    Clan History/Description: The story of the Jinsei began hundreds of years ago as the age of the sage of the six paths was coming to an end. It was during this time that a young girl from a nomadic tribe in the northeastern mountains of Kaminari no Kuni discovered something that would change not only her life, but the lives of all of her descendants. Her name was Reina, and while she was only thirteen at the time, her actions would echo through the generations.

    Her tribe set up on by bandits, Reina was separated from the rest of her family as she fled. She would eventually find herself within a cave high up in the mountains, searching through the cave she would find an ancient shrine. Taking refuge near the shrine, Reina would fall to her knees in tears. It was then that the shrine would become washed in a brilliantly bright light and as the light subsided, Reina would find a beautiful woman with a glowing aura standing in front of her. This was no woman however, it was the goddess Rakshasa. A pact was created between Rakshasa and Reina, granting the young girl a power that would rival the sage. This pact changed Reina, her black hair becoming a silvery white while her eyes became a purple hue, beyond that she would possess all the power of Rakshasa.

    Using her newfound abilities, Reina would take her vengeance upon the bandits and free what was left of her people. Those that survived would return with Reina to the shrine of Rakshasa, sacred ground upon which they would be protected. The shrine became the first true settlement of her people; they no longer traveled around Kaminari no Kuni, but instead built a community that surrounded the shrine. For years Reina stood as guardian of her people, protecting them from the chaos of the world outside the shrine as their leader. Eventually Reina would find a husband and start a family of her own, giving birth to triplets that like her possessed silver-white hair as well as the purple eyes of their mother and thus the Jinsei were born. As the generations continued the Jinsei would grow in numbers, each of them direct descendants of Reina. They lived in peace and harmony following the teachings of Reina, until eventually the shrine was no longer able to support their numbers. There were strong debates among the Jinsei on where they could go and a division was formed, the once united family broke and its people split into different factions. Ichiro Jinsei, first born descendant of Reina's first born great grandson, believed that he was the way that their people would survive. Ichiro believed that his path would guide his people to a new rich land where they would prosper in another country, his younger sister Ayako however disagreed. Ayako believed that while they couldn't remain at the shrine, their path was to remain within Kaminari no Kuni.

    After Ichiro and his followers left, Ayako and her people would not hear from them again and while she worried for her brother, she wouldn't allow her people to leave Kaminari no Kuni to search for him. Ayako and her people would eventually meet others from various clans, and while she went in search of peace all she would find was war and conflict. Their biggest battle would come in the form of the Inazuma, who dominated Kaminari no Kuni and eventually dominated the Jinsei as well. Some believed that it was the fact that they left the safety of the shrine, others believed they followed the wrong sibling, however there were few that would remain loyal to Ayako. Ayako would eventually manage to broker a peace between the Jinsei and the Inazuma, accepting that in order for her people to survive they would have to compromise and work with their former enemy. Her most loyal followers would become known as the Raiju, guardians of Kaminari no Kuni and protectors of the Royal family of the Inazuma. This alliance would last for generations, with the Jinsei using the power of their Okurimono to help secure and enforce the Inazuma’s power within the land. When the Inazuma turned their sights upon other lands however, a rift was formed between the two clans and the war between them would begin anew.

    The Jinsei that opposed the Inazuma were driven back into the mountains, where they would continue to fight the Inazuma as well as other clans that would come to take their land. When Kumogakure was formed an envoy was dispatched to the Jinsei to offer peace and allow them to return to the fold, there were those among the Jinsei that saw this as a way to begin again, while others still held to the hatred that the generations of fighting had sparked and once again the Jinsei would find themselves divided. The Jinsei that joined Kumogakure would take back their place as Raiju, many becoming the personal bodyguards of the first Raikage. The Jinsei that did not join Kumogakure would eventually scatter to the winds, with no true leader to guide them the Jinsei were broken and the once proud descendants of Reina would return to the roots of their ancestors and wander.

