Mission Report: Supervision Required

Iro had left the city gates after finishing her shift with a bit of urgency in her step. Iro would find herself at the mission desk where she would return the scroll she had with her containing the mission details as well her observations and logged actions. Iro would receive a ryo payment being handle a small stack of one-hundred ryo bills equally fifteen thousand for her shift at the gates. Iro would take another task, continuing her monthly quota of work in the village. She wouldn't leave until she finished her report. Taking a seat in a chair before a table she had a sheet of parchment before her where she began to scribe a more detailed letter to the Raikage.

Dear Lady Nariko,

Among the abnormalities found in my mission report at the gates I wish to bring to your attention a potential Nukenin within our village ranks. A Genin who was addressed as Seid was seen attempting to leave the village without permission before being stopped by Lei and Ryuko who have since convinced him to remain. His motives to leave the village are unknown, but I suggest keeping him under supervision at all times and especially when tasked to leave the village; he cannot be trusted to leave the village gates without supervision regardless if he has a mission.
