The entire world had shifted in a single moment, the two Konoha shinobi wound so tightly it seemed a miracle that they had not spontaneously had joint heart attacks. A single snap – which could have just as easily been a branch cracked by any of the innumerable wild creatures roaming – had set them off entirely. Good to know, that sheer level of thoughtless paranoia, but somewhat obnoxious in the moment. However, the world only hung on the snap for a moment, spiraling around and around that same moment as if on a repetitive loop, subtle refinements and alterations at each turn of the spiral. The moment still felt as if it hung for an eternity, pregnant with meaning, though perhaps more so for some than for others. For Hisha, the world hung not upon his own snap, but the resulting pause it created. Snap, smoke, dive, in sequence. This much was known. And while he had not expected precisely this, ninja tended to run on such a short fuse that it made some small sense that a reaction such as this happened. He had just anticipated the chaos stemming from Lily’s attack, not from an innocuous sound.
But at the sound – or perhaps the smoke – his partner hesitated, and the rush came over him. Utterly unlike that which had taken him when training with Blitz, the cortisol surged and swelled. If asked ten minutes ago, safety and swagger may have caused him to say that her physical actions and reactions would not affect his judgment or decisions, but being under the gun brought out… emotions, illogical spasms of thought, the rise of the hindbrain attuned not to rational analysis or well-laid plans, but ruled by fear, excitement, and hair-pin survival. Near-reflex trained from the assumptions of specific releases or abilities was reversed, replaced with true reflexes. The cocktail of hormones only added to the swirl of semi-sub-conscious impulses, ratcheting up the encroaching adrenal wave. He did not know this woman, not well at least, but had evaluated her to some level. She did not seem generally hesitant, having blazed a path through the jungle and deferring to him only on matters of strategy. He also did not know her from the village, did not know where her loyalties lay. These may be her friends. She may decide to attack him now. He had the food pack, which may be what she needed in the potential parley. She’d been fine to work with thus far, but she also gave off a slightly unstable vibe.
Without thought, he lept, back from her and away from the Konoha ninja in the same swoop, searching in a hectic flight for a tree to alight upon. Simultaneously, and even if interrupted from the sudden cowardly flight, he bent his chakra, a swirl and a flash to stimulate his mind and loosened his body even as he retrieved the nail and drove it into his pouch. If he truly thought about it too hard, it seemed impossible that this technique should work, and yet it did. The mounting dread drew out some additional chakra and exertion, however, overflowing beyond his initial intent. As his body toughened, altering temporarily to ethereally resist potential damage, his thoughts spiraled up and up, processing power ramping far greater than he had yet experienced. Far faster than he had dared try. Something about the circumstances tipped the scales, pushing him over a precipice near which he had unknowingly dwelt for his entire life. The snap, precipitating the smokescreen and Lily’s hesitation, followed by submerging, would flip this switch subsequent to his partner’s inaction. Hisha’s eyes would go entirely black, not merely contained within the confines of his sclera, but gaping voids, as if someone had gouged out entire chunks of his face, leaving empty cavities in his skull. At least, in his own mindscape he would take on this moniker.
You dumb fucker. He’d then activated his nail, expanding his barrier the moment that Inno sunk into the ground, which she did after Lily’s pause, as she hesitated at the smoke. And Innocence had heedlessly continued her assault after the slight reprieve. However, the eruption of the snake and the potential assault from Lily were much more pressing matters. Lily’s pause may not have mattered to Innocence (despite their “alliance”), but it would ensure that regardless of the precise moment of the attack as planned, Hisha’s Id would have fully taken over, and in doing so would have prepared his defense. Activating the barrier with one hand had no impact on his ability to flee the Child of Vandal, and in doing so the snake. Its activation further had no ability to prevent and nearly no ability to slow the internal chakra warping that passed for his hand seals, irrespective of the snake. Should it erupt before, during, or after his leap, Lily had altered his course one way or another. And all of those branching realities lead to the Id.