    While the followers of Ayako never heard from Ichiro and his followers again they did not simply disappear into obscurity. Ichiro lead his people across many of the different countries of the world, never settling in one place for too long. They made allies and enemies alike, but the one thing that remained constant was that they never sought open conflict and would do what they could to resolve issues with diplomacy. This was not always something that was met with the same mind set, many were killed during their travels through the different lands and some would even split off from the rest settling down in different lands where they could live in peace. By the end of his life Ichiro is said to have traveled through every country, and that his final resting place is in the land of mountains. Though proof of this is yet to been found, those of Ichiro's followers that remained with him until the end would continue their journey. Never staying in one place for long, never swearing oaths to the different villages.

    Now, despite the fact that the Jinsei were no longer one family, the descendants of Reina still roam the land. Each of them holding the gift that was given to Reina by the goddess Rakshasa, though weaker from the generations of dilution. The History of the Jinsei became lost to time, and the Jinsei themselves were scattered so far from each other that even they would forget their heritage. The shrine where they began is now a myth, a story that is passed down through the generations. It is said that if the Jinsei were to ever return to the shrine that Rakshasa would be ashamed of what they became and strip them of their Okurimono, however there are those that believe if the shrine is ever found again the Jinsei could return to the power and peace they once had under Reina.

    Clan/Bloodline Traits & Characteristics: The Jinsei are fairly easy to identify within a crowd, their silver-white hair, tan skin and purple hue eyes a mark upon them. While under the rule of Reina, the Jinsei possessed a hierarchy and community, however in the generations since that time all records of their past have been lost to time save for the techniques that are passed down from generation to generation. Each clan member is born with a birthmark somewhere on their body that looks like a tattoo of the Clan's symbol, this mark glows when they use techniques.

    Bloodline Description & Abilities:
    Okurimono (or The Gift) is the bloodline limit of the Jinsei which can be broken down to simply be inner awareness of one's chakra and the control of it. The Jinsei are able to sense how their Chakra flow is doing, how much chakra they are using as well as detecting any difficulties within their own Chakra network (such as disrupted or altered flow, wear and tear, etc) It allows them to be aware of any abnormalities within their own Chakra network and flow. The Jinsei are highly renowned for their remarkable Chakra control, able to control the very aspects of their chakra flow to different areas of their bodies or around them.

    Okurimono Stage 1 - All Jinsei are born with the inept awareness of their own chakra allowing them to easily fight against outside influence over their chakra allowing them to instantly detect when someone attempts to manipulate their chakra by putting them under the influence of a Genjutsu or affect their chakra in other ways. (They are still required to break out of the Genjutsu per the rules)

    Okurimono Stage 2 - (500 exp) At this stage the Jinsei learn to control their own chakra, allowing them to use less chakra when utilizing techniques. Jinsei clan members received a 1 Rank reduction on any Non-Elemental technique that they use, this reduction stacks with other reductions granted from things such as skills but can never be used to lower the cost of a technique by more than 2 Ranks.

    Okurimono Stage 3 - (500 exp) As the Jinsei progresses in their training, they learn that their body can store more chakra than the average Shinobi through a process of refining their chakra. This grants the Jinsei a passive (++) boost to their Stamina Stat. It is at this stage that the Jinsei learns how to utilize their unique chakra as a weapon against their opponent, however they are limited to Melee range for effectiveness.

    Okurimono Stage 4 - (500 exp) Upon further training the Jinsei can learn to refine their chakra further, compressing their chakra allowing more room within their reserve. This grants the Jinsei an additional passive (++) boost to their Stamina Stat for a total of a 1-Tier (+) boost. At this stage the Jinsei learns how to manipulate their raw chakra outside their body, producing shields/walls/tendrils/arrows/etc. made of pure chakra.

    Okurimono Stage 5 - (500 exp) The final advancement of their bloodline, this grants the Jinsei access to the clan's most secretive and powerful techniques such as the restricted technique Okurimono Yoroi and other powerful techniques.

    Drawbacks: Due to the change in their chakra caused by the Gift, Jinsei Clan Members are easily identified by Sensor-type Shinobi. Their Chakra appears as dense as well as massive and for those that can see chakra see it as a deep Purple rather than the typical light blue. This change also prevents the Jinsei from being able to suppress their chakra, meaning that Sensor-type Shinobi are always aware of their presence if they are near.

