Meditation is Ki

Hummmmm

Finding herself standing in the training grounds, sitting on her butt with her legs crossed over sitting indian style, she placed her palm upon her knees and curled her middle finger to meet her thumb. She had addressed to her mother that she would be gone for tonight, the next night, the next night after -- all equaling 72 hours. Not only that, but she was expecting some non-sense from the people in the training grounds, so a sign was placed to not disturb her peace and to leave her alone. Now, she had the proper conditions to concentrate on breathing and letting nature take it's course. All for the sake of utilizing what she was chosen for.

Hummmmm

The urge to sleep was strong. Fatigue, cramping muscles and the inability to move started to wear on her. Certainly she was used to being in one position for a while, but 3 days was kind of a killer. She had dealt with some irritation with people poking at her and trying to break her concentration and get her to get up and move, but she had to exercise a firm discipline to not move. The ends justified the means with her remaining perfectly still for 72 hours. No eating, no drinking, no blinking, no sleeping, no using the bathroom. She had to blot all of this out of her mind and remain disciplined while her body absorbed and subsisted off of Natural Energy. Standing up, she let out a groan, even if her body felt invigorated, she was still hungry, thirsty, and she rushed to the restroom to take care of business.
