There must be a circus in town (Solo Training)

Now that she was getting stronger, she couldn't continue to do her training within the dojo of her home within the Hyuga Province. She had to come to a more wide-open area to begin learning. She ended up taking herself to the training ground, still with a training dummy (rented and paid for properly), and wheeled it up to the 4th floor training facility. Once up the elevator, she found a nice and desolate spot and set up her training dummy. She sat for a moment and stared at the dummy until a wave of inspiration would hit her. She had a few jutsu scrolls, as per the Hokage's command, that she would learn from. She wanted to make new jutsu for herself before learning from these jutsu training scrolls. She squatted and stared at the training dummy for a few moments. Ding! A wave of inspiration rushed through her before she took a step backwards and took a rather firm stance. She performed the required handseals to summon forth the Byakugan and placed both of her hands upon her left hip. She started to control her breathing. She felt the hairs upon her arms, shoulders, chest, and legs begin to stand on end as crackles of electricity started to arch from the air to her body. Her hair started to spike up as she took even deeper breaths. She started to form the Vacuum Shell of the Vacuum Wall Palm in her hands and injected a healthy amount of lightning chakra into the Vacuum Shell. The crackling of the static building started to form and settle into a ball, forcing her palms apart. Arcs of electricity now focusing on the ball of electricity and her palms like a tesla coil. "Raiton! Hakken Kyuusho!" she shouted out before thrusting both of her hands forward, launching the almost blinding ball of lighting towards the dummy at a relatively descent speed before it collided with the dummy, exploding into a big ball of electricity. Her byakugan caught that this would've easily struck several Tenketsu points. One thing she didn't predict when making this however, was the fact that the dummy was now pulled in towards her, falling over and sliding on the ground until it stopped at her foot. She blinked a bit as the crackling of electricity subsided. Her posture changed to a more casual one as she noticed the dummy pulled towards her rather than away. "What... the hell just happened?" she said, looking confused. She expected it to be pushed outwards like Vacuum Wall Palm would have done, but it was pulled back towards her. Did she change the polarity of her chakra to pull instead of push. With a cackle, she picked up the dummy and set it up about 8 meters away from her. "I can't use gravity, but I'm going to pull EVERYTHING towards me! Huehuehue!!!" she chuckled, laughing almost like a cartoon villain. She couldn't hold a candle to the power and strength of Tengoku's gravity, but being able to manipulate the movements of people in combat seemed strong enough. Name: Lightning Vacuum Wall Ball Rank: C Power: C (True Damage) Activation Cost: 10 CP Range: 0-15 meters Speed: User's Coordination Element: Lightning Skill: Taijutsu, Lightning Classification: Secret (May be taught by Airi) Requirements: Byakugan Parent Technique: Vacuum Palm, Lightning Ball Hand Seals: None Description: While performing and creating the Vacuum Shell, the user injects some of their Lightning Chakra into the Vacuum Shell. Crackling of electricity gathers around the Vacuum Shell, causing the hair on the user's body to stand on end and tendrils of bright electricity shoot out from the electrically charged Vacuum Shell. After the Lightning Vacuum Palm Wall has completed to form, the user launches the basketball-sized projectile towards the target as it crackles and pops through the air. Upon hitting the target, there is an explosion of electrical energy which will seal 15 Tenketsu Points on the target for 6 posts. If the target possesses a Strength of B Tier or lower, the target will be drawn in towards the user up to 10 meters. If the user is hit and is drawn towards the user, they are considered 'stunned' for the duration of the 'draw in', leaving them vulnerable while the jutsu pulls them in. Weaknesses: Requires extremely impressive aim to effectively land the tenketsu sealing effect. This technique is quite bright so it's not very useful while attempting to remain in stealth. Unlike the Vacuum Palm technique, this attack is very visible.

The ideas started to swirl in her head. Well, at least just one idea began to swirl through her head. It never made sense to her why a melee ranged focus clan would have so many actions that would repel a target. No, she thought that was kind of stupid and one of the biggest faux pas of the Clan's techniques. No. She had to make something that would encourage more aggressive combat plays. She had just shown that she could reverse the movement polarity of the Vacuum Shell to draw-in rather than push out. She closed her eyes to think for a moment. How was she going to do this? She returned to her training with Tengoku on pulling your chakra in a certain direction and she caused her chakra to flow in that specific direction, almost with ease now. She started to struggle to make the chakra change in the other direction. The direction that it was flowing began to slow down before coming to a full stop and slowly move in the opposite direction. Opening her eyes suddenly, she began to spin to perform kaiten. However, the chakra that emerged from her was now a vanta black color, absorbing all light. She continued to spin so fast that a dome began to form around her. Her eyes opened wide as she saw nothing but darkness surrounding her and the sound of things being pulled towards her. Dirt started to fly at her while being beaten and eviscerated upon entering the black dome. A high pitched grinding sound could be heard as large clumps of dirt entered the dome only to be ground to very fine particles. She also heard the training dummy sliding upon the ground before hitting the black dome and a loud clunking sound could be heard as it started to grind away, leaving just sawdust flying at her. Not wanting to damage the dummy any further, she stopped expelling her chakra and the black dome vanished, leaving everything that was approaching to fall completely flat. As she came to a halt, she noticed the head of the dummy half-gone and massive clumps of dirt kicked up and torn from the earth. Name: Black Hole Revolving Heaven Rank: C Power: C (True Damage) Activation Cost: 5 CP Range: Dome Range: 2 meters / Draw-In Range: 10 meters Speed: User's Base Coordination Element: N/A Skill: Taijutsu Classification: Secret (May be taught by Airi) Requirements: B-Rank Coordination Parent Technique: Eight Trigrams Palms Revolving Heaven (八卦掌回天, Hakkeshō Kaiten) Hand Seals: - Description: Unlike the parent technique, Black Hole Revolving Heaven is used offensively. While performed the exact same way as Kaiten, the user alters the property of their chakra to pull rather than to push. The alteration of this chakra causes the dome to take on a black color instead of the Hyuga standard white color. Those within the Draw-In range are quickly pulled in towards the dome. Those with a Strength of C Rank or higher will not be affected by the Draw-In. However, physical contact with the Dome will cause the user's Chakra to begin shredding the target that makes contact with the Dome. Remaining in contact, remaining in range, or being inside of the dome will cause continuous damage to the target. Projectile attacks of C Rank Speed and below that aren't aimed at the user but will appear in the Draw-In range will gently tug the projectile off-course. This technique will last until the user's next post, if the user drops it, or if the user is affected by any form of crowd control (knockback, draw-in, pop-up, etc etc) Weaknesses: This technique is only effective when rotating, since the chakra itself is not enough to stop a physical attack thus if they cannot spin, the user becomes vulnerable. The chakra rotation can be disrupted by some kind of hardy threading such as chakra flowed ninja wire or chakra threads, which slows down the user, binding and tangling them in, and ultimately forces them to stop. The user must also remain stationary for the usage of the technique, meaning a foe must simply wait for the user to stop spinning before attacking again. This also does not deflect attacks and may even draw in physical projectiles if it's within the draw-in distance, which can actually hurt the user.

Still awestruck with what she just did, she bent over to pick up the training dummy, seeing that most of it's head was shaved off.  She grimaced a bit and her eyes darted from side-to-side. Okay okay okay. She had to compose herself. Standing it back up and setting it firmly into the ground, she reached into her satchel, that she had on her body, thanking whoever would listen that the scroll didn't get shredded. She sat down next to the dummy and opened the scroll. This was a Raiton jutsu. She had already learned a few jutsu scrolls, but she decided that there was only a limit to her imagination. These jutsu were made into scrolls as they were known to work. She continued to read through the scroll and her eyes lit up. "60 meters!? That's far! Holy shit!" she muttered. She had to figure out how to get her vacuum shell to get that far. She would easily be able to decimate whomever if she had more control over Ninjutsu. Yes, that was something she had to prioritize when she got stronger. After reading through the scroll, she quickly rolled it up and put it back into her satchel. Standing up, she turned to look towards the half shaved dummy and turn around and started to count her paces away from it. She counted each meter away from the dummy until she got to 60 meters away. She had to squint her eyes to even see that far. That was just craziness. Taking another deep breath, she started to slowly perform the handseals for the jutsu just to get the pattern down. Once she felt comfortable with the pattern, she started to form her handseals swiftly before holding her hands out as several tendrils of lightning shot out from her palms with one eventually striking the dummy. She looked down at her hands and went, again, with "Holy shit. That range," she said before running towards the dummy and knocked off some of the flames that started to build on it.
