Description:  Looks like an ordinary deck of ornately designed playing cards. Inside an ornate wooden card holder. But the cards can be thrown at Projectile Rule Speed, and do serious cutting damage. With the card holder being a holster.

Description: Much like the above. Looks like normal playing cards, except for an abstract image on the back hiding the explosive charge. When set off, much like a normal tag. Will explode, but for 10 m.

Or much like the above card can be thrown at things.
