Done on top of a decently large body of water, the begins by manipulating that water with chakra until there are six small whirlpools around the user and the target. Once that is done, they perform the handseals, and on the clap together, the whirlpools all have a stream erupt from the center and move behind the user and then impact the target, threading that chakra into their skin and sealing it as completely as possible. When used to seal something like an entity, the tendrils of water grab the target first, then seal into the skin of the person she is sealing it into.
Weaknesses: This requires an ideal environment being on a river or lake sized body of water and requires the user to remain immobile for a short time, making them vulnerable while they set it up, as well as the person it is being sealed into. It cannot be used on the person casting it.

Physical attacks hitting this generally are thrown in that direction unless they can overpower the tremendous current.
Weaknesses: Requires the user to either generate water with another technique beforehand or be near a water source, and once formed it takes time to change the current's direction, meaning that making sharp turns or stopping suddenly is very difficult (Takes 1 full post to change direction). (Think a giant sonic spinball) Also the user is unable to touch the ground, making the technique the only means of moving, but after it gets moving, the user is moving at S Speed temporarily. It also is harder to see through.
