This oni steps forward as you enter the Demon Forge. Dusky skin and eyes smouldering like the forge itself. Dark brown unkempt hair kept half-long give it a cute expression despite her unusual sights. Determination in a small package. Whoever this is, she takes the initiative to greet you warmly. Trying to make you feel welcome in this darker corner of the Yokai district. Hoping that her approachable attitude will make you forget the rumours about its owner just long enough for you to place an order or buy something from her.A black scarf partially covering a brown tunic gives her a stylish, if not somewhat roguish look. She bears a brown belt around the black pants, finishing the sober outfit she wears along with a pair of solid boots. The hammer dangling at her belt tells you she has some business here. It is possible she serves as an apprentice to the Demon Smith, but there is no doubt that she presents herself as a caretaker and saleswoman for this place.
"Welcome to the Demon Forge. I'm Illina, a pleasure to meet you. Representing Hua Li and selling her crafts in her name. If you want me to write down a request or order, I can do that for you and I'll pass it on to her. And should you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask me, alright?"
A fairly standard greeting, but one that quickly explains the offered services. Only after having spoken, the oni assesses you. Judging your character, expression and general composure. Seizing you up to see if you're the sort of customer that matches the description of a warrior. If she's impressed by you presence, her expression betrays nothing.
Should she recognise you as a member of the Yokai clan, she'll speak up once more. "Since you're a Yokai, the Daitengu offers you free repairing services. Which I can cater to personally, if you wish."

Description: Also known under the names of 'Blacksteel', 'Demon Steel' or 'Ebony Steel', this steel variant is the result of a secret forging technique known by few Tengu of the Yokai clan. As the name suggests, it is a pitch-black steel variant. It is more durable than standard steel but falls short on ebony's durability despite its name.
The process of nevarite requires one to be trained in the Kijo's 'Dark Arts of Cursing', a hiden only few tengu of the clan are familiar with. Through this art, as the steel is molten in the forge, its essence is being cursed to a point it turns an unholy black as the eldritch incantations entirely corrupt its essence.
This new type of steel loses a lot of its vibrancy; it no longer rings as clearly as metal usually does when (un)sheathing, instead seemingly gasping along the action. It no longer rings cheerfully when moving, instead sounding like a dulled passing of the wind. The metal doesn't shine when light falls upon it, instead providing a matted shadow grey. And where high quality crafts of steel are said to inspire those who bear it, nevarite seemingly fills the mind with whispers of its involuntary corruption.

Description: The process of this cloth requires one to be trained in the Kijo's 'Dark Arts of Cursing', a hiden only few tengu of the clan are familiar with. Description: Generally enchanted upon a 'container' (rolled up scroll, box, room...), that is, anything that could contain or hide information (written or otherwise) one way or another. This Fuinjutsu Seal encrypts any information within its influence with a variety of effects, which occur at random unless properly defined during the enchantment process. The information could:
- chameleon itself
- turn to gibberish or scramble the available data
- translate into a different language (known or not) to the enchanter
- follow a randomly generated coding key
- other similar in effect
Encryption of data occurs upon reading the data. In other words, opening the container would activate the encryption so as to protect its content against unauthorised eyes or ears. Only those with the 'key word' or with an appropriate means to break the Seal would be capable of accessing the encrypted information.
