    The other three are not needed,

    Chakra Shield - chakra flow is Buki there for it can work on a shield without needing a special jutsu for it.

    Projectile Giant Body Technique - while the name of the canon Technique you are linking this to says Shuriken Giant body tech. If you read it's description it says projectile, which means you can use it on any thrown weapon without needing a special jutsu to differentiate for it.

    Projectile Shadow clone - like giant body doesn't only effect Shuriken, Kunai, and Senbon. And can be used on any thrown weapon, so again doesn't need a special jutsu to do so.

    Personally I'm against having multiple different jutsu that do the same things, but if you have an issue with this decision just DM me.

Then he performs the hand seals, rising off the ground as they orbit around him. Along the way, they leave a trail of the weapons they contain that stick to various parts of his body (Wings: waist/hips, Scales: chest/back, Spines: forearms/lower legs). When finished, the projectiles will cover him in a semblance of armor, offering appropriate protection to the areas they cover. If this ability is used in conjunction with Water Cloak Armor, Earth Spear, and/or Wood Transformation (Armor), this technique will form the outermost layer.
    Weakness: If Ashitaka is interrupted while performing any portion of this jutsu, the armor is lost and he must start over. Also, enough scrolls must be present to carry the weapons.

    On Duet, you won't be able to apply a different element to each weapon, it would only be 1 element to both weapons or you can add an additional chakra cost to apply a different element to one of the blades

    On Mantle, the jutsus like earth spear blah blah blah would not be able to be the outer layer over the armor as earth spear changes the molecules of your skin. If the items are under your skin then that's another story.

    I believe we've had a discussion about things like this in Discord before about similar things, you can't make things create through jutsu permanent unless you use a separate Fuuinjutsu tech designed to make things permanent or a special chemical that can be applied to it in order to make it permanent. Therefore you need to remove all mentions of them lasting as long as normal flowers or permanent buildings. They would last 1 post unless upkeep is paid and they will fade at the end of the thread.

    Denied freeform manipulation is very powerful and isn't an ability that can just be gained by regging custom jutsu. Its usually baked into specific village exclusive techniques (like WHC/Black Lightning) or comes part and parcel with a specific clan Kazehana/Chinoike

    Weakness: Buildings created with this technique can only serve narrative or tactical purposes. In spite of the power being used to create them and potential furnishings, they cannot be used for economic or strategic purposes (i.e., those listed in the Village and Organizational Rules page).

    Kyudo: Is this a physical style or a maneuver specific technique?

    White Rain: Decrease Impact Damage by a Tier and a minus.

    Black Rain: Decrease Impact Damage by two tiers.