With the False Surroundings illusion falling upon him earlier than the Konoha kunoichi intended or expected, it had triggered before the snake’s eruption, and thus the suppression of the illusion could also occur prior to its strike, though even should it proc as the eruption happened it would make no material difference. Despite the inversion of his initial plans, favoring physical defense over a mental shield, the illusion would be dealt with in time. To his Id, the genjutsu seemed not only a tad un-subtle, but overtly sloppy and juvenile. Suppressing it was no special challenge, particularly considering his intimate knowledge of the technique. Unlike the prior occupant of the vessel, it occurred to him that Lily may also be inculcated in this particular illusion, as well as the type of effect he may expect. He could somewhat envision the sort of modifications this unknown person may attempt to make to the Vandal. Maybe this explained the sudden hesitation?
The reasoning did not matter so much, he supposed. He had been awoken by her in any event. The illusion cast by Inno taking place prior to the snake’s eruption would confirm him having the time to unwittingly dodge the hidden attack, courtesy of his terrifying partner. Even in the event that Winslow arose at or about the moment of the smokescreen, he would still be strengthened against the attack. Inno would not yet be struck deaf, and thus the attack would truly proceed “as planned,” with the snake coiling, pausing, and attempting to squeeze. As she was not stricken deaf until after Lily had paused and Hibiki had called out to them, his Thinking Hard would activate in well enough time, finalizing even as the red-haired girl of steel spoke, but galvanized by Lily’s inaction, which engendered the speach. Not until then would anything change for Innocence, potentially triggering the addition of spikes and weight gain, though the snake was of course free in such a scenario to squeeze in futility against the man’s surprising bulk and durability, even unaugmented. Alternatively, should the snake rise
after the deafness and Hibiki’s admirable plea, timed somewhere similarly to the False Surroundings itself which had mostly hidden the entirety of Winslow’s arrival, he would not only be fully defended, but would be off the ground entirely. With Hisha’s body’s quickened acceptance of genjutsu (and faster activation of his own), the False Surroundings and Xenolinguistics should be roughly concurrent as to when they affected the Kiri ninja and the Konoha doctor, respectively. Again, both would transpire after Hibki’s speech, Lily’s hesitation, and thus Hisha’s sudden retreat. By the time the snake was invisible, he would be gone from his prior location. And it was invisible to him before the initial strike.
In all cases, he would become more resilient than even the steel girl by the time any potential spikes arose. Most likely, it would be wasted, with him soaring through the air safely to the tree, away from Lily first and foremost, but the invisible snake too. Potentially, he would be bound, the barrier having rose and the snake revealed almost instantly as they world shifted, delayed only a fraction of a second at the very worst by the sudden priority of physical defense mandated by the Id. In this case, there would be the notable, albeit brief, pause as the snake squeezed and Innocence, awaiting the impetus of her redoubled aggression would be none the wiser. The spikes, thus, would not happen the instant the snake touched his skin, but after the pink words, the Kiri’s pause, and the snake’s gloat. The crushing was trivial at this point, the spikes shallow at the absolute best.
Of course, by the time the serpent had even potentially encased him, it would be struck dead by the rapid thud of the kunai, if not by Lily’s own assault as well; both were notably faster, and his clone had an uninhibited shot lined up already. With no inhibitors, the kunai would strike true. His clone had, of course, obtained a similar fear and was on higher alert, but just as unbothered as before. Should it decide to lunge further, assuming his primary body had lept, the kunai would be enroute to kill it still, perhaps no longer a direct head shot, but a grievous wound to its body. A glancing blow of Okane’s launcher and the obsidian kunai would prove fatal to the beast, for what it was worth. He did not know if the summoner could see through the little pet, but he may soon find out. She would wish she could not.
The clone’s murderous actions may not prevent the assault of spikes (they may well extend even as he fled), but they would be blunted all the same by the steel-like texture of the man’s flesh, barely able to scratch him (if even) now despite their enhanced power. Should the spikes connect, the Ultra Added Weight technique being combined with them would carry with it the poisonous stone chakra, weighing the man down. Without any way of knowing about this, he could not avoid it. The twin enchantments of his Protected Wing and Heavenly Protected Wing would flare to life in the eventuallity, figuratively speaking at least, allowing the powerful protective enchantments to guard him from the brunt of the debilitation afforded by the not-so-secret technique the woman used. No need to rely on his own body for this, however; if still upon the ground, he would be removed one way or another.