    Despite their ability to discern against Genjutsu used on them, their ability to escape said Genjutsu leaves them wanting. The Jinsei's intelligence is considered 1-Tier Lower in relation to breaking free of the Genjutsu through the use of Kai or pain.

    The change caused by Okurimono to the Jinsei's chakra makes it so that Ijutsu used on them by non-clan members, and Ijutsu used by them on non-clan members, are 1-Rank less effective.

    The Jinsei's dense chakra makes it difficult to form it into different elemental natures, any elemental techniques requires 50% more Word Count to learn.

    Description: Hakaiken also known as Destruction Fist is the fighting style created by the Jinsei, it is an incredibly fast style that incorporates the entire body of the user. The user transfers chakra into their fist, elbows, knees, feet before the strike happens releasing it upon contact making it more destructive to the target. The style is meant to be erratic and unpredictable with no set stance shared among members of the clan, while using this style, the user's Coordination is boosted by 1-Tier.
    Weaknesses: Chakra can be used as a defense against attacks, such as chakra cloaks/armor/etc. reducing the extra damage that would be caused by the strike.

    Description: Focusing a larger than normal amount of chakra into their strike, the Jinsei deliver a powerful strike to their opponent's limbs. The Chakra from the strike creates a large tear the target's muscles, the target loses the ability to move or control that limb as if it were broken, leaving the limb useless until healed.
    Weaknesses: an Ijutsu technique of B-Rank or higher can heal the damage, those with A-Tier or higher Con are unaffected by this technique.

    Weaknesses: The boost is only for the single enhanced strike, the user's strength returns to normal afterwards. Those with higher strength than the user's enhanced strength can resist the knock back making it null and void.

    Description: The unique chakra of the Jinsei allows them to use it in order to “heal” wounds while in combat. This allows the user to seal wounds with their chakra, effectively cauterizing the wound to prevent further blood loss, while also using chakra to stimulate the blood to replace what was lost.
    Weaknesses: Each wound requires an additional activation of the technique. This technique cannot be used to regrow severed limbs, destroyed body parts, or organs. The user must activate the technique to use it, so healing a headshot is very unlikely unless the user has a high enough constitution to survive the attack without dying.

This wave knocks those that are struck by it back 10 meters leaving them prone for a follow up attack.
    Weaknesses: Those with A-Tier or higher strength can resist the knock back remaining on their feet. Those above the height of this wave are not affected by it.

    Description: Form the hand seals, the Jinsei release a concentrated burst of chakra from all around them. This burst does no damage whatsoever, Sensor-type Shinobi within the radius of the burst that have any type of chakra sensing active at the time of this techniques activation will have a sensory overload that causes them to lose concentration on their sensing techniques ending them and preventing the sensor from activating it again for 3 posts. This can also affect Doujutsu that see chakra, however they have to be looking at the user at the time of activation.
    Weaknesses: This does nothing against non-sensors, or sensors that are not currently using a chakra sensing technique.

    Weaknesses: The wall can only block a technique from one direction, and can only block one technique. Using multiple techniques or techniques that allow the trajectory of the attack to chance can be used to bypass this defense.

This blast travels in a straight line to the target at a rapid speed, dealing massive damage to those hit by it.
    Weaknesses:  Due to traveling in a straight line and its relatively small size, Suto is easy to dodge the further away from the user the target is.

    Description: Through the use of Chakra, while using the Saikō Hakaiken style, the Jinsei are capable of boosting their normal speed beyond their limits. This technique grants the user a 2-Tier boost to their Speed Stat, allowing them to traverse a large amount of terrain faster than they normally would. Traveling it's maximum distance before requiring the activation to continue on, alternatively the user can use this to travel a shorter distance then the techniques maximum range however once they stop moving they lose the boost to their speed requiring another activation in order to gain the benefit again.
    Weaknesses: The user may only travel in one direction, switching directions/stopping/etc. requires additional activations.

