Prepared Mentality

Iwagakure was more or less quiet from the attack. Perfect time for Raijin to focus on his training. With Akeno running amok in the city there were literally bigger problems. Raijin steeled himself as he began to focus on his nature chakra. He had been gathering it since he entered the city. It was time for him to start trying out his new techniques. His arm began to transform as Bayu only activated the partial transformation, still able to to draw nature chakra.

There was a tree about 30m away. He moved his transformed right arm and aimed it at the center of the tree. His coordination was much more accurate nowadays, able to hit a moving target with ruthless accuracy. Raijin's eyes flashed as he concentrated his nature chakra into his entire arm. And the arm began to become covered in a light grey scales. Then they became black, his black armor was now applied to his hand. Able to block a large amount of attacks, and could be used as a shield. Very good. He could feel his strength increase as well as the teenager began to charge at the tree. His speed could use some work as well as he skated across the rocky land. Upon running in front of the tree he hoisted his large arm upwards and struck the tree. Blowing creating a large crater into the center of the tree. It was fairly large but even it felt the shudder of the power his attack.

Raijin was pleased with the immense amount of damage he was able to inflict on the tree. In the epicenter of the tree was an engraved fist from his punch. He smiled as he jumped backwards a few meters. His progress was getting gradual and better, but he was in for the fight of his life once he took on the Blood Prison. He would have the help of Nozomi if promised the spoils of the incredibly difficult mission. So he had to be able to hold his own against all types of forces. He skipped backwards once more, and deactivated his Sage Armor. It was incredibly taxing on him, though it provided immeasurable armor over his body. Practically making him a walking tank. Not the quality of the Kaguya bones he suffered from before.

There was a person walking on to the field. A worried official by the looks, a frantic look on his face as he hurried within a few meters of Raijin. "Hey why are you out here training? The village is under attack? You have to go hide and protect your-" He stopped after looking that grotesque arm of Raijin. "What-" He didn't get finish before Raijin shot an extra appendage from his shoulder. It grabbed the man by his head and slammed it into the ground with a fierce ferocity. Breaking his neck and stopping any movement from thereon out. They were alone, and however he did not need anyone reporting about his strange grotesque arm. As they could pair to him inadvertently.  Now...what to do with him.