His clone was entirely uninhibited. In fact, it was not even clear at this point that Inno knew about it as he no longer touched the ground, having leapt into a nearby tree, and had originally been out of sight of Hibiki, where he yet remained. Having not yet moved significantly, she was still about thirty meters from the true body, and now just about forty from the clone, though he now had the high ground upon her. The same change of temperament would take the clone as well, eyes becoming little more than empty sockets for all those who could not see him. Lily’s actions had inspired the same fear and shift within him from his position in the tree, and his Id was more than happy to take advantage. The man’s double had lept even before Lily’s hesitation, and as such anytime the snake rose would be just as good, though he would be much more judicious with his trigger finger given the flash of worry the child had caused. He’d fire immediately upon the serpent, his inhuman coordination effectively guaranteeing the shot and the creature’s death. The idea that it was not a penguin did confuse him for a brief moment, and perhaps this was not a double cross after all.
Without anyone’s apparent recognition, the dance of feathers would commence with the bolt, sealing Hibiki’s fate along with the snake’s. Though Hibiki would herself be none the wiser, her assumptions of his prowess were perhaps misplaced; his Binoculars had highlighted both her and Inno’s positions via their heat signatures from the start. He knew her and her partner’s precise locations not merely by this, but by the rangefinder functionality as well. Not that he needed it, as Nirvana affected a wide enough area to not matter, but restricting the range of Nirvana to the sweet girl’s general area was child’s play, though entirely unnecessary. Her consciousness was of a higher degree of danger to the man than Lily’s currently, despite his momentary paranoia surrounding his own partner. Plus, he could freely kai his partner out of the spell even if she should fall prey to it, though he should not need to do that either if he knew himself. And his Id
really knew himself. He was himself. The real self.
Should the smoke have proven so thick that Hibiki couldn’t even see her own nose, she would be only temporarily inured from the pending sleep. The cost: utter blindness and deafness for the time being, completely and totally unaware of any of the activities of Hisha, Lily, or Inno. Regardless of the smoke’s relative level of obscurity, her hearing would be cut after speaking. Hisha could see her fiddling around with something, but would not know about her attempts to make use of a radio device. How she could possible divine that she was under a genjutsu by means of a radio would have been entirely beyond his comprehension; the monarch’s providence, which he already suspected she had, annihilated all sound waves in the area, meaning she would not be able to hear the static under its effects in exactly the same fashion as she would under the Bringer of Silence. “Testing” whether she could hear the static of a radio would be equally pointless under Bringer of Silence as it would under the effects of an active Monarch’s Providence. Truly a bizarre approach, though one that seemed to mean nothing at the end of the day. To the extent she desired, the illusion would not prevent her from transmitting random information to… whomever. But if it were to her partner, she was equally deaf, so it was irrelevant.
No matter the status of her sight, nor of her understanding of her current predicament, her eventual clearing of the smoke would free her eyes to witness the spell which would put her to sleep, if it had not already. She should by any account no longer be a meaningful threat, if not at this very moment than in another second or two. His clone would not need the additional layers under her, but would simply release his previously prepared technique, emboldened by the metallic tang of sweat and fear and frenzy. Irrespective of any of Hibiki’s actions, as she had not interfered with the clone, he would proceed immediately on with his prepared attack. He was perhaps 55 to 60m from the submerged Innocence, who probably thought herself quite safe and stealthy after the smoke bomb maneuver, and who would no longer know about his presence if ever she had. A charitable read from his scope in a different reality might have placed her as deep as 120m from the surface, well away from her own range of sensing what transpired there, but she had slowed in her venture beneath the ground. To descend too far would not merely blind her, but prevent her ability to manipulate her doll or otherwise enhance and alter her attack. Judging by any of her prior speeds he had witnessed, she wouldn’t have made it beyond her own tether in the past second or two regardless.