    Description: Forming a Diamond with their index fingers and thumbs in front of their chest, the Jinsei project their chakra out in front of them creating a funneling system that allows them to redirect a single non-physical attack against them back the direction it came. The cost of this technique is equal to the cost of the technique that they are redirecting +10, however it can only redirect A-Rank and lower techniques.
    Weaknesses: Techniques that have physical form such as water/earth/weapons/etc. cannot be redirected with this technique. This technique cannot be used to redirect AoE techniques or techniques that are S-Rank.

This burst of chakra obliterates the blood vessels around the heart of the target, resulting in potential death if the target has B-Tier or Lower Constitution Stat.
    Weaknesses: Blocking the strike with Arm/Leg will prevent death on those that have low Con but does not prevent the knock back. Those with A-Tier Strength can resist the knock back reducing it by half, those with S-Tier strength ignore the knock back completely.

    Description: Ryōchi is a unique technique in the fact that from the outside it looks as though the user is moving faster than normal, when in reality their opponent is actually moving slower. The user releases chakra in an area around them, due to the dense nature of the Clan's chakra this causes it to form a type of resistance to movement outside of the user. This causes the opponents within the area to have to fight against the user's dense chakra as they try to move, lowering the speed of others within the area by (--) and lowers their Coordination by 1-tier. The user is always considered the center of this technique, as their chakra continues to coat the radius around them as they move. This gives the user the advantage in close combat, allowing them to use their chakra to slow the others down giving them an edge.
    Weaknesses: The user cannot use other Ninjutsu while using this technique, individuals outside the technique radius are not effected by the debuff, moving outside the radius returns stats to normal. Those with S-Tier Strength can power through the resistance making it null and void.

    Description: This technique has not been seen since the time of Reina, it is the pinnacle of the Jinsei's ability, and requires a tremendous amount of concentration. The user envelopes themselves in a thick layer of chakra, this chakra acts as armor giving them S-Rank protection and preventing piercing damage. While the chakra on the outside of the body provides protection, the user is also concentrating chakra within their body to stimulate their muscles. This grants the user a unique boost of 2-Tiers to their Speed, and Coordination Stats.

    Clan History/Description: The story of the Jinsei began hundreds of years ago as the age of the sage of the six paths was coming to an end. It was during this time that a young girl from a nomadic tribe in the northeastern mountains of Kaminari no Kuni discovered something that would change not only her life, but the lives of all of her descendants. Her name was Reina, and while she was only thirteen at the time, her actions would echo through the generations.

    Her tribe set up on by bandits, Reina was separated from the rest of her family as she fled. She would eventually find herself within a cave high up in the mountains, searching through the cave she would find an ancient shrine. Taking refuge near the shrine, Reina would fall to her knees in tears. It was then that the shrine would become washed in a brilliantly bright light and as the light subsided, Reina would find a beautiful woman with a glowing aura standing in front of her. This was no woman however, it was the goddess Rakshasa. A pact was created between Rakshasa and Reina, granting the young girl a power that would rival the sage. This pact changed Reina, her black hair becoming a silvery white while her eyes became a purple hue, beyond that she would possess all the power of Rakshasa.

    Using her newfound abilities, Reina would take her vengeance upon the bandits and free what was left of her people. Those that survived would return with Reina to the shrine of Rakshasa, sacred ground upon which they would be protected. The shrine became the first true settlement of her people; they no longer traveled around Kaminari no Kuni, but instead built a community that surrounded the shrine. For years Reina stood as guardian of her people, protecting them from the chaos of the world outside the shrine as their leader. Eventually Reina would find a husband and start a family of her own, giving birth to triplets that like her possessed silver-white hair as well as the purple eyes of their mother and thus the Jinsei were born. As the generations continued the Jinsei would grow in numbers, each of them direct descendants of Reina. They lived in peace and harmony following the teachings of Reina, until eventually the shrine was no longer able to support their numbers. There were strong debates among the Jinsei on where they could go and a division was formed, the once united family broke and its people split into different factions. Ichiro Jinsei, first born descendant of Reina's first born great grandson, believed that he was the way that their people would survive. Ichiro believed that his path would guide his people to a new rich land where they would prosper in another country, his younger sister Ayako however disagreed. Ayako believed that while they couldn't remain at the shrine, their path was to remain within Kaminari no Kuni.

