Lasers are fun

It was mid day, and mostly cloudy, keeping most of the sun away from the training grounds, Ground two specifically, making training not too hot or risking having the sun blind you if looking the wrong direction. It really was a nice day to train. Of course the grounds was not empty, no, instead there was a young man out there today, hunched over as he remained in a clearing on the training grounds. His silhouette told the story of a man with a sword, it clearly visible over his shoulder on his back as he stood, or rather, stood hunched over.

Arashi stood among the training grounds, already breathing heavy from nearly an hour of training as he stood among the grounds. The young man smirked a bit as he pushed himself to stand up straight, fighting his fatigue to continue on. He was trying to perfect his clan's signature attack...Laser Circus. He took a breath and begun going through the hand seals again, 'Rat → Tiger → Dog → Snake → Dragon' running through his head as he did, before holding both palms out. A ring of energy appeared around his hands, before focusing and attempting to fire out. But it only fizzled, him sighing deeply as he flopped on his back, looking up at the clouds above. "...Well..shit."

He'd lay there for a while, simply resting, before slowly sitting back up and preparing to try again. Once again he did the hand seals, Rat, Tiger, Dog, Snake, Dragon...he pushed both hands out again, palms extended forward while connected at the wrists. Once more the halo of energy circled his hands, before finally bursting out in a powerful fashion, speeding out with fairly impressive ability to cover distance, and spreading out once Arashi willed it to do so, acting as if he bent it around a target--simulated by bending perfectly around a tree in the distance. He smiled, nodding. "There we go...not too hard...it only took...like 4 years." he said to himself between breaths. In reality he had been working on that one for years.

With a nod to himself, he readied himself. He'd done this jutsu before, but it'd been a while...he may have to relearn it. He took a breath and begun forming a number of hand seals, the young man running through the six hand seals as quickly as he could, Ox--Horse--Dragon--Tiger--Snake--Rat. He opened his mouth, and lightning could be seen building up within his jaw, before firing out in a powerful burst, although it didn't go as fart as he had intended for it too, making him pout afterwards.

With a sigh he smiled and decided to try again, once again running through the half dozen hand seals, and building up chakra within his mouth as he let his jaw hang open. The man would be able to fire out another bolt of powerful lightning, it ripping through a boulder he was aiming at, busting it in half and reaching its intended distance. "Again" he said to himself, ripping through the seals one more time, before launching off the ability, this time making it arc out and spread, potentially able to have hit multiple targets if he had any targets to hit. He took some sharp breaths, still a bit tired from the repeat uses of jutsu, failed and successful alike.

The young man would sit back down and take another break, catching his breath as he leaned back, once more looking up at the passing clouds, a soft smile gracing Arashi's features as he sat there resting, thinking up the next jutsu he wanted to practice. He knew he was soon to be requesting permission to leave the village and wished to brush up on his skills. He hopped back up and stretched, arms--shoulders--and even fingers. He looked up with some determination and a grin, hands coming back together once more, and blazing as quickly as he could through a set of hand seals once more.

Monkey, Ox, Boar, Tiger, Rat, Dog, and he held the last sign as he charged up his Raiton chakra. It took longer then it should, seeing as he seemed rusty with these more advanced moves, but it'd overall work, Arashi would be surrounded in a large number of lightning discs, that from there, he'd control with a limited degree of accuracy. It could've been better, they flew about rather wildly, but over time he would be able to improve on such a thing. Once he finished he dropped his hands back to his side.

Arashi would stand there for a moment as he pondered his next move. The man had access to two elements, not counting his bloodline that mixed both together in a beautiful blend of raw power. He took in a breath, deeper then usual, holding it as he formed a single hand seal. The young man expelled his breath in a violent burst of water, although it only traveled a few meters before hitting the ground, earning an annoyed look from the man. He huffed out a sigh and would put back on his smile, joyed by the challenge of learning new jutsu. The young man again held the Tiger seal and took in a sharp breath, before bursting a 'bullet' of water from within himself, firing off a number of them in rapid succession as they flew off, hitting their marks down range. Luckily there was plenty of trees and boulders around here to use as targets.

He glanced around before finding a new tree to aim at, about 50 meters away from his location. The man would start forming hand seals once again, four this time to be exact, Tiger--Ox--Tiger--Rat, as he took in another deep gulp of air. The man would lean forward and spew out from his mouth a stream of water, first rather weak, but as he continued to spew out this torrent, it strengthened, and would eventually reach its target as he slowly got the hang of it, blasting the tree with the violent torrent of water. The man suddenly was forced to stop as he keeled over, trying to catch his breath. He really was taxing himself, but he wanted to push harder to learn even more jutsu. He had the honor of leading his clan on his shoulders...it was quite the weight. He wasn't even expecting it...but it drove him to push harder. He had to become stronger, for himself, for his clan...for his brother. He sighed and sat back down, taking another breather.

"....Maybe I should try that one..." he said to himself, thinking about trying Water Release: Exploding Water Colliding Wave, which was stronger then his current water jutsu. The man sat there trying to remember how to do it, slowly covering the hand seals in his head and half-ass performing them as he tried to remember the technique. He nodded as he felt confident in remembering it, pushing himself up to a standing position. He simply performed a single hand seal, snake, and begun spewing water from his body at an alarming rate, quickly swelling into a towering mass of water, with him now riding ontop of it.

This suddenly rushed forth, spreading out as the wave crashed down, Arashi riding atop the wave as he did, oddly going faster then his natural speed, sliding across the training grounds much quicker then he'd normally be able too. He finally reached the end of the distance, about 250 meters, before it ended and he landed gracefully on the ground, smiling back at his handywork, a new pond formed now where he had performed the ninjutsu. He'd wipe his brow, a bit of sweat on it from having used so many jutsu...the man walked up to the edge of the new pool of water and cupped his hands, dipping them in before splashing his face to cool off. He shook his head a bit and stood back up, again grinning. With that the young Inazuma would turn on his heel, and begin making his way back towards civilization.
