    Spoiler:
    History:

J.B. Græy was born in Kirigakure. He grew up in the harsh conditions of the Bloody Mist, where survival was a rare gift only received by the strong. His childhood played a vital role in making him ruthless in battle. Juha, from a young age, was  assertive and stoic yet vastly insightful, showing noticeable maturity for his age and knowledge on how to deal with every situation. This unique blend of distinct personality traits were the reason for his popularity amongst his peers at the time, and would aid him to develop strong charisma and leadership skills in his adult life.

As a teen, Bach was talented at observing individuals and ideas without getting directly involved so that he could fully understand them. This insightful approach enabled him to resolve conflicts with ease and to think and act without prejudice or preconceptions, instead evaluating things strictly on their own merits. Due to his genuine concern for others and maturity in judgement from an early age, Juha Græy unintentionally gained many friends and admirers despite his sometimes passive nature. He would think about shinobi and origins of the clan and its future. For this reason, he never became arrogant about his own abilities or accomplishments; to which, most views or statements he made were usually well-based, seeing the situation for what it was.

Juha Bach Græy was raised in a family of five as the first of three children. As the older brother to two beautiful girls, Bach learned to be caring and tender when dealing with them. This shaped his personality as he grew up, making him very patient when it came to dealing with others. Especially those who could be considered as weaker than himself. His father was a successful merchant, well-known amongst all Græys. He sold textile, grain and timber, as well as oil and gold with the aid Juha's mother. Although they became filthy rich as a result of his parent's hardwork, Juha and his siblings were never allowed to develop the mentality that they were better than others without putting in any hard work. As the heir to vast Græy Empire, Juha had to prove to his parents that he would be able to successfully run the family business while also assuming the position of the family head. Hence, Græy began studying rigorously at a very early age. He learned about commerce, finance, leadership, and other economic practices from the very early age of 11 and began putting these into practice well before he was introduced to the shinobi lifestyle.

Juha was also allowed to interact and play with his peers even if they were not from wealthy families as himself. This method of child upbringing employed by his parents went a long way to teach Juha and his sisters the importance of judging people not for what they have but for who they are. Today, he seeks allies and comrades from anywhere, giving all the opportunity to prove their worth by actions. His humble father always said that he was only able to succeed because he was given the right opportunity to do so; emphasizing further that anyone who was in his shoes would do the same if not better. This rationale had a profound effect on Juha Bach. Thus, he grew up believing that the world would be substantially better if everyone was at least given the opportunity to succeed in their lifetime. So he was greatly against the arrangement which forced various clans without any real feelings of unity to live together under the moneymaking facade which was the village system. Shanks was well versed in business, so he knew very well that the village structure was nothing more than a means for a cabal of self-serving individuals known as Feudal Lord to enrich themselves by collecting ginormous amounts of Ryo as tax every month without trying to alleviate the suffering of the citizens of their villages. Juha realized that the reason the Feudal Lords could reign supreme over the shinobi world was because of the power they held. This power was both physical, financial and influential. Juha lacked all of these. Thus, once he turned 22, he assumed the position of the Græy family head and vowed to achieve the strength to overthrow the Feudal Lords and their Fiefdom. He thus believed that if he was to change the world to the way he wanted it, then he had to become the one powerful supreme entity who would instill fear in all other entities that would dare oppose his rule.

    Personality:

Juha is a calm, level-headed individual. He is a proclaimed lover of peace, hating conflict and believing painful battles should be ended as quickly as possible. Yhwach despises values like justice and honor, which he perceives as traits of the "weak". He also dislikes lies, and does not give any falsities to the existence of his subordinates. He can show mercy and appreciation but dislikes blind loyalty. He is very charismatic and thrives in leadership roles.

    Roleplay Sample:

Juha was seated in a tavern having a peaceful cup of rum when he heard a loud bang from the East. Downing the remaining contents of his drink, the Græy hurried outside towards the location he had heard the sound. On getting there Juha was shocked. A small shack used by some sisters to teach young children in the area had been completely levelled to the ground. Deep slash marks were all over what little wooden piles remained of the old rickety structure. Fortunately, the kids were not underneath the rubble; confirmation that they had at least managed to get out safe before the building collapsed. All over people began mentioning of how troublesome men came and took the children away by force before destroying the building. So it was a kidnapping after all.

After inquiring from the eyewitnesses of the kidnapping, Juha was told that the bandits had taken the children back into the cave a few miles inside the forest. Hurrying back home, Yhwach grabbed his sabre and made for the cave. He could not wait to inform the Kiri guards on duty. They would waste too much time by observing due protocol. He needed to act now. He didn't even want to imagine how scared those children would be. Only weak scum would resort to abducting children. After running nonstop for six minutes, Juha began hearing voices echoing through the woods. The description he received had been spot on: "...go in through the entrance of the forest and take a right where you the stump of a large tree. Head straight down that path and you will find the entrace of the cave at the end." Juha did not want them to go into that cave. Who knew what kind of traps they could have set up in there. If he was going to recover those kids, he had to do so before they disappeared into the maze of a cave. Once the voices became audible enough for him to pick out what they were saying, Juha switched to the tree branches for movement. This way he could observe them from above without being spotted. From the looks of it they were four in number. Each one of them held a child in the hand and dragged them along the forest path. They kept talking and laughing about how much Ryo they could make off these children. That was fine by Juha; he needed them to be distracted. He could tell that these guys were amateurs. It would have been far easier to tie all the children with a long rope and lead them to the cave. Rather, this bunch decided to drag the kids along as the youngsters tried to wriggle away from the vicelike grips of their captors.

