Last Resort

Mission:

A wide grin would form on Kiyoshi's face when he was given the mission to deal with the troublemaker down at the local resort. Apparently, the man believed Shinobi were to blame for everything that had gone wrong in his life. Kiyoshi felt no pity for the man, he too had often felt overshadowed by Shinobi, but unlike this man that blames them for things, Kiyoshi takes responsibility for himself and simply pushes himself to prove that he is worthy of what he achieves. They warned him that he was extremely skilled with a sword and was not to be taken lightly, his skills far exceeding that of a normal civilian. Like Kiyoshi the man did not possess the ability most shinobi have with Ninjutsu, but if he had applied himself like Kiyoshi had, then Kiyoshi believed that the man could have been a shinobi. Instead, the man seemed bent on leading the life of a criminal. He was told he had permission to kill the man if he had to in order to stop the man, and in all honesty when he heard those words, Kiyoshi's heart dropped. He had never killed anyone before and the thought of doing so actually made him sick, he did not want to kill anyone so he would cross his fingers in hopes that it would not come to that.

The young red head would ride through the village on his Zip-Board weaving around the various civilians as he made his way to the resort. His arrival there met by another Shinobi, that while Kiyoshi did not personally recognize the man, gave him the sense of familiarity. At first, Kiyoshi was annoyed by the fact that the village had sent in another shinobi to deal with the guy, he knew he was more than capable of dealing with the man on his own. After the other man introduced himself as Akimitsu Aburame however, Kiyoshi's mood slightly changed. Though he found the name both odd as well as slightly humorous due to the initials of the man, he had a great respect for the clan itself. He had worked with Aburame on previous missions, even sparred with a couple of them. Before his retirement, Kiyoshi's former teammate Nikola had shown him the many uses of the clan's bugs in action during a mission. A plan would begin to formulate in the male's mind, similarly to how Ancha and himself had dealt with criminals with Kiyoshi using his puppets as a distraction, while the Aburame could sneak up on the man with his bugs and drain him of chakra and end the threat so that they could capture and contain the man and take him to the village authorities.

Kiyoshi would begin to explain his idea to Akimitsu, who seemed more than willing to allow Kiyoshi to be the one to deal with the man head on and would move around to the back of the building to wait for an opening to strike. Kiyoshi on the other hand would enter through the front door, calling out to the man that he was there to accept the man's challenge. His Zip-board already sealed away within one of his rings, Kiyoshi would only have his puppet armor out for use, though his puppets were easy enough to bring out of his rings whenever he was ready. The man came out with a sword and each hand, instantly underestimating Kiyoshi and letting out a laugh at the sight of his challenger. That laugher would quickly stop as the four tendril claws of the puppet would come out from behind Kiyoshi in view of the man.

"I am to be your opponent," Kiyoshi would state again with a smirk on his face as he moved closer to the man. Using the puppet technique mixed the chakra strings to control the individual tendrils making it appear as if they were acting on their own, Kiyoshi would cause one to lash out towards the man on random intervals. Never the same one twice, and never in a repeating pattern. It all had to look random in order for the effect to take place, if there was too much to a pattern then the man might discover that he is controlling them rather than appear to have a mind of their own like Kiyoshi was intending. This was all a distraction; Kiyoshi was doing his best to ensure that the man's focus was on him and not the back door where Akimitsu was currently coming into Kiyoshi's view. Once the other man was within 5 meters of him, Kiyoshi would begin to use the claws to strike out at the man. He was only slightly impressed by the way the man was able to use the blades that he was holding to defend against them, not many could keep up with his movements when it came to the manipulation of his puppets, but it seemed that this man was just as coordinated with his blades as Kiyoshi was with his puppets. If it had not been for the fact that his plan was dependent upon his ally's bugs, Kiyoshi would have used his flamethrower attachment of his mobility suit as the man was in the perfect range for him to do some real damage with it.

Kiyoshi would continue his charade as he continued to goad the man on, he could easily take the man out if he put forth the full effort to do so, but he was more interested in seeing what the man was capable of doing. Since there was no one else around that could get hurt, he didn't see in harm in drawing it out while his partner got into position. By the time the swordsman knew what was going on, it was too late, and he was nearly covered in the chakra draining bugs that the other shinobi had in his possession. Kiyoshi would nod in approval to Akimitsu as the two of them tied the man up and ensured that his swords would no longer be a danger to anyone. As the two of them escorted the prisoner to the police department, they would talk about a number of things, leading Kiyoshi to one thought. This was the beginning of a beautiful friendship.
