Hard Puncher

Mission:

It isn't really all that difficult to find the Junkies themselves. He easily finds them stalking a young woman, having apparently run out of their own finances, or their families' finances, or even having already pawned everything they had to get their fix, and now their only way to pay for their habit was soon to be something that would set them down an even harsher path. Anzo had cleverly promised a young woman a bit of medicine for her mother, who was too tired after her work to spend much time with the rest of her family, and all the girl has to do was walk past these strange men, and then go through an alleyway to another major thoroughfare.

The woman ran through the alley perfectly, and Anzo watched from a rooftop above as the junkies follow soon after. Anzo performs a rapid set of handseals and then slams both hands to the roof, sending his Earth Release chakra through the house and into the ground, causing one wall to rise in front of the junkies, completely shutting off the alleyway behind the young woman, and then another wall rising up behind them, stopping them from running back out before they even consider that as an option. Anzo simply stands above them, keeping an eye on them as he raises a hand and sends up the fusee jutsu, alerting the Konoha police to his presence.

"Easy now. No need for theatrics, kids, just stay here for a while. You might as well take a seat."

The emaciated youths try to throw their knives at him, but Anzo simply moves out of the way; with their relative weakness, only the rare weapon even reaches him. After the Konoha police show up, he lets them have at the junkies for a bit, though he gently dissuades them from attacking too much, simply until they have no more fight left. Finally, he gets the payment for the completion of the mission and simply leaves.