    After Ichiro and his followers left, Ayako and her people would not hear from them again and while she worried for her brother, she wouldn't allow her people to leave Kaminari no Kuni to search for him. Ayako and her people would eventually meet others from various clans, and while she went in search of peace all she would find was war and conflict. Their biggest battle would come in the form of the Inazuma, who dominated Kaminari no Kuni and eventually dominated the Jinsei as well. Some believed that it was the fact that they left the safety of the shrine, others believed they followed the wrong sibling, however there were few that would remain loyal to Ayako. Ayako would eventually manage to broker a peace between the Jinsei and the Inazuma, accepting that in order for her people to survive they would have to compromise and work with their former enemy. Her most loyal followers would become known as the Raiju, guardians of Kaminari no Kuni and protectors of the Royal family of the Inazuma. This alliance would last for generations, with the Jinsei using the power of their Okurimono to help secure and enforce the Inazuma’s power within the land. When the Inazuma turned their sights upon other lands however, a rift was formed between the two clans and the war between them would begin anew.

    The Jinsei that opposed the Inazuma were driven back into the mountains, where they would continue to fight the Inazuma as well as other clans that would come to take their land. When Kumogakure was formed an envoy was dispatched to the Jinsei to offer peace and allow them to return to the fold, there were those among the Jinsei that saw this as a way to begin again, while others still held to the hatred that the generations of fighting had sparked and once again the Jinsei would find themselves divided. The Jinsei that joined Kumogakure would take back their place as Raiju, many becoming the personal bodyguards of the first Raikage. The Jinsei that did not join Kumogakure would eventually scatter to the winds, with no true leader to guide them the Jinsei were broken and the once proud descendants of Reina would return to the roots of their ancestors and wander.

    While the followers of Ayako never heard from Ichiro and his followers again they did not simply disappear into obscurity. Ichiro lead his people across many of the different countries of the world, never settling in one place for too long. They made allies and enemies alike, but the one thing that remained constant was that they never sought open conflict and would do what they could to resolve issues with diplomacy. This was not always something that was met with the same mind set, many were killed during their travels through the different lands and some would even split off from the rest settling down in different lands where they could live in peace. By the end of his life Ichiro is said to have traveled through every country, and that his final resting place is in the land of mountains. Though proof of this is yet to been found, those of Ichiro's followers that remained with him until the end would continue their journey. Never staying in one place for long, never swearing oaths to the different villages.

    Now, despite the fact that the Jinsei were no longer one family, the descendants of Reina still roam the land. Each of them holding the gift that was given to Reina by the goddess Rakshasa, though weaker from the generations of dilution. The History of the Jinsei became lost to time, and the Jinsei themselves were scattered so far from each other that even they would forget their heritage. The shrine where they began is now a myth, a story that is passed down through the generations. It is said that if the Jinsei were to ever return to the shrine that Rakshasa would be ashamed of what they became and strip them of their Okurimono, however there are those that believe if the shrine is ever found again the Jinsei could return to the power and peace they once had under Reina.

    Clan/Bloodline Traits & Characteristics: The Jinsei are fairly easy to identify within a crowd, their silver-white hair, tan skin and purple hue eyes a mark upon them. While under the rule of Reina, the Jinsei possessed a hierarchy and community, however in the generations since that time all records of their past have been lost to time save for the techniques that are passed down from generation to generation. Each clan member is born with a birthmark somewhere on their body that looks like a tattoo of the Clan's symbol, this mark glows when they use techniques.

    Bloodline Description & Abilities:
    Okurimono (or The Gift) is the bloodline limit of the Jinsei which can be broken down to simply be inner awareness of one's chakra and the control of it. The Jinsei are able to sense how their Chakra flow is doing, how much chakra they are using as well as detecting any difficulties within their own Chakra network (such as disrupted or altered flow, wear and tear, etc) It allows them to be aware of any abnormalities within their own Chakra network and flow. The Jinsei are highly renowned for their remarkable Chakra control, able to control the very aspects of their chakra flow to different areas of their bodies or around them.