With the seals already completed and his presence ignored, a blade of water would have coalesced about 10 beneath the surface of the soil, forming from the very ground water itself. His Id, in many ways, found elemental manipulations disgusting and impure, but the fortuitous circumstances of a sodden environ such as a jungle could not be ignored. A singular blade of linear intent, this would materialize about 60m from her location, slightly above her and to her rear. He could not entirely tell if she were face up, as if floating upon her back with the surface of the earth above her, or swimming on her stomach, with her back facing the sky, but he could view her lengthwise, swimming in a perfectly logical manner in accordance with how swimming would feel as if in water, copacetic with gravity. It seemed face down, but open and exposed either way. He need now merely release the blade to sail to the target in all of its glorious speed. From her position and orientation, the blade would move at a speed she would find difficult to fully track even with rapt attention on it exclusively, aimed to strike her lower thigh, just below the knee, and continue through at an angle severe enough to exit just just above her mid-thigh, near her buttock. In aiming, he would account for her travel speed, with the blade spanning 10m, well wide enough to account for directional changes.
Innocence was, to the best of his knowledge, blind beneath the ground. He felt no prying eyes of true sensory on him still, and while she could be under the effects of the Subterranean Voyage, it provided no natural abilities to orient oneself. More likely she had used the broadly superior Hiding Like a Mole, or related technique. But water was not magnetic, and he’d formed the blade beneath the surface. Without sight, sound, with neither touch nor taste, she was a sitting duck. The blade would take about a third of a second to get to her, but from the moment it entered her technique’s sensory range she’d have about a quarter of a second to notice and somehow save herself. And yet to his understanding and study, she would remain none the wiser even once it entered her domain. Her speed, lowered by her mole-like status, would further inhibit her, though even a sudden burst would forward would likely not save her entirely. The angle of attack would actually make upwards travel the safest path, though such an unintuitive move seemed highly unlikely. Why swim up towards danger, though even then her speed could prove a significant problem. Compounding this, her perceptive abilities would require a high level of focus upon the technique to accurately track even in ideal circumstances, which these were decidedly not. Not only had she likely lost track of the clone, she may well still be focused upon the actions of the surface, if she had not swam beyond her sensory range all together. Hiding could so easily provide a false sense of security, and his blade cared not for the relative strength advantage afforded by the earth element.
Without hesitation, his twin would retrieve and crunch a soldier pill, even as he fished it out, flashing a one handed seal or two before bringing his pill-delivery hand back to his other to round out a further preparation of a technique.
In the now prison of his mind, a cacophonous cackle would run clear, a hundred different voices merging into a resinous purple haze. Should Hibiki care to see or note prior to falling to her slumber, both bodies would have a now consistent stream of tears running from the vacant holes where his eyes should have been, despite the manic grin plastered just below, savoring the salty flavor.
Back in his main body, he would be either safely in a nearby tree, separate from his clone, or swiftly on his way there. With the serpent dying nearly upon rising by all accounts at this point, and the coils likely loosening even had he been bound for a moment, he should be free to wriggle his way out and escape, if he had not made it there prior to the assault. The potentially shallow wounds of the spikes would not inhibit him greatly, at least not with his now inhuman tolerance for pain, and the enchantments he wore would blunt the majority of the weakness brought on by the Ultra Added Weight. Should the gorilla truly be summoned “as planned” it would fail utterly to materialize, having been predicated upon Innocence pinpointing they child via a physical attack upon Hibiki, which had now not happened. In this eventuality, he would also suffer no intelligence reduction of any kind due to fear. Should it somehow materialize at some other unknown moment, it would be after he had escaped anyway, and his enchantment would protect him. How it would know which Lily to stop was beyond him imagining, and beyond his current care.
