Taking place directly after the attack on Kirigakure, Akira had been striving to empower herself further as far as her physical strength went. She was ultimately displeased with how things were going for her, so with that in mind she strove to make amendments to that.
The pinkette runs forward in a bout of speed, closing the meager distance between herself and one of the training dummies in direct line of sight. Currently in the training grounds, the female takes advantage of the equipment that's there, preferring to practice against the inanimate object. She thrusts her arm forth in a sudden rush of speed, lowering her center of balance in the midst of it. Changing to the singular hand-to-hand combat style she was most familiar with, the Sakura slams her palm firmly into the base of the training dummy. She had to envision some way to generate a good amount of physical force. Mainly so that she wouldn't be pinned back by a mere puppet next time she had to deal with one.
Feeling as though she hasn't gotten the technique right from that first attempt, she springs back and reels her arm inward, spreading her fingers apart once more. From there the female darts on forward as quick as she can manage, and as soon as she's in hitting range, she stomps with a single foot, rooting herself in place and thrusting her arm out as she lowers her entirety. With a much more stable footing this time, she can afford to put the entirety of her bodily force behind the attack, delivering a much more powerful palm strike.
Even with her physical ineptness without the assistance of Arhat Fist, the delivery in itself is still enough to shake the structure's core. Following that brief demonstration of the proper use of the Shatter Palm, the female retracts her arm and stands up straight, placing her feet back in alignment shortly after. She disengages from the style and jumps back.
