Description: This specially designed energy field generator, this generator is about the size of a small bedside table and is capable of producing a unique frequency energy field over a Metropolis-size Village. Everything in the world operates on a certain type of frequency and through this device the user is able to control more of the world around them then they would normally be able to. When activated, this device blocks the use of any Bijuu related Chakra within its area of effect (the entire village). This prevents any Jinchuuriki from using any ability that the Bijuu grants within the village while it is active, if a Bijuu or other entity were to be freed from Jinchuuriki death or other means the frequency of this device acts as a repellent driving the Bijuu away from it, causing the Bijuu to avoid the village or if it is inside the village try to get out as quickly as possible.
