Rei Specific simply means that these techniques are bound to Rei and its host, but are considered Open to learn by any host of Rei. First time apping some of these types of techniques, so I will be more than willing to work with any feedback.

Description: Using a small string, Rei uses the non-combat side of the host's shapeshifting ability to touch the individual(s) who are being invited into the Mindscape of the host. They are then brought into that Mindscape as projections and can converse, train and otherwise interact with Rei and the Host directly instead of requiring them to share their body in the outside world Inside this mindscape, Rei and the Host are capable of doing much of anything within the confines of their combined imagination. Time passes much differently in the mindscape of the host because of Rei's formidable processing power, so much so that an hour inside the Mindscape is only a minute in the real world. This also ensures absolute privacy to anyone inside, unless you are capable of invading someone's mind.
Weaknesses: This technique is absolutely for storyline purposes only. No damage can occur to any involved parties even when training and the guests can choose to leave at any time by simply willing it. While conjuring things inside the mindscape, anything unwanted will be honored by Rei and dismissed. This also leaves the Host in particular unable to move without first disconnecting the link with any guests present.

Description: This, simply put, is a small marble-sized bullet of highly condensed chakra that can move at high speeds at an enemy. It travels in a straight line after being fired and hits with a small explosion of 5 meters upon impact with any surface. It presents itself as a small ball of blue light near the Host before launching on a single path.
Weaknesses: Being fire and forget without any form of guidance makes these bullets pretty easy to dodge at longer ranges, and anything that gets in their way will take the impact, leaving their target unscathed so long as the 5-meter explosion is out of range. Also has no friend/foe identification, meaning friendlies getting in the way could be a problem.

Description: The closest thing Rei has to a Bijuu Bomb, these javelins are formed near the host using Rei's excellent chakra control, and then launched at an enemy at tremendous speeds. Unlike the bullets, however, these are guided with deadly precision and will detonate with an explosion of up to 30 meters upon impact with another surface.
Weaknesses: Anything that gets in their way will take the impact, leaving their target unscathed so long as the 30-meter explosion is out of range. Also has no friend/foe identification, meaning friendlies getting in the way could be a problem. Getting out of the 200m range makes you completely safe, as the technique will fizzle at anything further.