Timing his assault with when another bout of laughter ripped through the group, Juha Bach Græy leapt off a tree branch and landed on the back of the biggest guy in the group. With his sabre in hand, he drove it through the man's back as he made his descent, aiming for his heart. The big man was done for by the time Juha's weight forced him to the ground. Immediately, the children whom he was holding let out a shrilling cry that startled the other bandits. Without much thought, the bandits all rushed towards Juha, abandoning the children they once held. Juha quickly looked to the most senior of the children and mouthed the words "RUN" to him. The boy immediately understood and started running in the opposite direction, urging the other kids to follow him which fortunately they did. Torn between chasing after the children and attacking the Græy, the bandits hesitated for a brief moment, which was all that Juha needed. With a smooth flick of his wrist, he pulled out his sabre from the lifeless body of the big bandit and launched it at the forehead of the one furthest from him. With a look of shock in that one's eyes, he dropped to the ground. Juha wasted no time in tackling the bandit closest to him to the ground. In a desperate attempt, the frail-figured bandit swung his spiked club at Juha. Dropping his trunk to the man's waist level, Juha evaded the assault and smashed his left shoulder into the man's gut, taking the wind out of his lungs. His plan was to use this man as a battering ram with which to smash into the final opponent. However, the frail bandit let out a cry of pain as a strong force suddenly pushed him and Juha backwards. Thanks to the man being directly in front of Juha, his body took the full brunt of the wind attack. Juha was thrown backwards from the impact of the man's body and landed on his buttocks. Thankfully he only sustained some cuts and bruises on his forearm. He couldn't say the same for the frail man who back was torn into shreds by the wind attack. He needed immediate medical attention if he was to survive. It didn't matter though, because Juha would just kill him afterwards.

    WHO THE HELL ARE YOU?!?

Juha was immediately jolted from his thoughts as the last man standing spoke to him in an impatient tone. The Shinigami?, Juha said with a taunting smirk as he prepared himself to jump to the side. As expected, the man formed a row of seven hand seals and exhaled a strong wind gust at Juha's location. Juha immediately crouched and sprang like a cat towards his left hand side. The man cussed as he missed and for the next minute continuously fired those gusts in an attempt to hit Juha. Juha however was able to evade the attacks one after the other. He did so in such a way that each missed wind attack would hit a tree and due to the power of the gust, each tree hit was completely ripped save for small trunk parts that held them in place. Also, since the man was using his chakra to launch these attacks, he was quickly running out of steam and could barely stand straight. Juha on the other hand had done nothing but run and so he had a lot more stamina left. He dashed towards where his sabre had pierced the second man's head and pulled it out without stopping his run. Once again he hurled it towards the Wind user who simply sidestepped to dodge the attack. Hah! You think I'd fall for the same trick as these amateurs? Hahahaha! The sabre missed him but it was actually aimed for a tree behind the man which it hit accurately. Nope. But I knew you'd fall for this one... Immediately, there was a loud creaking followed by a snap. Juha leapt backwards out of range while the man stood perplexed. When he saw the tree falling towards him, it was already too late for him to begin forming any handseals. As it fell, the branches of that tree pulled the branches of other weakened trees which in turn pulled the branches of other weakened trees until all the trees came down on him together, crushing his body underneath their weight.

Juha moved to pick up his sabre and resheathed it. At this moment the oldest boy of the children resurfaced but this time with some Kiri ninja and other villagers. The two sisters who owned the building and taught the children ran and embraced Juha with all their might, almost toppling him over. The villagers who gathered began giving Juha a round of applause while some of the Kiri ninja examined the scene and others began questioning him about the details of the event. Amidst all this, all that Juha could process and think about was how beautiful the sisters' scents were and how soft their breasts were as they pressed against him in appreciative hugs, filling his face with multiple kisses.

Okay, so I see a couple things wrong with this.
    -
1.) You've got 3 Skill points to use, and by all accounts, you should be using 4. Fuuton, Raiton, Your bloodline, and Ninjutsu. You'll need to remove one of these.
2.) Your stamina is raised to C rank, but that would be 450 rather than 300. It's 150 to go from E to D, and 300 to go from D to C, not a straight 300 to get C rank. You can take an Experience UA to get the extra 50 you'd need (Following our UA guidelines, you may take up to 499 experience, but wouldn't gain any exp until you've earned however much you took, or you could take up to 250 and half of whatever you earn goes to your debt, while half is added to your total.) or just redistribute your experience.
