Prison Layout

The Blood Prison is a sprawling circular complex. The prison is a total of 300 acres and is sectioned off into three parts. Block A (Wall Maria) is the outermost part. It contains several buildings and an outdoor recreational yard that wraps around the building. The prisoners held in this area are anywhere from B to A-Class. They are usually criminals who are repentant and are currently utilizing their expertise to assist various governments. They are therefore given greater allowances and freedoms when compared to their counterparts. There are roughly 8,000 meters between Block A and Block B.

Block B (Wall Rose) is the middle prison and it contains those inmates who are unrepentant, extremely violent, and largely irredeemable according to most intelligence agencies. They are A to S-Class and the only reason they have not been executed is that they are related to a Daimyou, Clan leader, or other important figures. The politics of an execution would not play well, and thus they are kept on 23-hour lockdown within the Blood Prison. There are roughly 6,000 meters between Block B and Block C.

Block C (Wall Sina) is by far the most dangerous block. It contains those criminals that are S to X-Class. These criminals are not permitted to leave their cells at any time and are often shackled down and given their meals intravenously. Block C inhabitants are usually individuals who are anomalous in one way or another. The powers that be have decided that study and analysis are more useful than killing them. In some cases, killing these inmates would either often do significant damage to the Earth or require an incalculable cost. In certain extreme and rare cases, execution has proven categorically impossible.

The Command Castle (the Center Castle) is the central command structure of the prison. The base was named Hozuki Castle in honor of the prison's first set of benefactors. The Command Castle consists of three levels: the Warden's Quarters (at the top), the Correctional Officer's Quarters (middle floor), and Cells (ground level). The cells are maximum security and extremely hard to break into. Each cell is sealed off from the world via a single X-Tier Barrier. The keys to these barriers can be found in the Warden's Quarters.


Chiheisen Ōtsutsuki's Cell is in the center of the castle. The cell is suspended 20 feet in mid-air and consists of an X-Tier transparent Barrier. Chiheisen is chained down like an animal to the floor. She has an apparatus that blinds her, gags her, defeans her, and blocks out any smell. Essentially, she is under complete sensory deprivation. There are several tubes running through her mouth and stomach as a means of force-feeding her.
