Zephyr would arrive in sky with the collection of items. Several scrolls on his person. Being led to the vault he would have the blueprints for Flying Destruction Machine and Winged Mechanical Device sealed into scrolls for him before he would leave the vault and go into hiding somewhere deep within the country outside of the metropolis itself.
