A particular crew of sailors got into a fight against some of the locals at the Siren’s Song bar in Kirigakure. Get creative on stopping both groups from fighting and work to detain them. Violence is authorized if attacked first, but under any circumstances do not kill. This is merely a drunken fight that is disrupting the public peace and causing collateral damage to the establishment. Shackles are provided to detain up to twenty people, and once they’re shackled bring them over to the detainment brig.
