Due to recent events that the Coral Orcas managed to convert one of Iron Wolves' men to take out the smaller members. Sylpher decided to put forth a mission that involves taking control over one of Coral Orcas' source of income. Specifically, the Mad Wave Club. It is guarded by some of the Coral Orcas gang members including one of the ringleaders known as One-Eyed Jack. In order to take control of it, One-Eyed Jack and his crew needs to be captured or taken out. This is all located in Hana's Capital, Land of Sea.