    Okurimono Stage 1 - All Jinsei are born with the inept awareness of their own chakra allowing them to easily fight against outside influence over their chakra allowing them to instantly detect when someone attempts to manipulate their chakra by putting them under the influence of a Genjutsu or affect their chakra in other ways. (They are still required to break out of the Genjutsu per the rules)

    Okurimono Stage 2 - (500 exp) At this stage the Jinsei learn to control their own chakra, allowing them to use less chakra when utilizing techniques. Jinsei clan members received a 1 Rank reduction on any Non-Elemental technique that they use, this reduction stacks with other reductions granted from things such as skills but can never be used to lower the cost of a technique by more than 2 Ranks.

    Okurimono Stage 3 - (500 exp) As the Jinsei progresses in their training, they learn that their body can store more chakra than the average Shinobi through a process of refining their chakra. This grants the Jinsei a passive (++) boost to their Stamina Stat. It is at this stage that the Jinsei learns how to utilize their unique chakra as a weapon against their opponent, the clan member can now learn the Hiden Fighting Style Hakaiken and it's various techniques.

    Okurimono Stage 4 - (500 exp) Upon further training the Jinsei can learn to refine their chakra further, compressing their chakra allowing more room within their reserve. This grants the Jinsei an additional passive (++) boost to their Stamina Stat for a total of a 1-Tier (+) boost. At this stage the Jinsei learns how to manipulate their raw chakra outside their body, producing shields/walls/tendrils/arrows/etc. made of pure chakra.

    Okurimono Stage 5 - (500 exp) The final advancement of their bloodline,the Jinsei have learned to refine their chakra to its fullest potential allowing them to hold a reserve much larger than their body normally would be able to. This grants the Jinsei an additional passive (++) boost to their Stamina Stat for a total of a 2-Tier boost. The Jinsei now have access to the clan's most secretive and powerful techniques.

    Drawbacks: Due to the change in their chakra caused by the Gift, Jinsei Clan Members are easily identified by Sensor-type Shinobi. Their Chakra appears as dense as well as massive and for those that can see chakra see it as a deep Purple rather than the typical light blue. This change also prevents the Jinsei from being able to suppress their chakra, meaning that Sensor-type Shinobi are always aware of their presence if they are near.

    Despite their ability to discern against Genjutsu used on them, their ability to escape said Genjutsu leaves them wanting. The Jinsei's intelligence is considered 1-Tier Lower in relation to breaking free of the Genjutsu through the use of Kai or pain.

    The change caused by Okurimono to the Jinsei's chakra makes it so that Ijutsu used on them by non-clan members, and Ijutsu used by them on non-clan members, are 1-Rank less effective.

    The Jinsei's dense chakra makes it difficult to form it into different elemental natures, any elemental techniques requires 50% more Word Count to learn.

    Transplantation of Organs are impossible for the Jinsei, the Okurimono causing their body to instantly reject any transplanted organ. Similarly when a Jinsei's organ is transplanted into another, if the surgery was successful, the Okurimono burns away any other bloodline the user might have leaving them with only the Okurimono. Dual KKG characters of the Jinsei are equally impossible due to the same reason.

    Description: Hakaiken also known as Destruction Fist is the fighting style created by the Jinsei, it is an incredibly fast style that incorporates the entire body of the user. The user transfers chakra into their fist, elbows, knees, feet before the strike happens releasing it upon contact. The release of the chakra on the strike making it more destructive to the opponent internally as their chakra attacks the target's chakra system, ripping and tearing tit apart causing the target to bleed chakra. Basic strikes in this style such as a simple punch or kick will cause a small tear in the opponents chakra system causing a chakra bleed of 1 per post, these strikes can stack by attacking different areas on the opponent's body causing multiple tears to form or striking the same area causing the tear to enlarge, resulting in a larger chakra bleeds. The style is meant to be erratic and unpredictable with no set stance shared among members of the clan, while using this style, the user's Coordination is boosted by 1-Tier.
    Weaknesses: Chakra can be used as a defense against attacks, such as chakra cloaks/armor/etc. as the chakra released wouldn't be able to get to the chakra system. Chakra Bleeds may be mended through the use of Ijutsu, requiring an amount of chakra equal to the chakra bleed.

