Artura stands at exactly four-feet-six-inches in height, being slightly below average in height for her age and having a messy blonde mane of hair that stops at her shoulders when worn in her typically tied fashion, however, can extend to her mid-back when it is let down.
She has sharp blue eyes which are typically narrowed in one fashion or another and often dresses in uniforms on which she wears her Kirigakure band tied around her left upper-arm in order to present it facing outward from her arm to those who would see her. Furthermore, another Kirigakure emblem is emblazoned upon a medal that she pins above the right breast-pocket of her uniform and an insignia representing her current ranking is sewn into the collar of her custom-made outfit.
She has two colors of uniform, one dark green color for operations in wooded areas and one in a grey color for use inside of her nation's borders or when performing operations in which she does not require the former uniform. Artura also possesses a heavy coat, although this is reserved purely for the winter time or in frigid environments as it weighs too much to wear at all times for the young girl.
The last consistent feature of her attire that is of note is that the girl always keeps a religious necklace on her person no matter what attire she is wearing and even when in her sleepwear. The necklace is often concealed beneath the neck of her uniform if worn or under her coat, if that is worn instead, otherwise it is worn openly with sleepwear and casual attire.
History:
Born from a pair of strict shinobi parents, Artura was instilled with a sense of discipline, work ethic, determination, and duty to one's village from an early age. She had, since her earlier childhood, been groomed by her parents to be a model shinobi and was introduced to Academy textbooks and techniques since she was able to read properly, mainly in order to prepare her for the Academy itself when she became old enough to attend.
Despite their desire for Artura to become a shinobi adept at direct combat; once Artura's proficiency with Fuuinjutsu as well as Ijutsu was discovered, these skills would be nurtured alongside the requirements laid out by the Academy so that she could perhaps someday pursue a career in medicine if her early aptitude at such blossomed into adulthood.
Upon her graduation from the Academy, her Father enlisted the help of a local craftsman and weaver in order to make the uniforms she now wears as often as possible as a symbol of pride toward his young girl as well as showing the village that despite her age, she could behave and look like a proper adult in all except for her size.
As of her intro into the world, Artura has been attempting to find work as an apprentice Medical Ninja or perhaps at least study under one so that she may refine her primary talent into something more than just an innate knack for knowledge on the subject and some general trivia. She hopes that perhaps even someday soon she will be able to advance through the Shinobi ranks and make her family proud.
Personality:
Artura's personality can be described as typically serious and somewhat cold, often shirking away from showing any of her true feelings while on a mission or while otherwise in the light of the public. The reason for this is due to her upbringing as well as her personal belief that showing one's emotions in public or allowing oneself to be made vulnerable at any point to another individual who one does not trust completely is a sign of weakness and is furthermore liable to result in unwanted consequences.
When alone or with those she feels comfortable around, Artura can be a much less serious albeit somewhat blunt child who sees most situations as an inconvenience in one way or another that only get in the way between her and her studies of the various Ninja Arts. This is not to say, however, that she does not believe in having allies or other such things - she is simply very selective with those she treats with respect and those she treats with a general contempt.
Another facet of her personality is that Artura is a faithful girl despite her upbringing and her general cold nature, often praying before going on a mission or offering thanks when returning safely from such an excursion. She does not show this faith openly for fear of showing vulnerability, though she considers herself to be a religious individual nonetheless.
It is also important to note that whenever dealing with those senior in rank above her, even in other villages if she visits such places, Artura treats these individuals with respect and goes out of her way to defer to them or otherwise make it known that she understands and respects the shinobi ranks as well as the authority of those even from another village.

This early access must result in stunted growth forcing the player to spend an additional 10% experience to advance into the next class. This *can* be stacked with other modifiers (Sensei, Intelligence, etc..)

Artura straightened the medal on her uniform with a smile, glancing at herself in the mirror with a mixture of pride and happiness that she had not felt since she had graduated from the Academy several days ago. This new outfit had been custom ordered by her Father who did so in order to show how pride he had been of the girl for graduating the Academy and finally becoming a fully functioning member of the Village. The outfit itself resembled her Father's own uniform that he claimed to have worn during his active service days in the Village before he had gotten too old to perform the physically demanding tasks that had been required of him; it served as a reminder of his past as much as her own future.
After finishing inspecting her uniform for any sign of imperfection, Artura tied her hair up to the point where it could be kept above the shoulders and then went to present herself to her Mother and Father who were waiting in the living area of their simple three-bedroom home and who both applauded when their daughter entered through the sliding cloth door that separated her own bedroom from the living area. The applause and gentle smiles of her elderly parents brought a smile to Artura's own lips in kind as she placed an arm along her midsection and performed a bow with the other arm remaining at her side in an idle manner, then raising up into a standing posture as she moved to join her parents as they continued to praise how well the girl looked in a proper uniform, as well as how proud they were of her graduation into the role of a Village Genin and went on to talk about their hopes for her future and the plans that both her Father and Mother had laid out for the young girl.
Artura felt a deep pride building within her from this moment, alongside a genuine desire to move further through the ranks in order to bring distinction to her family as well as continue the legacy that her Father and Mother left behind with their years of service to the Village. She was going to make them proud, whatever it took, and she was going to show the world that her family was to be respected -- one way or another.
After spending several minutes with her Mother and Father talking about the girl's future, Artura would take each of her parent's hands in her own and give them a soft kiss upon the back in order to show her deeply held respect for them not only as parents - but now as fellow Shinobi. She would then bow to them once more, smiling as she wished them a wonderful night before leaving out of the door from their living area out into the streets of the Village.
She had only wished, a year afterward, that she had known that would be the last time she saw her parents in good health; before they were regulated to hospitals and regular visits by Medical Ninja who could do nothing about the mysterious illness that had taken hold of them since then and continued to put them at risk for an untimely death. She had promised herself, since then, that she would focus her training upon her Ijutsu as well as continuing to prove herself to the Village so that perhaps someday, she could have the resources and ability to save her parents before it was too late.
