Description: Daybreak and Nightfall are a set of weapons made especially for Mitsukira. The set of tessen are masterfully crafted with the finest ebony and dyed silk. When closed they appear to be small hand fans, though with each of the ribs made of intricately carved metal. The silk that is strung between the metal spokes is dyed to appear as a sunrise on one and a night sky on the other. The silk is incredibly resilient, secured in such a way that through intended use the tessen blades will not damage the silk. Due to the nature of their design these weapons afford 1 tier increase in power to any Fuuton based jutsu that are channeled through them, owing to their aerodynamic nature. They measure thirteen inches in length when closed and may be used for stabbing and slashing. When opened the bladed edge expands to twenty five inches and is more effective at slashing though may also be used to deflect small projectiles.

Description: The Sensing Technique is the basic method of Sensory that is automatically granted once the Sensory Skill is unlocked. Perception determines the potency of the user's ability, extending the range as listed above. The classic use of sensory is almost a passive ability, requiring only that the cost be paid to maintain awareness. There is also a focused variation through which the user can double the range by making physical contact with an object via the hands or fingers. Whichever object is touched is the medium for range extension, meaning that beyond the original range value, only things making contact with the medium can be detected. This medium is almost always the ground.
The medium doesn't need to be the ground, and while using the ability inside a building will transmit one's sensing across all walls, floors, ceilings, and the ground upon which the building stands, there are other structures which may not be tied to the ground. Using this inside a blimp or other aircraft, for example, will extend the user's range over the aircraft, up to the maximum range, which may well cover the entire aircraft. Given that an aircraft isn't making contact with anything, the user's sensory range will be limited to that aircraft.
Drawbacks: Focusing the range forces one to remain in place. Anything not making contact with the medium cannot be sensed with the extended range; this won't help them if they're within the base range, however, as they can still be sensed as normal. The Sensing Technique is not a passive process and will require activation; if the cost is not being paid, the technique is not active. This technique is also required as a prerequisite for most Sensory-related techniques and abilities, excluding only a certain few.

Description: Channeling medical chakra into their lungs and larynx, the user may alter the tone and pitch of their voice while allowing the user to project it in a powerful and unusual manner. The user may project their voice from anywhere within 60 meters of them that they can see. When heard, the increased power of the user’s voice imposes two minuses (--) to anyone that can hear it to Perception for the express purpose of hearing precisely where the user’s voice originates from.
Drawbacks: This does not grant the user any type of stealth, and only grants them a situational advantage when attempting to cause confusion or to obfuscate their voice. It may be used to mimic voices that they have heard, but only as well as could be expected based off their own memory of the voice they are recreating. Once the origin of the user’s voice is decided it cannot be changed without reactivating the technique.

Description:
After making the necessary handseals, the user's hands will glow with bright green medically induced chakra, which upon touch with any sort of wound will slowly start reactivating cells, reduce swelling and stop wounds from bleeding. As this is but a mere patch up technique, it can only be used on small cuts, shallow bruises and first degree burns.

In dim light or darkness her eyes are able to absorb all available light granting her exceptional night vision and ++ to Perception for night vision and detecting stealth. This also means that her eyes glow faintly as they reflect extra light in the dark.

Dancer’s Force: Mitsukira has been dancing since she could walk. Her skill is such that the art of dance is as natural as breathing and she is able to seamlessly incorporate it into everything that she does. Mitsukira’s Strength is 1 tier higher though this may not increase it above A-Rank.
Dancer’s Alacrity: With the skill of dancing inherent in everything that she does, Mitsukira is graced with enhanced agility. For a cost of 5 CP she may activate Dancer’s Alacrity which grants her +1 tier to her Speed. Because this is done thoughtlessly and through instinct her Intelligence will lower by 1 tier while it is active.
One-handed Seals: Mitsukira may perform one-handed seals, without a one tier penalty to their Coordination.
