Today he was ehre to read the scrolls which contained the Chidori Technique and to grab a canteen of the Hero's Water which Konoha had recently acquired.
It didn't take him long at all to do either of these things. He only had to read the scroll once to memorize it, and as for the water he merely poured part of it from its main container onto the canteen he carried, leaving the rest there at the vault.
