    Below is a list of all of the known Exclusive Techniques listed by Major and Minor Nations. These are typically awarded to shinobi by the leaders of a Village, though they may also be stolen via various methods. If a nation's exclusive techniques are stolen they will regenerate if they have a Training Grounds or Testing Facility purchased. Regeneration will occur 6 months from the date of theft. Some techniques while Village Exclusives are also Restricted, they have not been included in these lists and may be found in the Restricted Techniques & Abilities Information Guide

    Description: This technique allows the user to channel lightning chakra through their weapon. This makes it nearly unblockable as the radiating and chirping blade can easily cut through steel. Furthermore, if an opponent is stabbed, their body goes numb due to an electrical current which causes the muscles to contract, making it very difficult for the opponent to move (represented by the debuff.) However, it can be countered by other weapons that also utilize Lightning Release chakra flow, such as Super-Vibrato swords. Increases a weapon's cutting power by one rank while in use.

    Description: The Chidori is a high concentration of lightning chakra around the user's hand. To perform, the user first gathers lightning to their hand; the high concentration of electricity produces a sound reminiscent of many birds chirping, hence the name. Once the chakra is gathered, users charge at their target and thrust the Chidori into them, piercing them and typically causing fatal damage. When pierced the technique will constantly send A-rank power electricity into their opponent as long as it is upkept. When under the influence of the surge the victim will remain in a state of paralysis until the current ends. Alternatively the user can simply touch their opponent to just deliver the shock and paralysis effect without piercing their target.

Instead of a few clones, it creates a few hundred clones to even thousands. This technique removes the requirement that the creation of clones split the user's chakra evenly. Rather, each clone can have a specific amount of chakra apportioned to it. Each clone must have at least .1 chakra in order to be functional and must be created next to the user, though more could always be added to serve a greater purpose.
    Weaknesses: When casting the Multi-Shadow Clone technique the user's stamina must be above 30 CP in order to maintain control over his/her clones. In addition, the user must maintain general concentration to maintain their clone's presence. If at any time the user is inflicted with heavy damage in contrast with their Constitution all clones will be dispersed. Once clones of this nature are dispersed, the chakra does not return to the user but is instead lost/spent as though it were a regular jutsu.

    Description: The Rasengan is a spinning ball of chakra formed and held in the palm of the user's hand, inspired by the Tailed Beast Ball and intended to be the highest form of shape transformation in Ninjutsu. Unlike most jutsu, the Rasengan does not require hand seals to perform. Once it is formed, it also does not require any additional chakra to sustain it, which means that there is no definite limit to how long the Rasengan can be used. Though the Rasengan's shape is consistent from user to user, its size varies from only barely large enough to be noticeable to much larger than the user's hand. With greater experience with the Rasengan comes a larger size.

    On contact, the Rasengan grinds into its target, propels them along the Rasengan's trajectory - either away from the user or into the ground beneath them - and at some point bursts, causing severe damage at the point of contact. Due to the level of chakra control required to manifest the Rasengan, it requires a reasonable amount of coordination from those that attempt to learn it, and even more to utilize it without a conduit (like shadow clones). Once formed, Rasengan lasts up to 3 posts without sustenance before dispersing on its own.

Though the Rasengan's shape is consistent from user to user, its size varies from only barely large enough to be noticeable to much larger than the user's hand. With greater experience with the Rasengan comes a larger size.

    On contact, the Rasengan grinds into its target, propels them along the Rasengan's trajectory - either away from the user or into the ground beneath them - and at some point bursts, causing severe damage at the point of contact. Due to the level of chakra control required to manifest the Rasengan, it requires a reasonable amount of coordination from those that attempt to learn it, and even more to utilize it without a conduit (like shadow clones). Once formed, Rasengan lasts up to 3 posts without sustenance before dispersing on its own.

Rocky areas, or dry environments with very little moisture will make this technique unusable.  Because freeform manipulation is only attached to the user's base Coordination, techniques, unique abilities, or items that increase the user's coordination do not affect one's freeform manipulation speed. Techniques, unique abilities, or items that wish to boost one's freeform manipulation capabilities must specify that they are doing so and are thus evaluated on that basis.     Description: The user concentrates a considerable amount of lightning chakra into just the finger-tips of a single hand and then performs a thrusting motion, which allows him to pierce a target in a somewhat similar manner to the Chidori and Lightning Cutter. If the user has sufficient strength they can even use this technique to pierce a person with S Rank Constitution. There are several levels that each grant their own generic boosts. The intensity, size and strength of the technique can be proportionally increased by reducing the number of fingers involved:

    Four-Finger Nukite: Strong enough to break through robust defences with relative ease. The user's Strength is increased by two pluses for the purpose of the strike. This has an activation cost of 8 Stamina points.


    Three-Finger Nukite: Effective against even malleable materials that can usually handle a blow by dissipating its force. By swinging his hand the Third can create a shock-wave powerful enough to send opponents in the immediate area around him flying back 10 meters.     Three-Finger Nukite: Effective against even malleable materials that can usually handle a blow by dissipating its force.     The user brings up a large flame in his right hand, which soon after takes the form of a sword. If someone is hit by the sword, they will be engulfed in flames. The sword can also easily pierce flesh. The strikes deal A rank damage from the sword, with the engulfing of flames dealing B rank damage for 2 posts.

    Description:The ones who are subjected to this technique have a formula applied to them, which will prevent them from moulding chakra and from using techniques. This seal debuffs the target's Stamina by a tier, and will also drain them of their chakra at a slow but steady rate of 5 chakra per post until they hit the Exhaustion threshold. If the ones who have the seal on them leaves a certain radius from the applier, then it would cause the victims to burst into flames from the inside, burning them to ashes. These flames burn at a continuous B power, using the continuous chakra drain to sustain the flames, until put out or reducing the target to ash. The user can also ignite the seal at their own free will, although this will cause the user to pay the upkeep per post to do so. Alternatively, they can choose to suppress its abilities from activating.

    However, for people with stamina of A and higher after the drop, they can still mould chakra and use techniques to a certain extent. The techniques used, however, will be severely hampered, at 2 tiers less effective power and the seal will cause the user in question intense pain, as though their bodies were on fire, and if an S rank amount of chakra is forced out, the formula will set the victim ablaze at B power until put out or burned to ash. This does not count for purely physical styles such as Taijutsu and Kenjutsu, which can be used to their full normal extent at any time without triggering a burn, and regardless of stamina, so long as they can afford it.

    Weaknesses: Being a fire technique, it cannot work in water, and the victim simply has to submerge themselves in a body of water to use chakra with ease; anyone set aflame by this technique can be saved if water is poured over them. Also, this technique only suppresses normal chakra from within one's body; when enhanced with natural energy gathered externally, one is still able to use chakra without restrictions. Someone with this seal applied to them can still utilize purely physical skills without setting off the continuous burning. If anyone with the seal applied were able to create a shadow clone, the clone will not bear the seal. If the target can be put out while outside of the range of the user, the seal will no longer burn them for not being within the range of the user until they enter the range once again. The seal will disappear if the user dies. Only works on human sized opponents and creatures with a chakra system.
