    Infinitum- Should be B-Rank. Cost and everything else are fine.

    Thunderclap- Lower the range of this to one meter, since it's supposed to be considered a Taijutsu. You can keep the range longer if you want to lower the boost.

    Amatsu Wonkai- The explosion feature of this is too close to Explosion Release. The boost is fine and if the explosion feature is removed, you can take out that drawback.

    Malevolence- Should be S-Rank. Exactly what defensive properties does this afford you?

    Bushido Black Style- Upkeep should be 15 points.

    Anything not mentioned is fine as is.

    Drop the deflection rank of Malevolence to C. Also, it won't be able to deflect attacks that are obviously too big, like a water wave or some such. No need to specify, just be aware.

    This seems more like a Coordination/Strength check than Constitution. Regardless, being a Taijutsu I'm not seeing how you can achieve this. Make this a Ninjutsu (assuming you have the Ninjutsu skill.) If you do, make the check for Strength or Coordination and make it C-tier.

    This seems like a very cheap way to make any object a devastating projectile. If anything, seeing as it's Taijutsu, this can produce a Strength boost while following standard projectile rules.

    This is denied. The "effects" chart you have would entirely depend on the target's Constitution, and are blown out of portion to begin with while making little sense in the perspective of Taijutsu combat. You can have a staff buff for throwing people if you wish, however it will need to be ranked accordingly.
