Information: I forgot E tier Intel nerfed learning abilities, so I'd like to use the two week grace period to swap Itaken's D tier Speed and E tier Intelligence around so he can actually learn some things. Assuming that's fine, he has 3,000 renown and gets all the rewards from it. His A rank item I would like to be a set of gauntlets with spikes on the knuckles made out of Chakra Draining Metal, since Konohagakure has access to it through Iwagakure. He gets 50,000 ryo from renown as well as a C rank NPC which I'll work on later. Claiming all C rank and lower Taijutsu and Ijutsu he can learn. These will be his 15 starting jutsu:
