Takeo sits behind his desk silently, peering at what was left of the paperwork that he had to work out. He had already gotten plenty of it done so far, so now it was just a matter of attending to a more pressing matter. The brunette slips on out of his seat, forming the Clone handseal to manifest a shadow clone to take a seat in his place. From there the male strides on out of the room into the back, taking a look into the files to get a feel for what each of the shinobi under his command were currently capable of.
Silently compiling the information mentally, the male takes a few files, specifically the three Jounin that he intended to give squads. He strides back out of the back room and disperses the clone, before taking a seat and looking at the numerous Jounin, thinking back on the squads.
Tapping his index upon the side of his face, the man pulls a spare piece of paper out and starts to write upon it slowly, listing the specialties of the people:
It was quickly becoming rather obvious to him that the main concern was that most of his knowledge on his shinobi was based on inference. He could only assume that Kazumi and Sakura would be proficient Ninjutsu users, or at least were striving to become that as a result of their lineage as Yuki. The same was the case with the Kaguyas on the roster; he could only assume they were users of the Shikotsumyaku and some semblance of close-combatants. Displeased, the male sets the paper ablaze, burning the listed information away just for the sanctity of keeping private information well... private as possible.
'Hmm.. eleven that are unassigned. I could have each of them examine three and then assess my clan members personally. Then based off of the skill set they demonstrate, I could assign them accordingly. It would just be a matter of shuffling up who is with who.' The male muses, before writing off each of the names on individual slips of paper. It was a rather childish and dumb way to decide things, but it was better than just going off of feeling--at least in his opinion.
He picks three names, then assigns them to Yomi.
Then he does the same for Ken.
And lastly, he puts another three under Amaya's jurisdiction.
Luckily enough, these were only temporary amendments to what was otherwise the complete unknown as far as his knowledge on his shinobi went. It would be hopefully quick and efficient considering there were three people each, and the Jounin would be examining them one at a time under Takeo's watch. It still got him started somewhere.
Finishing up the lists, the male writes up three mission scrolls, one for each of the Jounin, and proceeds to send them on their way to their residences. They'd essentially entail who was assigned under them, and what the purpose was, considering this was only temporary anyways. He sends the Genin similar missions, three of which receive the same teacher, while Kazumi and Sakura in specific are marked with his name as the person that will be examining their abilities as kunoichi.

- Jounin:
- Yomi: Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, Ijutsu, Fuuinjutsu | Suiton
-- Powerful hand-to-hand combat style that combines pressure point exploitation to empower her physicality, making her an even more dangerous opponent. Capable of forming barriers to counteract Ninjutsu through the use of Fuuinjutsu.
Ken: Ninjutsu, Fuuinjutsu, Kenjutsu | Doton & Koton
-- Unknown. Based on his specialties and his background he should be a resilient fighter. Most likely versatile in Ninjutsu thanks to his Doton element, and presumably able to wield a sword decently enough to be considered a specialist in Kenjutsu.
Amaya: Ninjutsu, Kenjutsu | Water & Wind
-- Unknown. Probably a talented kenjutsu specialist. Skilled enough in Ninjutsu to possess two elements, and most likely skilled enough to use them together for effective combinations.
