    In addition, I'm assuming all repaired items will be B/S durability (B for Senju Wood and S for the rank of the technique.) That being the case I would like to see the cost be 30 CP, and times for each level for repairs in addition to an upkeep of 20 CP. For instance, repairing a piece of equipment or furniture might take a whole round, whereas repairing a ship may take up to three rounds.

    You're assuming a lot here. Every item repaired by this technique will have the same Quality and Durability as it had prior to repairs. Also, you're asking a lot for these chakra costs for what is a comparatively minor effect.

    *^ For jutsu that create volley arrow shots the impact reduction should be regardless of whether the target manages to avoid. Just say that the technique lowers damage by a tier and a minus in the case of White Rain and two tiers in the case of black rain.

    Power Shot: I don't think the activation cost needs to be this high. 5 CP should suffice for this. Is there a reason you made the activation cost 20 CP?

    Horizon Shot: Same story

    Object Healing: Shouldn't affect stone constructs.

    Power Shot and Horizon Shot cost as much as they do because for whatever reason, Kyujutsu has the Stats required to use it as Secondary boosters instead of Primary.

    I thought it was fair to include earth and stone constructs in Object Healing since Doton is a component of Mokuton.

    For Object Healing add in Earth in the element section.


    Power Shot and Horizon Shot cost as much as they do because for whatever reason, Kyujutsu has the Stats required to use it as Secondary boosters instead of Primary.


    *^ What does that have to do with the cost being so high? You are only boosting it by 1 tier so it should cost 5 CP, the fact that is secondary only means you can't boost it by two tiers.

    Poisons, even from techniques, require a Countdown and a Duration. In which case can alter the description such as "instead of for as long as they're in that bubble, it's when they're in said bubble of pollen that affects their body."

The palm is roughly 50m wide and can be evaded entirely by someone who is fast/agile enough. The Range only varies the length of the arm, which starts within 5m of the user.

    The majority of S-rank techs cap out at 250m, barring the few exceptions with greater ranges (such as Mokuton which hovers around 500m or Suiton which is 2 miles) or melee.

    Yes, that is what S-rank techs do. I'm not budging on this. Your suggestions would make them weaker than A-rank techs. Great Moving Earth Core, for example, has a 150m radius.