Because, regardless of gorillas, spikes, or added weights, Sesa would not allow for such foolishness any longer. The tiny serpent, aware of its surroundings through its own thermal and regular senses, would spring should Hisha fail to make it off the ground for any reason, uncoiling improbably as it grew. At the advent of the spikes, he would grow from a pouch untouched by the various protrusion of putrid flesh, elongating as if a serpent from the game Snake eating pellet after pellet. Twisting if and as necessary to avoid potentially new hazards from the now twice dead necrotic lesser version of himself, and flying outwards from Hisha’s body for perhaps 8 inches, doubling back, and thickening the entire time. By the time he redoubled fully, his head would have grown large enough to take the waist of his companion into his mouth, flying him up to safety were he unable to get there himself. Deposited into a tree, he would quickly shink down again if permitted to return to his place of repose. As Hibiki fiddled with her radio and her trees, she would likely be aware of none of this. As he never touched the ground, Innocence would be similarly out of the loop. Even mid flight, should any of it become needed, Hisha would wiggle to cast of the skin of Winslow, dropping it before being dropped off, returning it to the earth.
Hahaha Even before Sesa emerged, should he need to, a higher-than-normal pitched giggle would emerge from “Hisha’s” mouth. His hardened body and illusion suppression took but an instant, a mere fraction of a second, and he would not pause, now that he was in the driver’s seat of the body, no longer relegated to speaking covertly or staring out at sensors. He would press on in all possibilities, whether he leap into a tree, be pinned by Winslow, and/or be whisked away by Sesa. At the same time, and within the same second of his other maneuvers, his laugh would carry its own corrupted chakra, and he would place himself in Lily’s driver’s seat too. Having noted, unlike the moron who normally dwelt here, that Inno’s False Surroundings would have affected the child and than his own Nirvana may too, he would subordinate the entire stack, twisting the Substack by a fundamental Principle of Least Time, but allowing Lily to pay the upkeep. Should she fail, they illusions would begin anew, but so long as she maintained it she would be free of their corrupting influence. A fractional moment later and without seals Lily would suddenly see his own infrared vision, granting her unobscured information beamed directly into her head courtesy of First Contact, along with his missive.
Hold onto this feeling, she would hear, referring to the change in her chakra as he handed her the reigns to her own Substack.
Shiny one ahead who’s yelling, the second swimming below. Both deaf. Destroy the screamer. Their genjutsu will return if I'm no longer conscious. As he transmitted the information to Lily, he would simultaneously fire another sealless technique, one Inno seemed quite fond of. His own False Surroundings would affect a massive area, containing the entire group presently, Lily and her clones included. From his new perch, or not as things might have it, he would weave a further spell. Should Hibiki somehow not fall to sleep, he would lace a further layer for her enjoyment. If she slept soundly, he would withdraw a pair of tags from his pouch, placing one quickly upon his chest. The Stone Sealing Art contained therein should quickly absorb any lingering earthen chakra weighing him down. He’d been called fat as a kid; no need to relive that.
Analyzing Hibiki: 2/2
Analyzing Inno: 1/2- Chakra and Such:
Isn't Inno's Speed while underground C due to Mole?
Protected Wing: 1 tier debuff resistance
Heavenly Protected Wing: 2 tiers debuff resistance
(It's not totally clear what order some of these will actually happen in/which debuffs may or may not be relevant. I'm going to assume the Ultra Weight is chronologically first and is reduced to a single (-) to his speed. Alternatively it could reduce Ultra Added AND Intimidation if they happen closer together, so possible something like -1 tier (-) to his speed? [1 tier and (--) absorbed off of coord, (-) off of speed, 1 tier off of int?])
Either way, I'm going to list his stats BEFORE these debuffs for now, but more than happy to edit if it's too confusing.

UA: IDiocy: Hisha's Id has pursued a rather esoteric approach to genjutsu as it has grown more powerful over the years. Genjutsu cast by Hisha have their set-in timers lowered by 1 post and require 1 less post for an opponent to notice them. However, genjutsu cast on Hisha also have their set-ins lowered by 1 post but require 1 less post for him to notice as well. No set-in timer can be reduced below 1 post via this effect, if it has a set in timer to begin with.

