-This is one of the simplest principles: If a bird cannot sing the right tune, or if it sings when it should not, then it is dangerous for the organization and its clients. Non-singing birds in dangerous positions should be dealt with as they pose a threat to the Mockingbird's power and influence. The Mockingbird should always place itself in a position to be able to do this. Despite being an organization that works in the shadows, the Mockingbird should always be Fierce.

-This states that there are several methods for making a bird sing. By placing oneself in a strategic position it is possible to blackmail, persuade or otherwise convince a bird to sing. From sweet talk to intimidation or even brainwashing there are many tools that can make a bird sing. It is important for members to be aware of this at all times, and to know when to apply each method. Despite any superficial appearance, the Mockingbird is always Cunning.

-The final principle demonstrates a very important rule on information gathering. Sometimes, when a bird doesn't sing, it is not because it can't. But because it is not the right time to do so. It's important to wait for the right moment to make a bird sing and avoid rushing things.
Even if efficient in action, the Mockingbird always aims to be patient and diplomatic.

• 1 -Each one of these birds carries a small scroll with a particular fuuinjutsu developed by Uchiha Akihiro. You are expected to pick up a scroll and imprint it with your chakra. This will happen automatically once you write a message. The message you write at this point will be encrypted and locked tightly by this technique.
  
  
• 2- The bird will fly back to the organization, where responsible people will unlock the message *and* sample your chakra. At this point, they will be able to reply to you with a similar method, using a Fuinjutsu that encrypts messages and can only be decrypted by your chakra.

Where are they located?
Every bird needs a nest. The Mockingbird is no exception to this rule. Since they were founded by a Konohagakure no Sato shinobi, their main base resides in Konohagakure no Sato. This does not mean however, that they have no presence in other lands. The Mockingbird often flies to faraway lands in search of information and has a presence in many of them. This presence may not only come in the form of men and agents but also in the form of bases.

The Mockingbird song comes in many tunes and melodies. Depending on your taste, you will certainly find information here that you can make use of. All of these services have a set price, which might vary from village to village depending on the contract made and job difficulty. A "shop" will open whenever the organization is officially present on a village, called "The Mockingbird Guild". Here you will be able to trade in secrets with us, take jobs or put up jobs.

General Description:
Who are they?
The Mockingbird is an organization founded by Uchiha Akihiro during the two years after his promotion to Chuunin. They are a group of people dedicated to gathering intelligence and secrets from around the world, and their trade is in secrets. Based on the fact that knowledge is power, Akihiro realized he could use his superior intelect to acquire information and secrets which would otherwise be unknown to the general public. By selling this kind of information the Mockingbird can make a shinobi's work much easier by providing information on a target, jutsu or even warning them of danger.

Essentially they are a spy network spread all over the known shinobi world. The organization is deeply connected with the criminal underworld and secret markets. More often than not there are more people searching for information on these two than on any other subject and this means the organization needs to have a strong presence here as well.

Allegiances/Allies:
By principle the organization aims to remain neutral. They deal in information and information only. If you need intel on a target they're the place to go. But they won't take down the target themselves, although they might be able to tell you who would..

The fact that they try to remain neutral does not mean they don't influence the political aspect of the game however. Whenever the organization finds an official presence in the village, a contract is signed with that village regarding what kind of information they can disclosure on it. For example, when the organization first settled in Konohagakure a contract was signed which stated (among other things) that no information on exclusive jutsus that the organization may come upon with may be divulged to unauthorized personnel. Another example of possible contract terms is the obligation of informing the Kage whenever a hit is put on them on the underworld mission board.

These contracts are considered to be sacred and no organization member is allowed to break a single one of these rules under any circumstance. This includes life threatening events, etc. The Mockingbird fuuinjutsu makes sure this is true. (More on that later). The terms on each and every contract are secret and will not be disclosed to anyone except to the two signing parties.

How can the Mockingbird be contacted?
The most straightforward way to contact the Mockingbird is to walk into one of its bases and talk to whoever is responsible there. However the organization is well aware that many of its clients may not be able to simply walk into a hidden village or maybe they don't want to be seen contacting the organization. Luckily if one really wishes to contact the Mockingbird the only thing they have to do is will it. And soon a majestic creature will descend upon the client, which brings us to...

The Shadow Sparrow
The Shadow Sparrow is a special type of ninja bird, similar to the ones villages already used for communications. It is a majestic creature capable of flying many miles without tiring.

These creatures are present in every village's aviary and even in most criminal underworld depots. They can be used to safely contact the Mockingbird HQ.

But how can you make sure our information is safe?
If it's your first time contacting us, there are 2 steps:

Description: This technique is used to encrypt and decrypt messages. It maybe be used in two different ways.
1. It can be applied to a scroll. When a person writes a message on it, the fuuinjutsu will take a sample of the person's chakra and encrypt the message, making it unreadable by anyone else. It will only be decrypted by applying the chakra of the person who first applied the Fuuinjutsu to the scroll.

2. If the user has a sample of another person's chakra (sealed on another one of these scrolls foe example) they can encrypt a message and send it to that person. Upon receiving the message, the person needs only to apply chakra to decrypt the message.
Weaknesses:
The message can be forcefully decrypted by someone who surpasses the original user's Intelligence.
