for him- quite literally.
So he sat there and read books for hours before finally getting up and placing tags around the trees. Then he used the Shadow Clone technique to rip off the tags simultaneously- after applying the new curse to them, of course. And as soon as the four Akihiros ripped off the first four tags, four more Akihiros appeared and became hostile. The Jonin then went through the curious experience of fighting himself four times. He was happy to realize that fighting himself was not an easy task at all, and it actually took him some time and cleverness to bring down the four copies of himself. After defeating these copies, the young Jonin rested for a while and finally went home. Tomorrow would be another day.
