Kanara hesitantly took the mission letter as she exited the office. Feeding an ox. Well if that wasnt great. Kanara never even saw what an ox was before, left alone it usually seemed that most animals hated her on sight, but still she had to earn money somehow.
Before she took off she decided to pay the one responsible for the mission in the first place a visit in the hospital. AAfter asking him the important questions, like here the food was, how the ox looked and so on. Especially the question of how the ox looked seemed to amuse the farmer, as he gave her only a cryptic answer.
"I'm sure you will find him just fine. And if you dont then im sure he will find you."
THinking about the meaning behind this she aproached the farm. Kanara hadnt even realised how much time had passed, but then again, she was a pretty fast person. Finding her way around the farm Kanara quickly found the food for the mysthical animal she sought. Walking through the farm she came across chicken, sheep and then she spotted it. A animal as high as her, staring with murderous intend at her from across its roofed pen. Kanara, ignoring the obvious signs that the Ox wasnt happy about something entered the pen, dropping the food in it, only to see that the beast also had a mission. That being clearly to kill her, or at least injure her. Evading the raging animal she fled onto a supportive beam above it. sitting down she brushed her hands over her bright red robes, that she choose to wear today. Eventually hunger came out victorous over violence and the animal began to eat, leaving enough time for kanara to sneak away from it, and to return to Konoha, where she reported both the dangers this animal posessed and her sucess.