Name: Binoculars
Item Rank: A
Material Rank: A++
Units Used: 1 Ebony (8000), 1 polymer (500), 5 glass (500)
Description: A pair of small binoculars, a single spyglass like lens, or a modified pair of glasses, this device provides the user with a range of informational advantages useful on the battlefield or when scouting. The user can, at their will, shift between a night vision mode or a thermal vision mode, as well as normal unaugment sight. Additionally, the device allows one to zoom in using any vision type up to 10km, and comes with a rangefinder to estimate the distance of a viewing target. The zoom is useful with any specialized vision types a user might have as well. The lens is coated to negate the effects of bright flashes that would otherwise blind a user.

Pet Perk:
Perk Name: Mounted
Perk Requirement: Pet with D Rank Strength
Perk Effect: The user is required to mount their pet during travel. The user will move at the speed of their mount rather than use their own speed.
Perk Name: Flight
Perk Requirement: A pet that is capable of flight
Perk Effect: Pets with this are capable of flight. Only Exotic Pets are capable of having both Flight and Mount.
Perk Name: Poisonous
Perk Requirement: A pet that would normally be poisonous.
Perk Effect: Capable of creating a poison that the pet can administer equal to 1 rank lower than the pet. (A B Rank Pet may only have a C Rank Poison). Use the following Template (refer to the Poison Crafting Rules (stated in the Chem Rules) for more details). All Poisons created for pets will be stated as "Pet Poison" in the type and will always be "Liquid".
The creature may choose when to apply their poison. Each use will take up 1 dosage.
Perk Name: Pit Organ
Perk Requirement: Serpent/Snake biology
Perk Effect: Some snakes possess a unique organ which allows them to "see" infrared radiation, or essentially heat signatures. This grants them what amounts to a sixth sense and helps in hunting prey and avoiding predators, particularly in the dark wherein Sesa can maneuver effortlessly thanks to this organ. The range of this sense is 100m per tier of perception. If senses are shared, the higher stat will be used.
Perk Name: Coiling Universe:
Perk Requirement: Winged Serpent
Perk Effect: Sesa may freely change his size, his body length seeming to shrink into or expand out from himself to near infinity. He can become no smaller than 1 inch, and no longer than 100m. At his max length, he can carry up to three humans, and when ridden he counts as a flying mount/summon. This can also helpfully extend the range of his bite.
Perk Name: Serpent's Rebirth
Mythologically related to rebirth and renewal, some serpents have vast regenerative powers. Sesa can regenerate from near-fatal wounds within 1 post. This is an A-rank regeneration factor. However, this only can take place so long as his head is not totally destroyed; if that happens, he cannot recover. This can only trigger 3 times per thread.
Pet Special Weaponry:
Divergent Heaven | 2 post cooldown
Sesa is able to breathe out a pulse of unrefined chakra as a form of attack. This can take for form of a 1m diameter wide, 100m long beam or a 60m long's 90° cone. The wave of chakra travels at A rank speed and will do A rank, non-elemental damage. The wave will also slightly disrupt the chakra of individuals struck, causing them to lose 5 chakra per post for 3 posts as their chakra system "recalibrates".

Hand Seals: Bird, Horse, Rat
Description: Triggered auditorily by the sound of a snap, clap, or the user's speech, this sets in after 1 post. It can be thought of as younger brother to the Bringer of Darkness technique, though it assaults the targets' sense of hearing rather than their vision. Those under the effect of this technique will experience total deafness once afflicted and will suffer a single advantage reduction to their perception (-). As it has no visual component at all, it cannot be "seen through" visually, though internal examination of one's chakra will still reveal it.
Weakness: Though deaf, the victim can still rely on their other senses. Hearing is generally not quite as important to a shinobi as sight. Does no psychological damage.

Description: It is a powerful Genjutsu that generates a fluttering rain of sleep-inducing, illusory white feathers. Whomever sees them as they fall, piling up and covering the whole target area, will experience Eden-like bliss and fall into a state of tranquil slumber. No matter how much one resists the hypnotic spell, the desire to sleep is instinctive, and there's no fighting it. However, an experienced shinobi will be able to dispel the Genjutsu before it takes effect.
