Description:
This jutsu allows the user to swap the places of items that have a special seal on them.The user can use the Ox seal to place up to three different seals on targets.They last forever unless dispelled. This jutsu is unique because of a the special characteristics of it which are as followed:

The swapped item continues in motion at the same speed and force regardless of size as the item it was swapped for.

Items can be swapped from the user's own pocket dimension as long as they have the seal.
Weaknesses:

The user can not place the seal on a person and send them to their pocket dimension.

Can be dispelled.

But since I'm already here:



1000 Pockets is a no-go. The concept of it is very close to that of Flying Thunder God which is a restricted technique. The only difference is it works exclusively for items and not the user. And the fact that you're attempting to have the swapped item maintain the velocity of the previous one is, in short, broken.

I just wanted to flesh out my character signature technique before posting my character. 1000 Pockets is a weapon substitution jutsu which I believe is different than a teleportation jutsu. I could remove the velocity to prevent cheese but all in all it is literally just swapping items on the fly. I understand it is powerful but I don't think it is anymore powerful than various signature/Hiden Techniques.