    Weaknesses: This sight cannot see through solid objects; walls/boulders/trees/ground/people/etc and can only be used to through non-corporal hindrances that do not possess a mass.

This can also affect Doujutsu that see chakra, however they have to be looking at the user at the time of activation.

    Description: The user concentrates a large amount of chakra within their fists, before thrusting both into the opponent's chest releasing the chakra in a powerful burst that sends the target flying back 30 meters. This burst of chakra obliterates the chakra system around the heart of the target, resulting in a chakra bleed of 30 per post as well as leading to potential death if the target has B-Tier or Lower Constitution Stat.
    Weaknesses: Blocking the strike with Arm/Leg will prevent death on those that have low Con but does not prevent the knock back or the chakra bleed. Those with A-Tier Strength can resist the knock back reducing it by half, those with S-Tier strength ignore the knock back completely. Chakra Bleeds may be mended through the use of Ijutsu, requiring an amount of chakra equal to the chakra bleed.

This gives the user the advantage in close combat, allowing them to use their chakra to slow the others down giving them an edge.
    Weaknesses: The user cannot use other Ninjutsu while using this technique, individuals outside the technique radius are not effected by the debuff, moving outside the radius returns stats to normal.

    Description: This technique has not been seen since the time of Reina, it is the pinnacle of the Jinsei's ability, and requires a tremendous amount of concentration. The user envelopes themselves in a thick layer of chakra, this chakra acts as armor giving them S-Rank protection and preventing piercing damage. While the chakra on the outside of the body provides protection, the user is also concentrating chakra within their body to stimulate their muscles. This grants the user a unique boost of 2-Tiers to their Strength, Speed, and Coordination Stats.
    Weaknesses: The user may not use any Elemental Chakra Techniques while this is Active.
    Didn't read the history so I'm not going to grade it off that.
    I'm going to start off by saying this Clan is way too similar to Hyuuga.
    1: Stage 1 allowing auto-detection of Genjutsu is fine, but is very similar to Byakkugan
    2: Stage 2 is fine.
    3: Stage 3 is fine
    4: Stage 4 is fine
    5: Stage 5 is Not going to fly. +2 tiers to stamina is just way too high. Especially given chakra cost reduction given by the Clan. Either way, I don't think I'll approve +2 passive tiers to stamina.
    6: Drawback is fine.
    7: Hakaiken: This is basically Gentle Fist
    8: Setsudan -- Cannot have a semi-permanent chakra bleed. will require a round limit. This, stacked with Hakaiken will deal 4 chakra damage which is quite a bit.
    9: Hogo: Needs a weakness.
    10: Muso Shiryoku: This is basically Byakkugan without the x-ray vision through solid objects.
    11: Seisei: This sounds more like Ijutsu and is quite strong. I'd limit this to poisons/drugs/etc to B Rank and below effects.
    12: Iyasu: This is more Ijutsu
    13: Outate: Change power to A or reduce the block to B Rank
    14: Dengenami: Add that the target above the ground (and above the wave's height) will ignore this technique
    15: Tsuiseki: This is fine
    16: Attosuru: Fix the activation Cost
    17: Makihie: This is fine
    18: Anzen Sochi: Size of wall needed
    19: Noshuku Gori-ka: Change Chakra Bleed to Chakra damage. This will stack up way too much
    20: Saiko Hakaiken: Same as Hakaiken
    21: Goin'na: Same as last
    22: Subayaiho: This is fine
    23: Gyaku: This is fine
    24: Junsuina Hakai: 30 per post is huge. This will need a duration or change it to chakra damage.
    25: Ryochi: This is a gravity based technique and gravity based techniques are limited to Deva path and the Gravity Clan. Cannot be used as gravity. Change the description and resubmit.
    26: Okurimono Yoroi: Restricted Techniques cannot raise that much. No more than 4 tiers for Restricted Techniques. If you want, you can increase this to Enhanced State and you can keep the 6 unique tiers.

    I'm going to be honest, you can make a Hyuuga with techniques similar to these techniques.