This Genjutsu takes two posts to go in effect. After the two posts the victim(s) will be subdued into a deep sleep.

Hand Seals: Dog, Ram, Rabbit, Snake
Description: Using this technique, the user will construct a large, spherical barrier space. This can be cast normally by touching the ground or another surface, which will act as the central point of the barrier, but is more often prepared via some kind of tool which contains the barrier. Regardless of the mechanism, the barrier will expand rapidly from the point of placement to the full radius, then activate on anything within. This barrier does not restrict any movement in or out, but instead warps the space within by "limiting" a particular element, in this case Earth. Earth techniques cast from within the barrier will have their cost increased by 1 rank and fire technique within the barrier will have their power reduced by 1 rank. When used at A rank, the techniques will be further weakened, reducing their speed by 1 rank as well. This does not affect advanced elements unless 2 or more barriers overlap. In this case, advanced elements will be weakened in the same way if and only if both of the constituent element's barrier are overlapping (ie. ice will only be weakened if both Wind and Water barriers overlap).
Weakness: Cannot learn/use a rank of this ability beyond what the user could normally learn. The barrier can be undone per normal unsealing rules by removing the seal that generates the barrier, which is always at the epicenter of the sphere. Perception of equal to the power of the technique will be able to see the barrier's border in an extremely vague manner, which becomes more apparent after a post of observation. Perception lower than the power can see them vaguely after 1 post of observation per rank lower in perception than the power of the technique. This affects the area indiscriminately, meaning the user and his allies can also be affected by this.

Once noticing that they, or an ally, are caught within a genjutsu, the practitioner will wreath the offending illusion and any other illusions which are horizontally stacked with it in this illusion, thus putting the 'sequestered' genjutsu targeted on a kind of pause. Mechanically, this will take an entire horizontal stack of illusions placed on a single target and put this genjutsu on top of them as a higher level of a vertical stack. Thus, should this technique be ended or broken, the 'lower' stack of illusions will reactivate once again as normal. This can be used multiple times to continually subjugate further illusions, but the cost of repeatedly using this in a single chain will increase by 1 rank per repeated use, beginning at C rank and increasing from there. Once hitting S rank cost, the user can no longer repeat this. When this technique is ended, either forcibly or by choice, the horizontal stack 'below' it will immediately begin their countdowns, unless the caster has chosen to prematurely end the technique. When used on an ally, the user can choose to pass the upkeep maintenance cost of this technique onto them, should they be willing.
Weakness: The upkeep must be paid per cast, per person, repeatedly, in addition to the continually increasing cost of repeating this technique, making this a potentially extremely expensive way of avoiding genjutsu. If this technique is released, the lower stack of genjutsu will resume again, meaning that this does not break the genjutsu, it merely postpones them. User must first notice they/an ally are under a genjutsu before using this, as per normal genjutsu rules. When used, the caster of the genjutsu suppressed by this no longer needs to pay an upkeep for as long as their illusions are 'suspended,' meaning they can maintain them for free until this technique ends, which causes them to resume as per normal upkeep/set in rules, etc.

Hand Seals: Add Monkey
Description: A secret technique of the Kurama clan to bend illusions to better fit their needs. By adding the extra seal to a technique, they are able to alter the required trigger of a genjutsu technique to another one, though it costs extra chakra to make such alterations. This ability increases the base cost of the genjutsu by 5 chakra per genjutsu used in order to fulfill this effect. Once activated, the technique in question will have its trigger changed to one of the following: Touch, Smell, Eye contact, Sight (user's hands), Sound. Hisha specifically, thanks to his UA, can also alter the trigger to activate when/if someone activates sensory techniques on him.
Weakness: The alteration costs per genjutsu used, meaning this can become very costly to alter multiple genjutsu at once. This cannot change the trigger of a genjutsu to a general or area trigger.
